P\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn ishte e p\u00ebrshtatshme vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, ajo e kund\u00ebrta me marr\u00ebveshjen, pra \u201cmosmarr\u00ebveshja\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mosmarr\u00ebveshje e plot\u00eb, e palodhshme, e p\u00ebrjetshme. Ky ishte urdhri num\u00ebr nj\u00eb i koh\u00ebs. Programi i pandryshuesh\u00ebm komunist. Th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe: verdikti kund\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 1990, ky verdikt u shkel me k\u00ebmb\u00eb e u thye. Fjal\u00ebt \u201ce duam Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb si Europa\u201d, ishin t\u00eb parat q\u00eb gj\u00ebmuan n\u00eb trajt\u00ebn e nj\u00eb himni, e nj\u00eb programi t\u00eb ri. E bashk\u00eb me to, disa jav\u00eb m\u00eb pas, shtatorja e njeriut m\u00eb antieuropian q\u00eb kishte njohur ky vend, u thye e u zvarrit gjithashtu.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb Europa, m\u00eb sakt\u00eb Europa atlantike nuk pushoi s\u00eb qeni xanxa kryesore p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. M\u00eb 1997, kur p\u00ebr turpin ton\u00eb, shteti shqiptar ra, ishte Europa q\u00eb na u gjend n\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi. S\u2019na erdhi ashtu si\u00e7 e kishim pritur: me viza, para dhe, Zoti e di \u00e7far\u00eb, por me arm\u00eb dhe topa, p\u00ebr t\u00eb na pajtuar me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. P\u00ebrpara se Europa me NATO-n t\u00eb merrnin k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim t\u00eb madh, disa her\u00eb u ngrit dyshimi se mos shqiptar\u00ebt e nd\u00ebrkryer, ashtu t\u00eb armatosur si\u00e7 ishin, t\u00eb q\u00ebllonin trupat nd\u00ebrhyr\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb mir\u00eb, kjo nuk ndodhi. Midis marr\u00ebzis\u00eb, populli shqiptar e b\u00ebri s\u00eb paku nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb men\u00e7ur. N\u00eb vendin ku mosprekja e kufirit prej \u00e7izmes s\u00eb ushtarit t\u00eb huaj, ishte kthyer n\u00eb mit, asnj\u00eb arm\u00eb, qoft\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr zakon, nuk u shkreh kund\u00ebr ushtris\u00eb euroatlantike.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb shqiptare ndodhte nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb. Ajo ishte nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e madhe: d\u00ebshmi prek\u00ebse, se at\u00eb ushtri q\u00eb po zbarkonte nga deti dhe nga ajri, shqiptar\u00ebt e quajt\u00ebn si t\u00eb tyren.<\/p>\n<p>Vetvetish\u00ebm midis kaosit, pa retorik\u00eb integruese, pa u shtyr\u00eb prej askujt, shqiptar\u00ebt treguan qart\u00eb se ndiheshin europian\u00eb. Ata n\u00ebnshkruan k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb akt monumental: rigjetjen e Europ\u00ebs s\u00eb humbur.<\/p>\n<p>Dy vite m\u00eb pas, si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje e mir\u00ebkuptimit, ndodhi e pabesueshmja. E nj\u00ebjta ushtri euroatlantike, me avion\u00eb, raketa e bombardime, nd\u00ebrhyri p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb jashtme, Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>U duk sikur kontinenti m\u00ebm\u00eb, i penduar p\u00ebr harres\u00ebn e gjat\u00eb, po kujtohej m\u00eb n\u00eb fund p\u00ebr popullin e braktisur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e Europ\u00ebs me m\u00eb trillanin e tre gadishujve t\u00eb saj jugor\u00eb, Ballkanin, mund t\u00eb thuhej se ishin kund\u00ebrth\u00ebn\u00ebse, ato me shtetin e vog\u00ebl shqiptar, e kap\u00ebrcenin \u00e7do p\u00ebrfytyrim.