Korit lehaqen\u00ebr, kund\u00ebr Prof. Dr. Sali Berish\u00ebs, iu bashkuan edhe disa matrapaz\u00eb nga Kosova. Krer\u00ebt “e djatht\u00eb” t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb, shfryn\u00eb shfrenuesh\u00ebm e turpsh\u00ebm, duke u relaksuar me shpalljen “person non grata”, t\u00eb Familjes Berisha. Nuk munguan as disa palo kalemxhinj!<\/p>\n

Por, un\u00eb po citoj vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebrin syr\u00ebsh, q\u00eb shkretoi, me porosi, n\u00eb “Fox News”, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, avokatin Tom\u00eb Gashin. Themi me porosi, sepse pakurrizori Tom\u00eb, e ka mik Ram\u00ebn dhe e lavd\u00ebron si “m\u00eb t\u00eb men\u00e7urin e shqiptar\u00ebve!” Biseda e tij publike ishte \u00e7\u00b4akorduese, edhe pse n\u00eb fillim, ai tha nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb absolute: “Shpallja e Berish\u00ebs “person non grata”, n\u00eb, SHBA, nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb fare me korrupsionin, sepse ato akuza t\u00eb hershme, jan\u00eb hetuar dhe demantuar bindsh\u00ebm, duke rezultuar si t\u00eb q\u00ebllimshme, politike dhe pa asnj\u00eb baz\u00eb reale”.<\/p>\n

Por, krejt papritmas, i ndodhur para nj\u00eb moderatoreje ramiste, e cila e kishte p\u00ebrzgjedhur, Tom\u00eb Gashin, pik\u00ebrisht, p\u00ebr deklaratat e tij publike e p\u00ebrlavd\u00ebruese p\u00ebr Edvin Ram\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrhyrja e saj, ndryshoi gjth\u00e7ka. P\u00ebr ta drejtuar bised\u00ebn, atje ku ajo e kishte planifikuar, avokat Toma, i hallakatur, harbut\u00ebrisht dhe idiotikisht, shp\u00ebrthen\u00eb n\u00eb akuza paushalle, t\u00eb cilat, do t`ia kishte zili edhe vet tellalli i Ram\u00ebs, Taulant Balla! Ai p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti, marr\u00ebzish\u00ebm, gjith\u00e7ka, \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shpifur, p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn dhe familjen e tij, n\u00eb tri dekadat e fundit!<\/p>\n

Avokat Tom\u00eb Gashi, kulmoi n\u00eb posht\u00ebrsin\u00eb, paligjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe pap\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij, kur foli n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb populli t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs: “Shpallja “person non grata” e Berish\u00ebs me familje, \u00ebsht\u00eb pritur si pozitive n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur nga populli!” Asnj\u00eb rruga\u00e7, nuk do t`ia kalonte n\u00eb posht\u00ebrsi, k\u00ebtij falsifikatori!<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrkundrazi, nd\u00ebshkimi aburd dhe pa asnj\u00eb fakt valid, i Dr. Berish\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb pritur me keqardhje t\u00eb madhe, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por, kudo n\u00eb Shqiptari. (P\u00ebrjashto enverist\u00ebt kuqalosh\u00eb.) Ata nuk i ka bindur, as p\u00ebr s\u00eb af\u00ebrmi, motivi, arsyeja e k\u00ebtij nd\u00ebshkimi, t\u00eb p\u00ebrgaditur nga rrospihan\u00ebt Vuqi\u00e7, Xhorxh Soros, Rama, Tha\u00e7i, me dilinxhinjt\u00eb e tyre shpifarak\u00eb. Shqiptar\u00ebt e kudondodhur, ashtu si edhe shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbahen, t\u00eb heshtin, t\u00eb presin nj\u00eb gjyq t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm, duke pasur parasysh ndjesin\u00eb mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebse, p\u00ebr Amerik\u00ebn – \u00e7lirimtare faktike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Sekretari i Shtetit amerikan, Antony Blinken, nuk e p\u00ebrballoi ngulmimin e mediave prestigjioze, por, edhe t\u00eb disa zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb amerikan\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar burimin, “p\u00ebr nd\u00ebshkimin e mikut me t\u00eb madh t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, n\u00eb bot\u00eb, Prof. Dr. Sali Berish\u00ebn”, – si\u00e7 vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb ata?! Dhe u gjegj: “Jam bazuar n\u00eb raportet e kryeministrit shqiptar, Edvin Rama dhe mediat shqiptare!” \u00c7far\u00ebdo komenti, do t\u00eb ishte i tep\u00ebrt, kur kemi parasysh karakterin e p\u00ebrbaltur, t\u00eb p\u00ebrtokur t\u00eb Ram\u00ebs dhe pushtimin, kapjen nga ai, n\u00eb masen 90 %, t\u00eb mediave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

