Gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb, p\u00ebr Federat\u00ebn Ballkanike jan\u00eb angazhuar kryesisht <strong><em>majtist\u00ebt<\/em><\/strong> e vendeve p\u00ebrreth. Kjo ide, n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e tyre, sot e k\u00ebsaj dite i ka p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e vet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Historia e ides\u00eb s\u00eb Federat\u00ebs Ballkanike dhe prapavija politike &#8211; <\/strong>Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb ekzistimit t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane ka ekzistuar t\u00ebr\u00ebsia gjeografike unike, pa kufij t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm. N\u00eb shekullin XIX krijohen shtetet komb\u00ebtare dhe vendosen kufijt\u00eb nd\u00ebrshtet\u00ebror\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shtetet komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb sapokrijuara n\u00eb Ballkan kan\u00eb ndjekur strategjin\u00eb e zgjerimit t\u00eb territoreve t\u00eb veta. N\u00eb shekullin XIX, n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike t\u00eb Ballkanit \u201ckombi\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb kuptuar si nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi etnike e cila p\u00ebrs\u00ebri duhet t\u00eb kompozohet nga pjes\u00ebt e veta historike \u2013 para-osmane.<\/p>\n<p>Greqia duhej t\u00eb b\u00ebhej \u201cGreqi e Madhe\u201d, Bullgaria \u2013 \u201cBullgari e Madhe\u201d, Serbia nd\u00ebrkaq, \u201cSerbi e Madhe\u201d. Nj\u00eb politik\u00eb e till\u00eb i p\u00ebrjashtonte pakicat komb\u00ebtare dhe ishte e nd\u00ebrlidhur me pastrime etnike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lindja e ides\u00eb s\u00eb Federat\u00ebs Ballkanike &#8211; <\/strong>Ideja e Federat\u00ebs Ballkanike u zhvillua gjat\u00eb shekullit XIX brenda <strong>l\u00ebvizjes socialdemokrate<\/strong> t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit, si nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb ndaj ekspansioneve komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shteteve t\u00eb sapoformuara. Pionier\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ideje ishin <strong>Hrristo Botevi <\/strong>(1848-1876) n\u00eb Bullgari dhe <strong>Svetozar Markoviqi <\/strong>(1846-1875) n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebri prej ithtar\u00ebve t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb Federat\u00ebs Ballkanike, Svetozar Markoviqi, paralajm\u00ebroi se populli serb jeton i p\u00ebrzier me popujt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit, pa kufij gjeografik\u00eb dhe etnografik\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar qartazi, ndaj po qe se synon t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb Serbi t\u00eb Madhe, do t\u2019i duhet t\u00eb luaj\u00eb rolin e pushtuesit.<\/p>\n<p>Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb pushtues tokash t\u00eb huaja. N\u00eb vitin 1893 u themelua n\u00eb Selanik VMRO-ja (\u0412\u043d\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0435\u0448\u043d\u0430 \u043c\u0430\u043a\u0435\u0434\u043e\u043d\u0441\u043a\u0430 \u0440\u0435\u0432\u043e\u043b\u0443\u0446\u0438\u043e\u043d\u0430\u0440\u043d\u0430 \u043e\u0440\u0433\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0437\u0430\u0446\u0438\u0458\u0430 \u2013 Organizata e Brendshme Revolucionare Maqedonase) e cila kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim \u00e7lirimin dhe bashkimin e t\u00ebr\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb (s\u00eb Egjeut, t\u00eb Pirinit dhe t\u00eb Vardarit), e cila do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse e Federat\u00ebs Ballkanike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1894 u themelua n\u00eb Franc\u00eb <strong>\u201cLidhja e Konfederat\u00ebs Ballkanike\u201d<\/strong>, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb <strong>socialist\u00ebt grek\u00eb, bullgar\u00eb, serb\u00eb, rumun\u00eb dhe armen\u00eb<\/strong>. Kryetar i Lidhjes u zgjodh socialisti grek <strong>Pavlos Argyriades<\/strong>, i cili e mb\u00ebshteste autonomin\u00eb e Maqedonis\u00eb brenda Federat\u00ebs Ballkanike, si nj\u00eb zgjidhje e mundshme <strong><em>e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes maqedonase<\/em><\/strong> e cila shkaktonte mospajtime midis Greqis\u00eb, Serbis\u00eb dhe Bullgaris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Federata Socialiste Ballkanike &#8211; <\/strong>N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit XX, nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh partish komuniste vendore e pranojn\u00eb krijimin e Federat\u00eb Ballkanike si q\u00ebllim politik t\u00eb tyre. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb, rritet p\u00ebrkrahja e k\u00ebsaj ideje.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1909, n\u00eb Selanik, \u201cAsociacioni Socialist i Pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve\u201d, i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb kryesisht prej hebrenjve, bashkohet me dy grupe socialiste bullgare. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb, u form\u00ebsua \u201cFederata Socialiste Pun\u00ebtore e Pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve Otoman\u00eb\u201d, e cila u shp\u00ebrb\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1913.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 1910 u mbajt n\u00eb Bullgari kongresi i par\u00eb <strong><em>i partive socialdemokrate<\/em><\/strong> t\u00eb Ballkanit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga Serbia, nga Bullgaria, nga Rumania, nga Turqia, nga Mali i Zi, nga Maqedonia. Mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues slloven\u00eb dhe kroat\u00eb q\u00eb ishin n\u00ebn Austro-Hungarin\u00eb. