Projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb ndeshur me kritika t\u00eb shumta n\u00eb Turqi lidhur me kostot dhe ndikimin n\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n<p>Por implikimet e tij nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, pasi k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon nj\u00eb ekuilib\u00ebr t\u00eb brisht\u00eb ushtarak rajonal dhe mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb gjithashtu n\u00eb tregtin\u00eb detare me Kaukazin dhe Azin\u00eb Qendrore. Presidenti Rexhep Tajip Erdogan tha n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb prillit se do t\u00eb shpallej nj\u00eb tender dhe se punimet paraprake t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb kanalin e ri, rreth 45 kilometra t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, do t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n<p>Planet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e kanalit u zbuluan p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nga Erdogan n\u00eb 2011 si kryeminist\u00ebr. Q\u00ebllimi i tij zyrtar \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb tranziti m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt p\u00ebr \u00e7isternat dhe transportimin e naft\u00ebs nga Deti i Zi n\u00eb tregjet globale. Esht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar se nd\u00ebrtimi i kanalit dhe infrastruktur\u00ebs shoq\u00ebruese do t\u00eb kushtoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 20 miliard\u00eb dollar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndikimi q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb sigurin\u00eb rajonale dhe tregtin\u00eb ka t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb i madh, por si, p\u00ebr shum\u00eb, mbetet i paqart\u00eb. Koh\u00ebt e fundit, kanali ishte subjekt i trazirave politike, kur nj\u00eb grup prej 104 admiral\u00ebsh n\u00eb pension botuan nj\u00eb let\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur, duke paralajm\u00ebruar, q\u00eb kanali do t\u00eb minonte <em>kongresin e Montreux<\/em>. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb traktat i vitit 1936, i cili rregullon kalimin n\u00ebp\u00ebr detet turke midis Egjeut dhe Detit t\u00eb Zi dhe i jep Turqis\u00eb nj\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb kufizuar gjeopolitike n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n<p>Konventa p\u00ebrcakton q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha anijet tregtare duhet t\u00eb lejohen t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb falas n\u00eb koh\u00eb paqeje p\u00ebrmes \u201cdeteve turke\u201d \u2013 dometh\u00ebn\u00eb Bosforit dhe Dardaneleve, i cili ndan Detin e Marmaras nga Deti Egje. Pas nj\u00eb letre nga admiral\u00ebt n\u00eb pension, Erdogan u p\u00ebrgjigj se Turqia mbeti e p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb Konvent\u00ebn e Montreux. Por ai gjithashtu konfirmoi se qeveria turke beson se kanali i planifikuar nuk do i n\u00ebnshtrohet rregulloreve t\u00eb konvent\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>R\u00ebnd\u00ebsia gjeopolitike e Konvent\u00ebs Montreux<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Konventa kufizon aktivitetet detare t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb NATO-s n\u00eb Detin e Zi, si dhe aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e Rusis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar anije t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nga flota e Detit t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb Mesdhe.
