Nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr letrare \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim ndaj gjuh\u00ebs p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn e vet, t\u00eb par\u00eb me syrin e artistit t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs. Let\u00ebrsia shfryt\u00ebzon t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e organizimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs n\u00eb stile. Mund t\u00eb thuhet se gjuha e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrim specifik i gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e artit letrar. N\u00eb let\u00ebrsi gjen shfaqje m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb qen\u00ebsishme natyra komb\u00ebtare e gjuh\u00ebs. Krahas funksioneve t\u00eb tjera, let\u00ebrsia ka edhe funksionin e ruajtjes e t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb kombit. Arsyeja e kap\u00ebrcimit t\u00eb konvencioneve gjuh\u00ebsore n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi \u00ebsht\u00eb motivimi artistik.<\/p>\n<p>Koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb qarqet shkencore, intelektuale, n\u00eb mjetet e informimit publik si dhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme shqipja standarde \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb tema m\u00eb e nxeht\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e shpesht\u00eb dhe shtrohen shum\u00eb pyetje, si: A duhet ruajtur baza dialektore e k\u00ebsaj shqipe standarde? A ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb rishqyrtohen e t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen ndonj\u00eb nga rregullat e drejtshkrimit, apo se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i papreksh\u00ebm dhe i pap\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuesh\u00ebm? A mund t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohet denduria e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb -s\u00eb?. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, argumentet e kund\u00ebrargumentet p\u00ebr ose kund\u00ebr p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimit e p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb standardit lidhen n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e dy dialekteve t\u00eb shqipes me gjuh\u00ebn standarde, pra geg\u00ebrishte \u2013 tosk\u00ebrishte \u2013 shqipe standarde. N\u00eb ngritjen, standardizimin, l\u00ebvrimin, p\u00ebrsosjen dhe modernizimin e standardit rol shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm ka gjuha e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb: gjuha e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb ndikon shum\u00eb n\u00eb ruajtjen dhe ngritjen e identitetit komb\u00ebtar, bashk\u00eb me ngritjen e kultur\u00ebs gjuh\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultatet dhe diskutimi Gjuha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb oqean i pafund me pasuri e mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb pashtershme, mir\u00ebpo aft\u00ebsia dhe m\u00ebnyra e shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pasurie te njer\u00ebzit \u00ebsht\u00eb e shum\u00ebllojshme. Gjuha \u00ebsht\u00eb materiali q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor artisti letrar, ashtu si\u00e7 jan\u00eb ngjyrat p\u00ebr piktorin, glina, mermeri p\u00ebr skulptorin, materiali nd\u00ebrtimor p\u00ebr arkitektin. N\u00eb \u00e7do vep\u00ebr letrare shkrimtari b\u00ebn zgjedhje t\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimit nga pafundshm\u00ebria e gjuh\u00ebs. Mund t\u00eb thuhet se gjuha e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrim specifik i gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e artit letrar. Gjuha e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb artistike mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shprehet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb figurshme \u2013 t\u00ebrthorazi, n\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb shprehurit me emocion, n\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs p\u00ebr shprehje imagjinative, t\u00eb bukur; n\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb sajuar rim\u00ebn, harmoni e ting\u00ebllim t\u00eb k\u00ebndsh\u00ebm, muzikor. Se si do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbehet shkrimtari me k\u00ebto mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb pashtershme t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb varet nga shkalla e njohjes dhe e zot\u00ebrimit t\u00eb saj. Po ashtu, stilin e nj\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimi letrar t\u00eb cilitdo shkrimtar e p\u00ebrcakton edhe formimi arsimor e letrar i tij, bindjet, temperamenti, karakteri, p\u00ebrvoja dhe pik\u00ebpamjet e tij p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn dhe jet\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj p\u00ebr dik\u00eb thuhet se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i qart\u00eb dhe m\u00eb i leht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb rr\u00ebfyer, e p\u00ebr dik\u00eb themi se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb, m\u00eb konfuz; p\u00ebr dik\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb me temperament t\u00eb but\u00eb, me emocione t\u00eb qeta n\u00eb t\u00eb shprehur, e p\u00ebr dik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr themi se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i rr\u00ebmbyer, m\u00eb dinamik, m\u00eb eksploziv. Fjal\u00ebt