Mesiguri, nuk do t\u00eb jemi as Nes\u00ebr. Moti koh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur ta hapim Universitetin Shqiptar, n\u00eb Shkup. Edhe sot, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb von\u00eb si ide historike me parashikime p\u00ebr Dit\u00ebn e Nes\u00ebrme. Populli shqiptar thot\u00eb: m\u00eb mir\u00eb von\u00eb, se hi\u00e7.<\/p>\n

Pun\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo, se: \u00c7ka rrokullisin \u201cv\u00ebllez\u00ebrit\u201d e Njerk\u00ebs n\u00eb kok\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i v\u00ebn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Sotshme n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb tyre arsimin dhe kultur\u00ebn shqiptare si propagand\u00eb politike t\u00eb \u201cv\u00ebllaz\u00ebrim-bashkimit\u201d. Merreni me mend: aq shum\u00eb q\u00eb na kan\u00eb dashur si \u201cv\u00ebllez\u00ebr\u201d, saq\u00eb dy hapa m\u00eb larg Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb na e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb grop\u00ebn e mbuluar me gjethe. Ose, kasht\u00eb. Grop\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nj\u00eb dit\u00eb do t\u00eb bien vet\u00eb si \u201cv\u00ebllez\u00ebr\u201d t\u00eb Njerk\u00ebs. Arsimi dhe kultura shqiptare me shekuj ka ecur dhiareve malore. Her\u00eb pas here, edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr zjarre. Gati t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dim\u00eb, sesi: kemi ecur n\u00ebp\u00ebr pusi dhe sa plumba ende i kemi n\u00eb trup. Shembull, akoma i fresk\u00ebt: Univrersiteti i Tetov\u00ebs. \u201cFoshnja e vdekur, e lindur para kohe\u201d, sipas Dh\u00ebndrrit \u201cshqiptar\u201d. Mosn\u00ebnshkrimi i nj\u00eb Partie Politike Shqiptare n\u00eb flet\u00ebthemelim, edhe pse vet\u00eb ishte iniciatore e themelimit t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Tetov\u00ebs. E shiti Universitetin e Tetov\u00ebs me themelimin e Univeristetit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs Juglindore p\u00ebr pazare politike. Nj\u00ebsoj, si\u00e7 e shiti pak m\u00eb her\u00ebt N\u00ebna e saj Parti p\u00ebr Fakultetin Pedagogjik, n\u00eb Shkup. Mir\u00eb, do t\u00eb thoni ju si shqiptar\u00eb, i fituam brenda nj\u00eb kohe disa universitete. E v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Universitete t\u00eb politizuar deri n\u00eb palc\u00eb, e jo vatra arsimore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr Dit\u00ebn e Nes\u00ebrme. Vende pune partiake, familjare dhe klanore i hap\u00ebn partit\u00eb politike shqiptare p\u00ebr partizan\u00ebt e tyre me diploma t\u00eb blera n\u00eb Univeristetin e Shkupit, \u201cQaf\u00eb Than\u00eb\u201c (Shqip\u00ebri), \u201cJazhinc\u00eb\u201d (kufi me Kosov\u00ebn) dhe Bullgari. Prandaj, Sot \u00ebsht\u00eb, koha: mashat shqiptare politike ta mbyllin goj\u00ebn me veprimet e tyre \u201cpatriotike – historike\u201d n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb arsimit dhe kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, kan\u00eb marr\u00eb: FUND.<\/p>\n

Partit\u00eb Politike Shqiptare, t\u00eb pushojn\u00eb t\u2019i em\u00ebrojn\u00eb k\u00ebto dudum\u00eb \u201cshqiptar\u201d n\u00ebp\u00ebr ministri t\u00eb arsimit dhe kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, q\u00eb \u201chaber\u201d nuk kan\u00eb nga profesioni n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin thirren si \u201cpedagog\u00eb e artist\u00eb\u201d, e marrin pagesa mujore n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit shqiptar. K\u00ebsaj radhe, nuk do t\u00eb hyjm\u00eb n\u00eb shit\u00ebblerjen e \u201cdiplomave universitare\u201d edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr katunde, po n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb p\u00ebr arsimin dhe kultur\u00ebn shqiptare.<\/p>\n