Avokat Tom Gashi, lakeu i Hashim Tha\u00e7it, turravrap, shkoi te “Sht\u00ebpia e Verdh\u00eb” e Dick-ut, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. \u00c7\u00ebshtja e k\u00ebsaj sht\u00ebpie dhe nami i saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb keq, do t\u00eb ishte mbyllur me koh\u00eb, qysh n\u00eb vizit\u00ebn e par\u00eb, p\u00ebr hetime, t\u00eb disa specialist\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj e vendor\u00eb. Por, dikush nga miqt\u00eb e “komandant\u00ebve” t\u00eb LPK-s\u00eb, nga frika, se mos po zbulohet ndonj\u00eb e zez\u00eb e tyre, porositi familjar\u00ebt dhe fshatin, t`ua l\u00ebshojn\u00eb qent\u00eb dhe ta sulmojn\u00eb komisionin hetues, me sopata e hunj. Kjo budallaki, shtoi dyshimin, se k\u00ebtu fshihet “krimi”!<\/p>\n

Por, shtrohet pyetja: N\u00ebse avokat Tom\u00eb Gashi, \u00ebsht\u00eb kaq human, njer\u00ebzor, pse nuk rrek\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb biseduar dhe udh\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr zbulimin e vrasjeve politike, me n\u00ebna, motra, t\u00eb veja rrobe-zeza, shum\u00eb qindra f\u00ebmij\u00eb jetim\u00ebr, kudo n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb u jan\u00eb ekzekutuar djem\u00eb, v\u00ebllez\u00ebr, bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebt, prind\u00ebrit?!? Ku e ke hallin, o Tom\u00eb rrospihani?!<\/p>\n

Me kot “i bini teneqes”, p\u00ebr at\u00eb “sht\u00ebpi”, me ngjyr\u00eb t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb! Dick Marti e Carla del Ponte, akuzat e tyre i kan\u00eb n\u00eb librat e botuara. Lexoni, e pastaj flisni. Jan\u00eb fiksuar e shkruar burgosjet, dajakosjet, maltretimet dhe vrasjet, gjat\u00eb e pas luft\u00ebs t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb politik\u00eb. Dhe, varret jan\u00eb k\u00ebtu, anek\u00ebnd Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse gjenocidi, i premtuar p\u00ebr akuz\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, nga Albini, \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb i pranuesh\u00ebm, nga Gjykata p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, pasi nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar, nga shefat kriminel\u00eb serb\u00eb. P\u00ebrkundrazi, faktet e Dick-ut dhe Pont\u00ebs, jan\u00eb t\u00eb shkruara n\u00eb libra. Hashimi, premtoi ta hedh\u00eb n\u00eb gjyq Dick-un, por, k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk e b\u00ebri kurr\u00eb! Pse?! Po ta b\u00ebnte k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe ta fitonte gjyqin, sot nuk do t\u00eb ishte i prangosuri i Hag\u00ebs, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn, p\u00ebr “Sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Verdh\u00eb. P\u00ebrndryshe, akuzat tjera, n\u00eb librat e Ponts dhe t\u00eb Dickut, “jan\u00eb nj\u00eb fsheht\u00eb publike”!<\/p>\n