e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb komunikimin joletrar zakonisht p\u00ebrdoren me kuptimin e vet themelor a kryesor, por n\u00eb artin letrar ato zgjerohen me kuptime t\u00eb tjera leksikore, marrin dometh\u00ebnie t\u00eb re q\u00eb e nxisin dhe e emocionojn\u00eb lexuesin. Zot\u00ebrimi i fjal\u00ebs, i fsheht\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe i mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb \u00e7do fjale p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur kuptime t\u00eb ndryshme figurative, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 kuptimit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb parm\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb parakusht i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkrimtarin. Fjala duhet ta emocionoj\u00eb lexuesin, duke i sjell\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyrime t\u00eb ndryshme. Shkrimtari duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb mjesht\u00ebr i fjal\u00ebs dhe ta shfryt\u00ebzoj\u00eb at\u00eb si gurr\u00eb t\u00eb pashtershme p\u00ebr shum\u00ebkuptim\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, var\u00ebsisht nga konteksti ku shkrimtari do ta vendos\u00eb fjal\u00ebn, ajo duhet t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb kuptime t\u00eb ndryshme, porosi t\u00eb ndryshme, vlera t\u00eb ndryshme. Gjuha n\u00eb let\u00ebrsin\u00eb artistike jo vet\u00ebm mish\u00ebron nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje, jo vet\u00ebm kumton nj\u00eb informacion letrar, por edhe synon t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndikim estetik, t\u00eb ngjall\u00eb ndjenj\u00ebn e s\u00eb bukur\u00ebs. Prej k\u00ebtej rrjedhin nj\u00eb varg karakteristikash, q\u00eb e dallojn\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimin artistik deri n\u00eb at\u00eb shkall\u00eb, sa \u00ebsht\u00eb pohuar q\u00eb k\u00ebtu kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Para s\u00eb gjithash, kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se shkrimtari, s\u00eb bashku me idealin e vet artistik, ka edhe idealin gjuh\u00ebsor. Let\u00ebrsia \u00ebsht\u00eb arti i fjal\u00ebs n\u00eb kuptimin e nj\u00eb pune mjesht\u00ebrore me visarin gjuh\u00ebsor. Artisti i fjal\u00ebs krijon e derdh objekte estetike gjuh\u00ebsore. Let\u00ebrsia na jep modelet e gjuh\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebvruar, modelet m\u00eb t\u00eb bukura t\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimit, ajo p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shfaqjen estetike t\u00eb shqipes. Zbulimi i fuqive shpreh\u00ebse t\u00eb shqipes p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb nga ndihmesat e shkrimtar\u00ebve tan\u00eb p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Veprat letrare nuk shkruhen q\u00eb t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt mbi t\u00eb folurit e njer\u00ebzve. Ato shkruhen p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrkapur (perceptuar) si nj\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi t\u00eb nj\u00eb bote letrare dhe jo si modele p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndjekur n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme. Ndikimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i t\u00ebrthort\u00eb. Duke qen\u00eb krijime artistike me l\u00ebnd\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore, ato i japin lexuesit nj\u00eb pasuri t\u00eb brendshme, i ngulitin modele eprore, q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si kuota krahasimi p\u00ebr nivelin e vet. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, let\u00ebrsia \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs, nj\u00eb nga mjetet kryesore p\u00ebr edukimin me kultur\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb shprehjes dhe t\u00eb shijes estetike, sidomos p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ri qysh her\u00ebt format m\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7mueshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs gjuh\u00ebsore q\u00eb ka grumbulluar tradita shqiptare. Edhe n\u00eb artin letrar, fjalit\u00eb q\u00eb radhiten nj\u00ebra pas tjetr\u00ebs kan\u00eb kuptimet e zakonshme t\u00eb shqipes (p\u00ebr ta perceptuar lexuesi p\u00ebrmbajtjen letrare), por ato kan\u00eb edhe dometh\u00ebnien letrare artistike. Teksti letrar ka t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dy rrafshe kuptimore, nd\u00ebrsa disa her\u00eb edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb. K\u00ebtu fshihet mund\u00ebsia e disa interpretimeve t\u00eb nj\u00eb vepre, e disa m\u00ebnyrave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb t\u00eb kuptuarit t\u00eb saj nga njer\u00ebz t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm (sipas p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs e kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre) dhe nga epoka t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ligj\u00ebrimi i letrar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb folur i emocionuar me p\u00ebrpunim artistik. Autori kurdoher\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet organizimit stilistik t\u00eb jap\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje, nj\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb, nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb arrij\u00eb nj\u00eb efekt. