Ajo iu drejtua historis\u00eb dhe e p\u00ebrdori k\u00ebt\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb afirmuar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e popullit shqiptar p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar i lir\u00eb e i pavarur.<\/p>\n<p>Rilind\u00ebsit i kthyen syt\u00eb nga e kaluara historike, jo vet\u00ebm pse kombi shqiptar, ashtu si kombet e tjera, merr prej andej burimin e tij, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i v\u00ebn\u00eb provat e lasht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb detyrave q\u00eb q\u00ebndronin para l\u00ebvizjes komb\u00ebtare: p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur krenarin\u00eb e bashkatdhetar\u00ebve n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin komb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar n\u00eb ngritjen e nd\u00ebrgjegjes s\u00eb tyre komb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar m\u00eb tej individualitetin e shqiptar\u00ebve si komb dhe bashkimin e tyre p\u00ebrball\u00eb sundimtar\u00ebve osman\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje historiko-\u00acshoq\u00ebrore k\u00ebrkesave komb\u00ebtare dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen e opinionit publik t\u00eb huaj ndaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Rilind\u00ebsit e p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn historin\u00eb si nj\u00eb mjet t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje, si edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur posht\u00eb pohimet e atyre shteteve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur m\u00eb leht\u00eb synimet e tyre ekspansioniste ndaj Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ua mohuan shqiptar\u00ebve historin\u00eb. Rilind\u00ebsit u kap\u00ebn sidomos pas origjin\u00ebs s\u00eb lasht\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe pas epok\u00ebs s\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rastin e par\u00eb ata u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn t\u00eb argumentonin e t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapnin tez\u00ebn mbi origjin\u00ebn pellazgjike ose ilire t\u00eb popullit shqiptar dhe t\u00eb provonin me k\u00ebt\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr banor\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Ballkanit, autokton\u00eb dhe zot\u00ebr t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb truallit t\u00eb vet, t\u00eb cilin askush nuk kishte t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ta prekte. N\u00eb rastin e dyt\u00eb, duke evokuar e duke pasqyruar gjer\u00ebsisht n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi epok\u00ebn e Sk\u00ebnderbeut, luft\u00ebn e tij ngadhnjimtare kund\u00ebr ushtrive t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb s\u00eb fuqishme Osmane, rilind\u00ebsit synonin t\u00eb afirmonin vitalitetin e popullit shqiptar, aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr t\u2019u bashkuar politikisht dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb formuar shtetin e vet komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Historis\u00eb i jan\u00eb drejtuar edhe rrethet politike t\u00eb vendeve fqinje, sidomos pas formimit t\u00eb shteteve komb\u00ebtare. Qarqet politike serbe evokuan Perandorin\u00eb e Stefan Dushanit t\u00eb shek. XIV, ato greke Perandorin\u00eb Bizantine dhe ato bullgare Perandorin\u00eb Mesjetare t\u00eb Borisit e t\u00eb Simeonit. Sipas tyre, shtetet serb, grek e bullgar ishin trash\u00ebgimtar\u00eb t\u00eb perandorive p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse mesjetare dhe rrjedhimisht kishin \u201ct\u00eb drejt\u00ebn historike\u201d t\u00eb shtriheshin n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e dikursh\u00ebm. Mir\u00ebpo asnj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto perandori nuk shtrihej n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Ballkanin ose n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb tij, t\u00eb banuar si n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn edhe n\u00eb shek. XIX nga popuj t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, q\u00eb ishin zot\u00ebr t\u00eb trojeve ku jetonin. Rrjedhimisht synimi p\u00ebr t\u2019i rikrijuar ato, q\u00eb ishte shprehje e politik\u00ebs ekspansioniste t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre shteteve, cenonte r\u00ebnd\u00eb interesat e popujve ballkanik\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa, n\u00eb rastin e shqiptar\u00ebve, \u00e7onte n\u00eb pushtimin e territoreve t\u00eb tyre etnike, amtare, ose n\u00eb cop\u00ebtimin e tyre. Orvatjet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbushjen e k\u00ebtyre synimeve u b\u00ebn\u00eb shkak p\u00ebr luft\u00ebra nd\u00ebrmjet vet\u00eb vendeve ballkanike.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i tradit\u00ebs historike nga L\u00ebvizja Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare nuk kishte prirje t\u00eb tilla ekspansioniste. Shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kishin formuar n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn ndonj\u00eb perandori, s\u00eb cil\u00ebs t\u2019i referoheshin mendimtar\u00ebt e veprimtar\u00ebt rilind\u00ebs. Epoka m\u00eb e ndritur, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e evokuan rilind\u00ebsit, ishte ajo e Sk\u00ebnderbeut. Por kufijt\u00eb e shtetit t\u00eb lir\u00eb e t\u00eb pavarur shqiptar, t\u00eb krijuar prej tij n\u00eb shek. XV shtriheshin n\u00eb toka shqiptare, madje nuk i p\u00ebrfshinin t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto toka; ky shtet lindi dhe q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb truallin shqiptar dhe zhvilloi, derisa u shtyp, nj\u00eb luft\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebse kund\u00ebr agresionit osman. Ndryshe nga ai i vendeve fqinje ballkanike, historicizmi i Rilindjes Shqiptare, argumentimi i karakterit historik t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb etnike t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare, sh\u00ebrbeu si mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr bashkimin politik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb territoreve t\u00eb banuara prej tyre jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, por edhe n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb re, n\u00eb shek.
