Strategjia e Gruevskit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb defansiv\u00ebn e politik\u00ebs shqiptare. Pra, n\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb i kemi k\u00ebrkesat e faktorit politik shqiptar, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr i kemi vendimet nacionaliste maqedonase, me p\u00ebrmbajtje antishqiptare. Faktori politik shqiptar, i ballafaquar me vendimet nacionaliste t\u00eb VMRO-s\u00eb, tanim\u00eb ndodhet n\u00eb dy fronte:<\/p>\n

– E para, t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve;
\n– E dyta, t\u00eb mbrohet prej vendimeve nacionaliste maqedonase.<\/p>\n

I dob\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar n\u00eb dy fronte, faktori politik shqiptar, t\u00ebrhiqet nga nj\u00ebri front \u2013 ai i realizimit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe kalon n\u00eb defansiv\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u mbrojtur nga vendimet nacionaliste, unitariste dhe monoetnike maqedonase. VMRO-ja, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk realizon asnj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, por imponon vendime antishqiptare. Shqiptar\u00ebt sot, nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb apo t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejta, por ndodhen n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb kur duhet t\u00eb mbrohen nga politika nacionaliste antishqiptare e VMRO-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, faktori politik shqiptar, ndodhet n\u00eb defansiv\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb mbrojtje. Por, kjo nuk p\u00ebrfundon me kaq. Faktori politik shqiptar, \u00ebsht\u00eb i dob\u00ebt, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr luft\u00eb n\u00eb dy fronte. Ai tregohet i dob\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar, madje edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb front t\u00eb vet\u00ebm \u2013 n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojtjes. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, faktori politik shqiptar sot, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as n\u00eb sulm, e as n\u00eb mbrojtje. Ai q\u00ebndron pezull, pa pesh\u00eb, pa ndikim dhe pa rol politik.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb frontin e par\u00eb, faktori politik shqiptar nuk ia del t\u2019i realizoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat e shqiptar\u00ebve. N\u00eb t\u00eb dytin \u2013 nuk ia del t\u2019i refuzoj\u00eb vendimet nacionaliste maqedonase. Nga kjo del se, faktori politik shqiptar sot, \u00ebsht\u00eb i pap\u00ebrfillur. Relativizmi i pesh\u00ebs s\u00eb faktorit politik shqiptar shkaktohet n\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00ebnyra, si p\u00ebr shembull:<\/p>\n

– Duke shkaktuar nd\u00ebr partit\u00eb politike shqiptare z\u00ebnka t\u00eb ashpra \u2013 jo p\u00ebr ideologji, por p\u00ebr pushtet, pa pushtet;<\/p>\n

– Duke dob\u00ebsuar opozit\u00ebn shqiptare, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha m\u00ebnyrat;
\n– Duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb qeveri edhe partin\u00eb shqiptare \u2013 humb\u00ebse t\u00eb zgjedhjeve;
\n– Cil\u00ebsdo parti shqiptare, q\u00eb hyn n\u00eb qeveri, t\u00eb mos i realizohet asnj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb politike;<\/p>\n

– P\u00ebr ta amortizuar dhe p\u00ebr ta asnjan\u00ebsuar reagimin eventual t\u00eb faktorit politik shqiptar, t\u00eb pranohen – n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb fiktive – vet\u00ebm ca k\u00ebrkesa t\u00eb tij, edhe at\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rrafshin kulturor;<\/p>\n

– Personat, ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebve jan\u00eb duke u zhvilluar procese \u201cgjyq\u00ebsore\u201d, t\u00eb d\u00ebnohen me d\u00ebnime drakonike;
\n– Duke marr\u00eb vendime antishqiptare dhe duke i imponuar ato, pa e p\u00ebrfillur faktorin politik shqiptar.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb:<\/p>\n