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb rastisje q\u00eb ne, gjat\u00eb leximit t\u00eb nj\u00eb vepre letrare, duke ndjekur fatin e nj\u00eb personazhi, d\u00ebshp\u00ebrohemi, pik\u00ebllohemi, revoltohemi deri n\u00eb at\u00eb mas\u00eb sa jemi n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrim veprime konkrete, pa e kursyer fare veten. Shembuj t\u00eb k\u00ebtill\u00eb q\u00eb e emocionojn\u00eb lexuesin ka n\u00eb secil\u00ebn let\u00ebrsi komb\u00ebtare. Bie fjala, let\u00ebrsia jon\u00eb e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare, duksh\u00ebm dhe me sukses \u00ebsht\u00eb inkuadruar n\u00eb rrjedhat demokratike p\u00ebr mobilizimin e masave t\u00eb gjera popullore drejt \u00e7lirimit dhe pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00eb- tare. Kjo forc\u00eb mobilizuese shpesh ka qen\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb efikase sesa shkrimet, thirrjet dhe apelet e drejtp\u00ebrdrejta politike dhe luftarake drejtuar popullit. N\u00eb let\u00ebrsi gjen shfaqje m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb qen\u00ebsishme natyra komb\u00ebtare e gjuh\u00ebs. Krahas funksioneve t\u00eb tjera, let\u00ebrsia ka edhe funksionin e ruajtjes e t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb kombit. Shkrimtari rritet e ushqehet me gjenin\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs amtare dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb veg\u00ebl e saj p\u00ebr ta mbajtur at\u00eb me gjall\u00ebri t\u00eb pashuar, p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb e p\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar m\u00eb tej. Kultura gjuh\u00ebsore e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb artistike ndikon n\u00eb evoluimin e gjuh\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Ngulitja e norm\u00ebs, standardizimi do t\u00eb thot\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim ngadal\u00ebsim i zhvillimit t\u00eb vetvetish\u00ebm gjuh\u00ebsor. Let\u00ebrsia shfryt\u00ebzon t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e organizimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs n\u00eb stile. Si\u00e7 dihet, gjuha standarde e normuar p\u00ebrcaktohet nga kodifikimi, d.m.th., duke p\u00ebrzgjedhur midis variacionit b\u00ebhet e nj\u00ebsuar; nd\u00ebrsa teksti letrar \u00ebsht\u00eb heterogjen nga ana gjuh\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb faqet letrare, t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrdorimet gjuh\u00ebsore kan\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb hapur, deri edhe shtremb\u00ebrimet individuale. N\u00eb let\u00ebrsi shfryt\u00ebzohen t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb shpreh\u00ebse t\u00eb shqipes, qoft\u00eb edhe ato q\u00eb dalin jasht\u00eb norm\u00ebs letrare, si: ligj\u00ebrimet historike, krahinore, vetjake, shoq\u00ebrore, kulturore. Gjuha e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb artistike \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e gjer\u00eb sesa gjuha standarde. Fjal\u00ebt n\u00eb let\u00ebrsin\u00eb artistike mund t\u00eb zhvishen nga kuptimi themelor dhe t\u00eb risemantizohen p\u00ebrmes motivimit tekstor. Shkrimtari ka liri t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs: ai ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb elasticitet dhe zgjerim gjuh\u00ebsor, p\u00ebr fond t\u00eb madh fjal\u00ebsh e zgjerime kuptimore t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtime t\u00eb shumta gjuh\u00ebsore, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sintaks\u00eb shum\u00eb fleksibile, pra p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kod shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb hap\u00ebt sesa korniza e gjuh\u00ebs standarde. Arsyeja e kap\u00ebrcimit t\u00eb konvencioneve gjuh\u00ebsore n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi \u00ebsht\u00eb motivimi artistik.<\/p>\n<p>Shkelja e normave t\u00eb shqipes standarde n\u00eb let\u00ebrsin\u00eb artistike pa motivim artistik sjell t\u00eb meta stilistike, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00eblqyeshme gjuh\u00ebn p\u00ebr lexuesin. Motivimi artistik u lejon shkrimtar\u00ebve ta kap\u00ebrcejn\u00eb rrethin normativ. P.sh. nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr mund t\u00eb shkruhet edhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e pes\u00eb shekujve m\u00eb par\u00eb, ose edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb dialekt me synime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, ashtu si\u00e7 ka shkrimtar\u00eb q\u00eb shkruajn\u00eb n\u00eb dy gjuh\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh (arb\u00ebresh\u00ebt e Italis\u00eb, p.sh. botojn\u00eb poezi n\u00eb dy gjuh\u00eb paralelisht shqip \u2013 italisht). N\u00eb rastin e fundit kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e letrarit me auditorin (lexuesit) dhe jo me gjuh\u00ebn standarde shqipe.<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb, krahas liris\u00eb s\u00eb madhe gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb shkrimtar\u00ebve, laramania n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb artistike \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb forc\u00eb bashkuese, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos lejoj\u00eb t\u00eb lind\u00eb ndonj\u00eb efekt i pad\u00ebshiruesh\u00ebm shp\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs gjuh\u00ebsor e komb\u00ebtar. Vepra letrare \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe krijim artistik edhe krijim gjuh\u00ebsor, nj\u00eb eksplorim i mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb shqipes.