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb tep\u00ebr shkurt kronik\u00ebn historike, le t\u00eb sjellim nd\u00ebr mend vitet e tranzicionit, ato q\u00eb i mbajn\u00eb mend t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fill pas dehjes s\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn, madje mu midis dalldisjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb, nuk u b\u00eb e qart\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb e shtyu qeverin\u00eb e par\u00eb demokratike t\u00eb b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje kund\u00ebrth\u00ebn\u00ebse. Krejt si nj\u00eb shpend i verb\u00ebr, nj\u00eb d\u00ebrgat\u00eb shqiptare fluturoi me avion p\u00ebr n\u00eb Xhedal, fluturim pas t\u00eb cilit Shqip\u00ebria u gdhi n\u00eb Lig\u00ebn Islamike. Opozita e majt\u00eb b\u00ebri nj\u00ebfar\u00eb zhurme, kund\u00ebrshtuese, q\u00eb u quajt me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e pasinqert\u00eb, ngaq\u00eb kur ajo vet\u00eb erdhi n\u00eb pushtet, nuk b\u00ebri asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr ta rishqyrtuar an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin ende t\u00eb paratifikuar n\u00eb Parlament. Kjo u shpjegua dym\u00ebnyrash.<\/p>\n<p>E para, se opozit\u00ebs, s\u00eb akuzuar, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb lider\u00ebve t\u00eb saj, si grekofile, i interesonte nj\u00eb ngjyrim i tejshquar islamik p\u00ebr t\u2019u mjegulluar filogreqizmi i saj.<\/p>\n<p>E dyta, hotelet e shtrenjta t\u00eb Dubait, t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar, ndoshta, nga dhurata t\u00eb shtrenjta, ishin mjaft josh\u00ebse gjithashtu p\u00ebr t\u00eb majt\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Kur u duk se, pas k\u00ebsaj turbullire, nj\u00ebfar\u00eb konsensusi u arrit midis dy krah\u00ebve kryesor\u00eb politik\u00eb, t\u00eb djatht\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb majt\u00ebs, lidhur me Europ\u00ebn, kur u duk se u kap\u00ebrcye disi edhe xhelozia e secil\u00ebs pal\u00eb, q\u00eb futjen n\u00eb Europ\u00eb ta kryente ajo e kurrsesi pala tjet\u00ebr; shkurt, kur u duk m\u00eb n\u00eb fund se drit\u00ebza e shum\u00ebpritur n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb tunelit po shfaqej, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb kthjellimit t\u00eb strategjis\u00eb politike shqiptare, ca re t\u00eb zeza e mbuluan horizontin.<\/p>\n<p>Ishin ca hamendje p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese, ca si m\u00ebdyshje kinse filozofike, kinse hamletiane: jemi apo s\u2019jemi europian\u00eb. T\u00eb jemi a t\u00eb mos jemi t\u00eb till\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria Europ\u00eb, a s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb Europ\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb Lindje a Per\u00ebndim. \u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb Per\u00ebndim se Lindje. \u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb myslimane se e krishtere. \u00cbsht\u00eb edhe ashtu edhe k\u00ebshtu. S\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb as ashtu, as k\u00ebshtu etj., etj.<\/p>\n<p>U duk\u00ebn si p\u00ebr\u00e7artje komike n\u00eb fillim. Nd\u00ebrkaq, hamendjet e hamletizmat sa vente shtoheshin. Le ta themi m\u00eb mir\u00eb haptas at\u00eb q\u00eb kemi fshehur. P\u00ebrse t\u00eb hiqemi ata q\u00eb s\u2019jemi? P\u00ebrse, hiqemi si europian\u00eb, kur dihet q\u00eb s\u2019jemi t\u00eb till\u00eb? Shkurt, p\u00ebrse t\u00eb na vij\u00eb turp nga identiteti yn\u00eb joeuropian?<\/p>\n<p>Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrimi i marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore me Europ\u00ebn afrohej, aq m\u00eb fort ndiheshin murmurimat. Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb afrohej caktimi i statusit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, besimi i Europ\u00ebs e i Amerik\u00ebs se Kosova mund t\u00eb hynte si shtet i pavarur n\u00eb familjen kontinentale, aq m\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebse b\u00ebhej krrokama se shqiptar\u00ebt ishin si mish i huaj, pra i padashur, p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ishte mbushur as java e fillimit t\u00eb bisedimeve t\u00eb Vjen\u00ebs p\u00ebr statusin e Kosov\u00ebs, e s\u2019kishin kaluar ve\u00e7 disa or\u00eb q\u00eb avioni i kryekomisionerit europian Baroso, ishte ulur n\u00eb aeroportin e Tiran\u00ebs, kur murmurimat disi kaotike u shtuan. Ato u shfaq\u00ebn madje edhe atje ku priteshin m\u00eb pak, si p\u00ebr shembull, n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb deklarim t\u00eb akademikut nga Kosova, Rexhep Qosja.