– Faktori politik shqiptar, do t\u00eb diskreditohet, do t\u00eb komprometohet dhe do t\u00eb degradohet;
\n– Do t\u00eb zhvler\u00ebsohen arritjet e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb 2001-shit; dhe
\n– Do t\u00eb rikthehet koha e para 2001-shit.<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebllimi i VMRO-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb: T\u00eb diskreditoj\u00eb luft\u00ebn e 2001-shit, ta komprometoj\u00eb Ushtrin\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare Komb\u00ebtare dhe ta zhvler\u00ebsoj\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjen e Ohrit. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb strategji t\u00eb VMRO-s\u00eb, faktori politik shqiptar n\u00eb Maqedoni, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb ofensiv\u00eb, por s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb as n\u00eb defansiv\u00eb. VMRO-ja synon PPD-izimin e faktorit politik shqiptar. Faktori politik shqiptar ndodhet n\u00eb kriz\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb interesave jetike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve vihen: organizmat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, mediumet, gazetar\u00ebt, analist\u00ebt politik\u00eb dhe inteligjencia shqiptare. Ndodh nj\u00ebfar\u00eb homogjenizimi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Politikat e Gruevskit dhe t\u00eb VMRO-s\u00eb jan\u00eb irracionale. Energjit\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve sot, nuk harxhohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar k\u00ebrkesa komb\u00ebtare, por p\u00ebr t\u2019i refuzuar vendimet nacionaliste dhe arbitrare t\u00eb VMRO-s\u00eb. Shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pozicion mbrojt\u00ebs. Politika e VMRO-s\u00eb diskrediton edhe faktorin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. T\u00eb huajt nuk duhet t\u00eb rijn\u00eb duarkryq para k\u00ebtij irracionalizmi dhe nacional-romantizmi t\u00eb VMRO-s\u00eb. Politika e VMRO-s\u00eb prek edhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e qendrave politike shqiptare t\u00eb vendosjes \u2013 Tiran\u00ebs<\/strong> dhe Prishtin\u00ebs<\/strong>. Edhe politika konstruktive e tyre n\u00eb rajon, e ka nj\u00eb kufij, p\u00ebrtej t\u00eb cilit nuk mund t\u00eb shkohet.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb politik\u00ebs nacionaliste, retrograde dhe anakronike, VMRO-ja shfryt\u00ebzon:<\/p>\n

– Dob\u00ebsin\u00eb e faktorit politik shqiptar n\u00eb Maqedoni;
\n– Toleranc\u00ebn e faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar; dhe
\n– Politik\u00ebn konstruktive t\u00eb qendrave politike shqiptare \u2013 Tiran\u00ebs dhe Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr ta defokusuar v\u00ebmendjen e shqiptar\u00ebve prej k\u00ebrkesave politike t\u00eb tyre primordiale dhe historikisht t\u00eb justifikueshme, VMRO-ja trillon probleme t\u00eb paqena:<\/p>\n

Nj\u00ebher\u00eb lanson g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn p\u00ebr prejardhjen etnike t\u00eb N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebs<\/strong> dhe i shtyn shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb muaj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb merren me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Pra t\u00eb harxhojn\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe energji p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb trilluara.<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebsaj, nacionalist\u00ebt maqedonas, lansojn\u00eb nj\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr tjet\u00ebr \u2013 at\u00eb p\u00ebr prejardhjen etnike te n\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjergj Kastriotit<\/strong>. Shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebrs\u00ebri detyrohen t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat e veta politike dhe me muaj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb do t\u00eb merren me k\u00ebt\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr t\u00eb radh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Pasi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb efekti i k\u00ebtij trillimi, pushtetar\u00ebt e VMRO-s\u00eb do t\u2019i sulmojn\u00eb viset shqiptare, si\u00e7 ishte rasti i Brodecit<\/strong>. Natyrsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb merren nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e sip\u00ebrth\u00ebn\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Pasi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb ky sulm, do t\u00eb pasoj\u00eb procesi politik ndaj t\u00eb arrestuarve, proces ky q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb me d\u00ebnime drakonike.<\/p>\n

Pasi t\u00eb shqiptohen rreth 200 vjet burg, p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb riaktualizohet nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje tjet\u00ebr \u2013 ajo e Sopotit<\/strong>. Natyrsh\u00ebm, shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb merren edhe me tragjedin\u00eb e sopotasve t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar.<\/p>\n