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e kongresit u pajtuan se krijimi i bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs \u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb kulturave dhe t\u00eb kombeve t\u00eb ndryshme, ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u2019i heq\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e v\u00ebn\u00eb. T\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebn <strong><em>\u00e7\u00ebshtje komb\u00ebtare<\/em><\/strong> e caktuan si nj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb demokratike t\u00eb \u00e7do populli p\u00ebr realizimin e bashkimit t\u00eb tij politik dhe komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Ata konsideronin se e vetmja zgjidhje e mundshme e t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb popujve t\u00eb Ballkanit, n\u00eb rajonet e Gadishullit Ballkanik, tejet t\u00eb p\u00ebrzier n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje komb\u00ebtare dhe fetare, \u00ebsht\u00eb shteti federativ i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Federata ballkanike komuniste<\/strong> &#8211; Revolucioni i Tetorit n\u00eb Rusi, e cila krijoi nj\u00eb shtet pa simbole komb\u00ebtare, e forcoi internacionalizmin revolucionar n\u00eb Ballkan. <strong><em>Internacionalja e Tret\u00eb<\/em><\/strong> e sapoformuar (e njohur si Internacionale Komuniste apo shkurtimisht Kominterna) i tuboi n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e veta socialist\u00ebt revolucionar\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha viseve t\u00eb Ballkanit. Kominterna e pranoi krijimin e federat\u00ebs ballkanike si baz\u00eb t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb saj ndaj Ballkanit. Federata komuniste ballkanike, deri shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen e saj n\u00eb vitin 1939, u n\u00ebnshtrohej interesave t\u00eb Bashkimit Sovjetik.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb <strong>Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore <\/strong>ka ekzistuar nisma e nd\u00ebrlidhjes s\u00eb luft\u00ebrave \u201cnacional\u00e7lirimtare\u201d t\u00eb partizan\u00ebve t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb, t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb Bullgaris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Svetozar Vukmanoviq Tempo <\/strong>(1912-2000), si delegat i Komitetit Qendror t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Komuniste t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb dhe i Shtabit Suprem t\u00eb UN\u00c7J (Ushtris\u00eb Nacional\u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb), n\u00eb vitin 1943 veproi n\u00eb Maqedoni p\u00ebr formimin e Shtabit ballkanik, n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb luft\u00ebs nacional\u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb popujve t\u00eb Ballkanit dhe bashkimit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Federat\u00ebn Ballkanike.<\/p>\n<p>Pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, midis autoriteteve komuniste t\u00eb reja \u2013 t\u00eb RPF t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb, RP t\u00eb Bullgaris\u00eb, t\u00eb RP t\u00eb Rumanis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb RP t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen aktive t\u00eb BRSS-s\u00eb (Bashkimit t\u00eb Republikave Socialiste Sovjetike), u shqyrtua bashkimi n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn Federative Ballkanike, e cila do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte edhe Greqin\u00eb, po qe se n\u00eb luft\u00ebn civile greke do t\u00eb fitonin partizan\u00ebt. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb <strong>Josip Broz Tito<\/strong> punonte me t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr krijimin e Federat\u00ebs Ballkanike. Jugosllavia u jepte ndihm\u00eb partizan\u00ebve grek\u00eb dhe vepronte p\u00ebr bashkimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me Jugosllavin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit komunist\u00eb t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Bullgaris\u00eb, <strong>Josip Broz Tito<\/strong> (1892-1980) dhe <strong>Georgi Dimitrovi <\/strong>(1882-1949) punuan n\u00eb projektin e bashkimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dy shteteve n\u00eb Republikat Federative Ballkanike. Si l\u00ebshim p\u00ebr pal\u00ebn jugosllave, <strong><em>autoritetet bullgare u pajtuan t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb dallimin midis komb\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe gjuh\u00ebs bullgare dhe maqedonasve e gjuh\u00ebs maqedonase<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ky ishte nj\u00eb prej kushteve p\u00ebr <strong><em>Marr\u00ebveshjen e Bledit<\/em> <\/strong>t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar midis Jugosllavis\u00eb dhe Bullgaris\u00eb, m\u00eb 01 tetor 1947. N\u00eb n\u00ebntor 1947, n\u00ebn trysnin\u00eb e Bashkimit Sovjetik, Jugosllavia dhe Bullgaria n\u00ebnshkruan edhe marr\u00ebveshje miq\u00ebsie. Qeveria bullgare p\u00ebrs\u00ebri ishte e detyruar q\u00eb q\u00ebndrimet e veta t\u2019ua p\u00ebrshat\u00eb interesave t\u00eb Bashkimit Sovjetik n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n<p>Pas rezolut\u00ebs s\u00eb Informbiros\u00eb n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 1948, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u d\u00ebnua veprimi politik i Titos, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e RPF t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb me vendet e tjera socialiste u nd\u00ebrpren\u00eb.