<\/p>\n<p>Thelbi i shkrimit t\u00eb tij \u201cIdentiteti komb\u00ebtar dhe vet\u00ebdija fetare\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar se shqiptar\u00ebt vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrgjysm\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin qytet\u00ebrimit europian. Sipas Qosjes shqiptar\u00ebt s\u2019kan\u00eb pse t\u00eb shtiren si evropian\u00eb, ngaq\u00eb ata \u201ci takojn\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit islamik hi\u00e7 m\u00eb pak se qytet\u00ebrimit t\u00eb krishter\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>I turbullt, i cek\u00ebt dhe i pasakt\u00eb, akademiku bie n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me veten dhe shkrimet e tij t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme ku ai me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, ka qen\u00eb ithtar i vendosur i tez\u00ebs se atdheu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb, e fet\u00eb jan\u00eb tri, pra, nuk jan\u00eb fet\u00eb ato q\u00eb kusht\u00ebzojn\u00eb identitetin por tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb. E megjithat\u00eb, kur vjen puna p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar europianizmin e munguar shqiptar, Qosja p\u00ebrdor pik\u00ebrisht fjal\u00ebt \u201cislamik\u201ddhe \u201ci krishter\u00eb\u201d thua se nj\u00eb shqiptar i krishter\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb europian, por nj\u00eb shqiptar mysliman, kurrsesi!<\/p>\n<p>Por keqkuptimet n\u00eb shkrimin e Qosjes nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm k\u00ebto. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 nervozizmit t\u00eb pap\u00ebrligjur ndaj asaj tradite kulturore q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb lidhur me katolicizmin e hersh\u00ebm shqiptar, nervoziz\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk l\u00eb pa prekur mbajtjen e portretit t\u00eb N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebs n\u00eb institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb k\u00ebto shkrime spikat di\u00e7ka e err\u00ebt dhe e rrezikshme: ndarja e identitetit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Muzika ngjan si e njohur.<\/p>\n<p>Askush nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb aq naiv sa t\u00eb mos e kuptoj\u00eb se nj\u00eb identitet i ndar\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb komb i ndar\u00eb. Askush s\u2019mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb aq i ngath\u00ebt nga mendja q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e kuptoj\u00eb se p\u00ebrjashtimi i gjysm\u00ebs ose shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb kombit shqiptar nga identiteti europian, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim nga Europa. Dhe p\u00ebrjashtimi nga Europa nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb larg d\u00ebbimit nga Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as p\u00ebrfundim teorik e as filozofik. Kombi shqiptar, p\u00ebrpara se ta lexoj\u00eb n\u00eb libra e ka ndier n\u00eb mishin e tij k\u00ebt\u00eb lemeri. Shp\u00ebrnguljet me dhun\u00eb kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb vet\u00ebdijen e traumatizuar t\u00eb disa brezave shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto shp\u00ebrngulje nuk ran\u00eb si rrufe n\u00eb qiell t\u00eb past\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Ato ishin p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb nga zyra kriminel\u00ebsh, nga ushtarak\u00eb sadist\u00eb, nga akademik\u00eb t\u00eb zinj si Vasa \u00c7ubrullovi\u00e7i, nga mend\u00ebsia e nj\u00eb popullsie t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb dehur prej etheve shoviniste.