H\u00eb p\u00ebr h\u00eb, nuk na duhet n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim truri i tyre \u201csakat\u201d neokomunist! Shqiptar\u00ebt, e din\u00eb fare mire, sesi: me sa v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb sistemin komunist jugosllav, jan\u00eb hapur ato shkolla shqipe, universitete shqiptare, Institucione arsimore e kulturore, q\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb partit\u00eb politike shqiptare t\u2019i politizojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb palc\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimet e tyre partiake dhe p\u00ebrfitime karrieriste dhe materiale familjare. Pun\u00ebsimin e partizan\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb Universitet, familjar\u00ebve dhe farefisit. Diplomat universitere dhe titujt shkencor, nuk i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb Universiteti, por N\u00ebna Parti si libreza an\u00ebtar\u00ebsie.<\/p>\n

Realitet mbi sip\u00ebrfaqe n\u00eb rrym\u00ebn e ujit, nga i cili edhe gjat\u00eb koh\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7ojm\u00eb krye si popull shqiptar. Mallkimi na ka z\u00ebn\u00eb i gjall\u00ebrimit t\u00eb hapjes t\u00eb shkollave t\u00eb para shqipe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Ernest Koliqit. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, kur sot n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, asnj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb shqipe nuk e mban\u00eb n\u00eb ball\u00eb emrin e atij ministri t\u00eb arsimit largpam\u00ebs. Ministri i arsimit, q\u00eb e mbuloi me m\u00ebsues\u00eb vullnetar\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e \u201cMadhe\u201d. P\u00ebrm\u00ebkeq, shkollat shqipe t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane shqiptare ende nuk i mbajn\u00eb emrat e vetaran\u00ebve t\u00eb arsimit shqiptar misiomsr\u00eb: Mahmut Dumani, Nexhat Pustina, Mehmedali Hoxha etj. Histori arsimore t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e dim\u00eb i madh dhe i vog\u00ebl. V\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre n\u00ebp\u00ebr hurdhat komuniste p\u00ebr t\u00eb dalur mbi sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb lumit. Politizimi i tyre deri n\u00eb palc\u00eb, q\u00eb vazhdon edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite.<\/p>\n

Ndryshimet demokratike n\u00eb IRJ t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, sot: Maqedonia e Veriut), arsimit dhe kultur\u00ebs shqiptare i vun\u00eb vul\u00ebn e Dexhallit me trumbeta n\u00eb ball\u00eb. Arsimin dhe kultur\u00ebn shqiptare (themelet e nj\u00eb shteti, shoq\u00ebrie) i mor\u00ebn n\u00eb dor\u00eb partizan\u00ebt e \u201cv\u00ebllaz\u00ebruar\u201d t\u00eb Partitve Politike \u201cmaqedonse\u201d dhe Shqiptare p\u00ebr pushtet. P\u00ebrmes mashave shqiptare, q\u00eb e sakatuan edhe m\u00eb zi se, \u201cv\u00ebllez\u00ebrit\u201d e sistemimit.<\/p>\n

Strategjia e k\u00ebtyre neokomunist\u00ebve \u201cdemokrat\u00eb\u201d, prodhimi i diplomave universitare me shumic\u00eb e pakic\u00eb, n\u00eb Tregun e \u201cBit-Pazarit\u201d. Tituj shkencor, q\u00eb bleheshin p\u00ebr pak para n\u00eb Shkup, Prishtin\u00eb, Sofje e Tiran\u00eb. Sakatimi i papar\u00eb deri m\u00eb sot i planprogrameve shkollore nga kakademik\u00eb shqiptar e profesor\u00eb t\u00eb dalldisur n\u00ebp\u00ebr institucione t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebbashk\u00ebt\u201d. Em\u00ebrimi i trusakat\u00ebve me porosi t\u00eb partive politike shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrpilimin\u00a0 list\u00ebs p\u00ebr planprogramet dhe lekryrat shkollore. Finansimi i revistave p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb me g\u00ebrsh\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb tollumbaxhinj\u00ebve partiak t\u00eb Tun – Batunit (n\u00ebn nivelin artistik t\u00eb \u201cG\u00ebzimit\u201d dhe \u201cFatosit\u201d, n\u00eb sistemin e koh\u00ebs komuniste), duke i heshtur shum\u00eb revista kulturore letrare t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga emra eminent\u00eb t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipatre, q\u00eb mezi e shihnin drit\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Tregtari i \u201cBit-Pazarit\u201d, dhe \u201c\u00c7obani\u201d i Sharrit Plak, natedit\u00eb \u00e7irreshin p\u00ebr arsimin dhe kultur\u00ebn shqiptare, e n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr e godit\u00ebn tin\u00ebz pam\u00ebshir\u00eb si masha shqiptare pas shpine. \u201cVeprat e tyre artistike\u201d me fakte t\u00eb shumta policore, ende jan\u00eb gjall\u00eb dhe nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrmendim me emra dhe mbiemra n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim publicistik.<\/p>\n

