Kjo pandemi fatkeq\u00ebsisht ka ndikuar qe\u0308 te\u0308 rriten dhe shqete\u0308simet e qytetare\u0308ve se\u0308 qka e nes\u00ebrmja mban. Gjate\u0308 periudhe\u0308s se\u0308 COVID-19, ndodhen ndryshime te theksuara te\u0308 gjendjes ekonomike dhe sociale, e cila re\u0308ndoje\u0308 supet e personave qe\u0308 nuk i kan\u00eb kushtet e mira t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs. Ne\u0308 ke\u0308te\u0308 relacion u shtuan edhe problemet politike, te\u0308 cilat ndikuan ne\u0308 rritjen e stresit.<\/p>\n<p>Frika nga virusi be\u0308ri qe\u0308 njere\u0308zit te\u0308 distancohen edhe me\u0308 shume\u0308 nga njeri-tjetri, si menyr\u00eb preventive, e qe ne\u0308 gjendjen psiqike te\u0308 njere\u0308zve nuk ndikoje\u0308 aspak mir\u00eb. Madje pandemia ndikoje\u0308 te\u0308 shtimi i dhune\u0308s ne\u0308 familje dhe agresiviteti i natyrave nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet. Distancimi shoqe\u0308ror ishte indikator i frustrimit dhe pasigurise\u0308. Qendrimi ne\u0308 izolim ofroje\u0308 shkarkim emocional. Ka kohe\u0308 qe\u0308 po pe\u0308rballemi me\u0308 virusin, edhe pse vaksinimi, maset preventive dhe izolimi kan ule\u0308 numrin e te\u0308 infektuare\u0308ve dhe numrin e te\u0308 vdekure\u0308ve fatmir\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb q\u00ebndruarit mbrenda ka ndikuar q\u00eb familjar\u00ebt t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb me njeri-tjetrin nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr te nj\u00eb pjese\u0308 e madhe ka pasur efekte negative te\u0308 ngarkesave psiqike. Imunizimi, menagjimi i mir\u00eb i situate\u0308s, vaksinimi dhe ndonje\u0308 faktor tjete\u0308r ka b\u00ebr\u00eb qe\u0308 rastet ne\u0308 Kosove\u0308 te\u0308 t\u00eb prekurve te\u0308 ulen.