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitje, po ta hulumtosh tani do t\u00eb gjesh paradigmat e vjetra: Nj\u00ebra prej tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb identiteti joeuropian i shqiptar\u00ebve. Shqiptar\u00ebt, turq t\u00eb ardhur nga Anadolli. Shqiptar\u00ebt, mysliman\u00eb, mish i huaj p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn e krishtere. Shqiptar\u00ebt, rrezik p\u00ebr qytet\u00ebrimin europian. Shqiptar\u00ebt duhen mbajtur t\u00eb tkurrur, t\u00eb thyer n\u00eb mes. Na lini ne ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjith\u00eb strategjia e Milloshevi\u00e7it p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb drit\u00ebn jeshile nga Europa p\u00ebr zhb\u00ebrjen e s\u00eb paku gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb kombit shqiptar, atij \u201cq\u00eb s\u2019kishte identitet europian\u201d, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve m\u00eb besim mysliman, bazohej n\u00eb besimin e tij t\u00eb verb\u00ebr se Europa do t\u00eb binte n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kurth gjenocidar.<\/p>\n<p>Ne e dim\u00eb \u00e7\u2019ndodhi. Europa dhe SHBA-ja nuk ran\u00eb n\u00eb kurth dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga aktet m\u00eb t\u00eb ndritshme t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit per\u00ebndimor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpara se t\u2019i kthehemi tezave p\u00ebr identitetin e p\u00ebrgjysmuar shqiptar, le t\u00eb hamend\u00ebsojm\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7ast se ndoshta mbrojt\u00ebsit e tyre kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb shtrojm\u00eb pyetjen se mos vall\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto vite, madje disa shekuj me radh\u00eb nuk e pask\u00ebshim ditur \u00e7\u2019kemi qen\u00eb? Ose e kemi ditur gabim? Mos na kan\u00eb g\u00ebnjyer poet\u00ebt, nga De Rada te Naim Frash\u00ebri, q\u00eb t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb se jemi ata q\u00eb s\u2019jemi? Dhe prap\u00eb mund t\u00eb vazhdonim. Mos vall\u00eb m\u00eb 1990, kemi l\u00ebshuar britm\u00ebn e gabuar \u201cE duam Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb si Europa\u201d? Mos vall\u00eb ajo duhej t\u00eb ishte: \u201cE duam si Europa, por e duam edhe si Azia\u201d, ose \u201cHi\u00e7 m\u00eb pak se Azia\u201d? Shkurt mos jemi ata q\u00eb s\u2019jemi?<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak p\u00ebr t\u00eb qeshur. P\u00ebr\u00e7artje t\u00eb tilla, n\u00eb prag t\u00eb afrimit t\u00eb portave t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb ishin komike, jan\u00eb thell\u00ebsisht tragjike. Si t\u00eb tilla, ato k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb qart\u00eb, serioze dhe pse jo, t\u00eb prer\u00eb. N\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla parimi kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb se nj\u00eb popull \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe s\u2019ka nevoj\u00eb as p\u00ebr pud\u00ebr zbukurimi e as p\u00ebr bloz\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7muese.<\/p>\n<p>Letrat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb qarta.<\/p>\n<p>Populli shqiptar nuk ka identitet gjysmak, t\u00eb shtir\u00eb apo t\u00eb fshehur pas lajlelulesh mashtruese. Identiteti i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu i qart\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht se dikush nuk d\u00ebshiron ta shoh\u00eb, e dikujt nuk i intereson ta shoh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjeografia, gj\u00ebja m\u00eb kok\u00ebfort\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb, d\u00ebshmon e para europianitetin shqiptar. Zelli i atyre q\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht duan ta zbehin disi edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt kok\u00ebfort\u00eb, arrin disa her\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypjen se Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb skaj t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs dhe fill pas saj nis Turqia, ose Azia.