Aspak, nuk duhet t\u00eb na befasoj\u00eb Sot: realiteti i \u201cv\u00ebllaz\u00ebrim-bashkimit\u201d: shqiptar\u00ebt, pse ende nuk kan\u00eb arsim dhe kultur\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin nivel arsimor e kulruror me \u201cv\u00ebllez\u00ebrit\u201d e Njerk\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtet t\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt\u201d?! Shembull konkret, ende i fresk\u00ebt: bojkotimi (p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn her\u00eb) i Mbr\u00ebmjeve t\u00eb Pozis\u00eb Strugane nga Kryetari i Komun\u00ebs t\u00eb Strug\u00ebs. Askushi nuk ia v\u00ebndon veshin z\u00ebrit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjes paralajm\u00ebruese. Thirrjes njer\u00ebzore p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb. \u201cV\u00ebllaz\u00ebrim-bashkimit\u201d t\u00eb nj\u00eb niveli t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb Shtetin e \u201cp\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt\u201d. Nes\u00ebr, mos na lindin probleme politike t\u00eb paparishikuara me \u201cv\u00ebllaz\u00ebrit\u201d e Njerk\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrg\u00ebzime, Kryetarit t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs Strug\u00ebs! V\u00ebshtir\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb sot t\u00eb jetosh me \u201cv\u00ebllain\u201d n\u00eb nj\u00eb Sht\u00ebpi, kur ai nuk t\u00eb del zot si v\u00eblla \u201cNane\u201d. Arat, livadhet, pyjet dhe Sht\u00ebpin\u00eb i ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebr vete, e ty t\u2019i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201csadaka\u201d (l\u00ebmosh\u00eb) en\u00ebt dhe lug\u00ebt. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb njoh dhe respektoj\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe me popullat\u00eb shumic\u00eb shqiptare, n\u00eb Strug\u00eb. Histori m\u00eb vete kulturore, q\u00eb opinioni shqiptar e di fare mir\u00eb, se: Un\u00eb, n\u00eb at\u00eb Manifestim t\u00eb Poezis\u00eb Strugane publikisht e kam shitur dark\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb birr\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrgjigjen, sot e kemi para syve: Nuk e shohim cungun, por ashkl\u00ebn. Vet\u00eb i kemi pri k\u00ebsaj \u201cveprimtarie patriotike – politike\u201d. Dhe, e kemi sjell\u00eb Sot me forcat tona politike n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u201cderexhe\u201d (xhendje). P\u00ebrm\u00ebkeq, e kemi veshur edhe me ferexhe t\u00eb zez\u00eb. Partizan\u00eb t\u00eb partive politike e hoxhallar\u00eb t\u00eb rrejsh\u00ebm na kan\u00eb pri n\u00eb ball\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cLiri\u201d. \u201cFitorja\u201d e merituar, \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo, q\u00eb e g\u00ebzojm\u00eb Sot: \u201cLiri\u201d me ferexhen\u00eb hedhur krah\u00ebve. Mir\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte s\u00eb paku ta kishte struken krah\u00ebve. K\u00ebsul\u00ebn e bardh\u00eb t\u00eb Bjram Currit n\u00eb kok\u00eb. Dy koburet historike t\u00eb Is\u00eb Boletinit n\u00eb brez, n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr. Po, ja nuk i ka k\u00ebto armatime legjendare shqiptare. E ka \u00e7allm\u00ebn e Hoxh\u00ebs Allahut n\u00eb kok\u00eb me tri-kat\u00ebr shajka\u00e7a n\u00ebn setre.<\/p>\n

Fatkeq\u00ebsia: Pavet\u00ebdije, ende e pyesim veten: Si t\u00eb dalim nga kjo hurdh\u00eb politike, kur vullnetarisht si kope e dhen\u00ebve, shkaku t\u00eb nj\u00eb Delje t\u00eb n\u00ebnkryeme kemi k\u00ebrcyer bythekrye n\u00eb lum\u00eb. Sot p\u00ebr Sot, p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb na nxjerrin gjerman\u00ebt dhe amerikan\u00ebt n\u00eb breg t\u00eb lumit.<\/p>\n