Pasi t\u00eb bjerr\u00eb vala e reagimeve p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e lartp\u00ebrmendura, prej qarqeve ksenofobike maqedonase, shqiptar\u00ebve do t\u2019u imponohen preokupime t\u00eb reja \u2013 preokupimet rreth enciklopedis\u00eb<\/em><\/strong>. Muaj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb, rreth k\u00ebtij projekti antishqiptar, do t\u00eb angazhohet, pothuajse i t\u00ebr\u00eb populli shqiptar n\u00eb Maqedoni.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebsisoj arrihen disa objektiva t\u00eb VMRO-s\u00eb:<\/p>\n

– V\u00ebmendja e shqiptar\u00ebve shp\u00ebrqendrohet prej k\u00ebrkesave politike, p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb paqena apo t\u00eb trilluara;<\/p>\n

– Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj loje, faktori politik shqiptar, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb PPD-izohet, vihet jasht\u00eb loje, shp\u00ebrfillet dhe diskreditohet para popullit t\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n

Pasi mbaron vala e reagimeve rreth enciklopedis\u00eb, VMRO-ja dhe Gruevski, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur edhe nga kuajt e Troj\u00ebs \u2013 t\u00eb inkorporuar n\u00eb gjirin e faktorit politik shqiptar – lansojn\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb tmerrsh\u00ebm – m\u00ebsimin e maqedonishtes nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb klas\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb fillore<\/em><\/strong>. Edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb, nj\u00eb popull i t\u00ebr\u00eb, \u00e7ohet n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Partia shqiptare, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb \u201ce bashk\u00ebqeverisjes\u201d, nuk ka asnj\u00eb ndikim p\u00ebr ta ndaluar t\u00eb keqen, aty ku edhe buron \u2013 n\u00eb organin ekzekutiv.<\/p>\n

Akoma pa u ulur tensionet rreth maqedonishtes, pason nj\u00eb tmerr, nj\u00eb terr dhe nj\u00eb ferr tjet\u00ebr dantesk \u2013 Shkupi 2014<\/strong>. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me sllavizimin e kryeqytetit, me mjetet financiare t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta \u2013 t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb sllavo-maqedonasve.<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebtij projekti sllavo-bizantin, do t\u00eb pasoj\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr vendim provokues. Tashm\u00eb, askush s\u2019ka koh\u00eb t\u00eb flas\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesa politike. Politika shqiptare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb, as n\u00eb ofensiv\u00eb, as n\u00eb defansiv\u00eb. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb loje. N\u00eb rolin e mbrojt\u00ebsit jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb organizmat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile. Sipas teoris\u00eb politike, dihet qart\u00eb se organizmat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile dhe mediumet, kurr\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb paraqesin z\u00ebvend\u00ebsim p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs p\u00ebr faktorin politik. Por, z\u00ebvend\u00ebsim akoma m\u00eb i mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb protesta e qet\u00eb mbar\u00ebpopullore, si\u00e7 ishte ajo e student\u00ebve rreth enciklopedis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

VMRO-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb e vet\u00ebdijshme se nacionalizmi i saj i prish marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebretnike. Megjithat\u00eb, s\u2019i b\u00ebhet von\u00eb. At\u00ebher\u00eb shtrohet pyetja: \u00c7\u2019perspektiv\u00eb ka ky vend me marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie nd\u00ebretnike t\u00eb \u00e7rregulluara?! VMRO-ja zbaton edhe nj\u00eb strategji tjet\u00ebr antishqiptare: I largon shqiptar\u00ebt nga hap\u00ebsira e interesit n\u00eb shkall\u00eb qendrore, aty ku ballafaqohen interesat nd\u00ebretnik\u00eb dhe detyron ata t\u00eb kacafyten n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn brendashqiptare.<\/p>\n

Me k\u00ebt\u00eb strategji arrihen shum\u00eb objektiv\u00eb, si m\u00eb posht\u00eb: – e para, interesat maqedonase, n\u00eb nivel shteti, mbeten t\u00eb pacenuar; – e dyta, shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb kacafyten n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnike t\u00eb vet, duke rrezikuar interesat e nj\u00ebri-tjetrit, gj\u00eb q\u00eb i acaron marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet brendashqiptare.