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, kur hedh syt\u00eb n\u00eb hart\u00eb v\u00ebren se gjer n\u00eb at\u00eb kufi shtrihen s\u00eb paku tri shtete t\u00eb tjera: Maqedonia, Greqia dhe Bullgaria. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrmendur at\u00eb q\u00eb quhet \u201cTurqia europiane\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Popullsia shqiptare, ashtu si e gjith\u00eb kontinentit europian, \u00ebsht\u00eb e bardh\u00eb. Ashtu si gjuha, ajo quhet, n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb favorsh\u00ebm, pasardh\u00ebse e ilir\u00ebve, n\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb pafavorshmet, e trako-ilir\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Historia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ashtu si e gjith\u00eb gadishullit, gjer n\u00eb pushtimin otoman, \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e kronik\u00ebs mesdhetare europiane. S\u00eb paku tri qytete kryesore t\u00eb saj, me jet\u00eb t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb, Durr\u00ebsi, Shkodra dhe Berati, kan\u00eb af\u00ebrsisht nj\u00eb mosh\u00eb me Rom\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhjet ekonomike e ushtarake, ligjet rregulluese (statutet) e qyteteve, t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve e porteve detar\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb natyre me ato t\u00eb kontinentit. Gjurm\u00ebt arkeologjike greko-iliro-romake, teatro e amfiteatro gjenden gjithashtu kudo.<\/p>\n<p>Historia e mesjet\u00ebs shqiptare sipas vepr\u00ebs monumentale t\u00eb Milan Shuflait, jepet n\u00eb nj\u00eb tablo t\u00eb plot\u00eb me principatat, kryezot\u00ebt, aleancat, krushqit\u00eb e natyrisht grindjet e pashembullta, tradita e t\u00eb cilave ka mb\u00ebrritur e pazbehur aspak gjer n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<\/p>\n<p>Gjergj Kastrioti Sk\u00ebnderbeu, heroi komb\u00ebtar shqiptar, p\u00ebrmendja e t\u00eb cilit ishte e ndaluar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr pes\u00eb shekuj, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sundimit otoman, u b\u00eb s\u00eb pari nj\u00eb mit europian, (mbi nj\u00eb mij\u00eb vepra historike e artistike, t\u00eb shkruara p\u00ebr t\u00eb), p\u00ebrpara se Europa t\u2019ia rikthente Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin XX.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u00ebrsia e hershme shqipe, let\u00ebrsi dygjuh\u00ebshe, shqip e latinisht, si n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e vendeve europiane, u zhvillua n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin nivel p\u00ebr gati tre shekuj. Emra t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb saj si Pjet\u00ebr Budi, Frang Bardhi, Pjet\u00ebr Bogdani i botonin veprat e tyre dygjuh\u00ebshe n\u00eb kryeqendrat kulturore europiane, p\u00ebr t\u2019i sjell\u00eb fshehtazi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ku shkrimi dhe shtypshkrimi shqip ishin t\u00eb ndaluara.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kushtet dramatike t\u00eb ndalimit, m\u00eb 1908, nj\u00eb komision i kryesuar nga Gjergj Fishta dhe Mithat Frash\u00ebri, me shpalljen e alfabetit latin si alfabet zyrtar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, dhan\u00eb nj\u00eb kumt t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb europianizmit shqiptar. Kjo ndodhte n\u00eb prag t\u00eb agut, pas nj\u00eb nate t\u00eb gjat\u00eb pes\u00ebshekullore, kur mendjet ishin ende t\u00eb turbullta dhe alfabeti latin n\u00eb Ballkan ishte tep\u00ebr i rrall\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb mall tragjik p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn e humbur, Shqip\u00ebria mb\u00ebrriti n\u00eb vitin 1912, vit i liris\u00eb s\u00eb saj. M\u00eb 28 n\u00ebntor u shpall pavar\u00ebsia dhe nga zgafellat e kombit u nxor flamuri i mo\u00e7\u00ebm mbret\u00ebror