Tom\u00eb Gashi, si avokat i OVL t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, me dallaveret e tij, duke shfryt\u00ebzuar naivitetin e kryetarit dhe t\u00eb nenkryetarit, t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj organizate, i mori n\u00eb qaf\u00eb, p\u00ebr megallomani, i “futi llugave”, b\u00ebn\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda ligjore, kinse, p\u00ebr t`i mbrojtur “\u00e7lirimtar\u00ebt” dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt. Avokati gryk\u00ebs, e ka ditur se ku duhet adresuar dosjet. Por, q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm, ka menduar “b\u00ebje zot llug\u00eb”! Nj\u00eb gjykat\u00eb e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb, do ta kishte prangosur avokatin, si bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor n\u00eb krim.<\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha, p\u00ebr 30 vjet\u00eb radhazi, frymon dhe punon p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Me nj\u00eb rast, Dr. Berisha, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se “nj\u00eb nga arsyet pse hyra n\u00eb politik\u00eb, ka qen\u00eb, pik\u00ebrisht, Kosova, liria e saj”. Dr. Berisha ka rrezikuar shum\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Serbia me parat\u00eb e Sorosit, paguante majm\u00eb. Ish-prokurori, Adriatik Llalla, t\u00eb cilit regjimi stalinit i Enver Hoxh\u00ebs, ia kishte d\u00ebnuar babain, m\u00eb 1947, me burg t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb akuzuar si pro amerikan, rr\u00ebfen:<\/p>\n

“Nj\u00eb kuad\u00ebr i lart\u00eb i BE-s\u00eb, ai ka em\u00ebr, me erdhi n\u00eb zyre dhe m\u00eb b\u00ebri nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb, sa t\u00eb befasishme, aq edhe t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme: “Arrestojeni Dr. Sali Berish\u00ebn, ashtu si\u00e7 e arrestoi Kroacia ish-kryeministrin Sanaderin!” Zot\u00ebri, a keni fakte p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkoni, – pyet i habitur prokurori Llalla? “Faktet gjenden pas arrestimit”, – p\u00ebrgjigjet zyrtari i lart\u00eb i BE-s\u00eb! Kjo nuk mund dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, zot\u00ebri, – p\u00ebrgjigjet prokurori shqiptar!<\/p>\n

Dhe, vazhdon Prokuroi Llalla: “P\u00ebr k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e zyrtarit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr arrestimin e Dr. Berish\u00ebs, njoftova, menj\u00ebher\u00eb, presidentin Bujar Nishani dhe kryeparlamentarin e at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, Ilir Meta. Edhe ata u shokuan, se \u00e7far\u00eb po ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb: “A jemi shtet apo jo”,- than\u00eb ata t\u00eb inatosur?!<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, kryeministri Fatos Nano, k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr arrestimin e Berish\u00ebs, nga social-komunist\u00ebt e tij, u \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur: “Po t\u00eb kem fakte, un\u00eb do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoja, para jush, arrestimin e Doktorit, sepse n\u00eb qeverisjen e tij, kam vuajtur 4 (kat\u00ebr) vjet\u00eb burg. Por, me gjith\u00eb akuzat verbale, gojore, q\u00eb b\u00ebhen kund\u00ebr tij, nuk ka asnj\u00eb fakt se ai t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vjedhur apo abuzuar me pushtetin. Sali Berisha, \u00ebsht\u00eb i kujdessh\u00ebm dhe nuk ka shkelur kurr\u00eb ligjin. Rrjedhimisht, nuk kemi ku e kapim. V\u00ebtet, ai po na shqet\u00ebson shum\u00eb n\u00eb Parlament, me kritika t\u00eb vazhdueshme, p\u00ebr qeverisje ton\u00eb t\u00eb keqe, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb ai, por, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e ligjshme, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb penalizuese “.<\/p>\n

“Sot, ndjehem i lumtur, sepse kam dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontributin tim maksimal, q\u00eb nga vitet `90-a e deri m\u00eb tani, p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Edhe Bolton e Grenell i bashkuan forcat, sepse parat\u00eb e multi miliarderit Soros, b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebrdin\u00eb” – deklaroi, madje, krenarisht, Dr. Prof. Sali Berisha!<\/p>\n
