Fillimisht p\u00ebrmes \u201cFNF\u201d n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt dhe afatgjate u mbuluan familjet skamnore t\u00eb xehtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Trep\u00e7\u00ebs t\u00eb rrezikura nga URIA dhe pastaj u ndihmuan edhe familjet tjera skamnore t\u00eb mbetura pa t\u00eb ardhura dhe pa pun\u00eb nga familjet n\u00eb gjendje m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb ekonomike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe nga kurbeti.<\/p>\n

Deri n\u00eb pranveren e vitit 1993 nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e paraqitura n\u00eb mbledhjen e mbajtur n\u00eb xhami n\u00eb Lup\u00e7 t\u00eb Podojev\u00ebs, nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e paraqitura prej veprimtar\u00ebve nga terreni sipas komunave, ndihmoheshin mbi 8500 familje skamnore nga po aq familje me gjendje t\u00eb mir\u00eb ekonomike n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do muaj me shum\u00ebn e caktuar dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb afatgjate. Jna\u00eb ndihmuar familjet skamnore p\u00ebr \u00e7do muaj secila, s\u2019paku me 150 Marka Gjermane sipas Fletd\u00ebshmis\u00eb apo gjithsejt\u00eb rreth 1 miljon e gjysm\u00eb Marak p\u00ebr \u00e7do muaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha familjet e ndihmuara skamnore…<\/p>\n