me shkab\u00eb dykrenore, nj\u00eb nga emblemat e m\u00ebdha, e cila, prej bot\u00ebs romako-bizantine i kishte kaluar Europ\u00ebs e kishte z\u00ebn\u00eb vend n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb heraldik\u00ebs s\u00eb saj. Kontinenti n\u00ebn\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vrull fisnik\u00ebrie ua njohu at\u00eb shenj\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Por gjestet e Europ\u00ebs do t\u00eb ishin m\u00eb pas tep\u00ebr t\u00eb kursyera p\u00ebr ta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ishte e natyrshme q\u00eb krahas k\u00ebsaj historie filoeuropiane, e kund\u00ebrta e saj do t\u00eb rrug\u00ebtonte paralelisht me t\u00eb: kund\u00ebreuropianizmi. Ai ishte i pashmangsh\u00ebm sidomos gjat\u00eb pushtimit pes\u00ebshekullor osman. Programi kryesor i perandoris\u00eb, misioni i saj i shpallur ishte pushtimi dhe shkat\u00ebrrimi i Europ\u00ebs mbar\u00eb. Merrej me mend se sa e eg\u00ebr do t\u00eb ishte kjo perandori me trojet e porsapushtuara t\u00eb kontinentit armik.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe eg\u00ebrsia nuk vonoi. Pas n\u00ebnshtrimit fizik nisi ai shpirt\u00ebror. U lan\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb kishat, por u ndaluan shkollat dhe gjuha e shkruar. Me sa duket qysh at\u00ebher\u00eb u kuptua se kishat, duke qen\u00eb dylloj\u00ebshe, katolike dhe ortodokse, ishin m\u00eb pak t\u00eb rrezikshme se gjuha, e cila ishte nj\u00eb. Shum\u00eb shpejt nj\u00eb besim i ri, do t\u2019u shtohej t\u00eb par\u00ebve, feja myslimane me xhamit\u00eb e saj. Por gjuha do t\u00eb ishte prap\u00eb nj\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 ishte identiteti i popullit.<\/p>\n<p>Ky i fundit, qysh at\u00ebher\u00eb, natyrsh\u00ebm e zuri vendin e vet mbi tre besimet kryesore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Q\u00ebllonte q\u00eb brenda nj\u00eb familjeje t\u00eb gj\u00ebllinin p\u00ebrbri besimi katolik dhe mysliman, t\u00eb ndar\u00eb midis v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve. Nisur nga kjo, s\u2019duhej ndonj\u00eb filozofi p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se fet\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb ndryshme, por identiteti, ashtu si lidhja gjinore, mbetej gjithmon\u00eb nj\u00eb. Kishim pasur nj\u00eb atdhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb tre besimet dhe kjo s\u2019do t\u00eb ndryshonte dhe kjo s\u2019mund t\u00eb ndryshonte kurr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nostalgjik\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm t\u00eb perandoris\u00eb otomane duket se e kan\u00eb harruar \u00e7\u2019ka ndodhur n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb. Edhe sikur shtypje e ploj\u00eb t\u00eb tmerrshme t\u00eb mos kishte pasur, do t\u00eb mjaftonte tragjedia e ndalimit t\u00eb shkollave p\u00ebr disa shekuj rresht, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur p\u00ebrmasat e s\u00eb keqes.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria, ashtu si gjith\u00eb vendet e gadishullit, u d\u00ebmtua r\u00ebnd\u00eb. U d\u00ebmtua e u tret trupi i saj, por po aq i lemerish\u00ebm ishte gjymtimi i trurit nga terri i gjat\u00eb i padijes. E ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj nd\u00ebrprerjeje ogurzez\u00eb do t\u00eb mjaftonte t\u00eb kujtonim nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe m\u00ebsuesit e masakruar, kur kapeshin duke m\u00ebsuar shkrim e k\u00ebndim, n\u00eb bodrumet e fshehta, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se p\u00ebrse gjuha shqipe u ngrit m\u00eb pas n\u00eb statusin e martirit dhe p\u00ebrse zuri vendin e nj\u00eb tempulli.<\/p>\n<p>Lufta p\u00ebr zbehjen e identitetit shqiptar dhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi me at\u00eb otoman, ishte e lodhshme dhe e p\u00ebrditshme. Perandoria, ashtu si kudo n\u00eb Ballkan, u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb krijonte t\u00eb tjera zakone, stil, vese, arkitektur\u00eb, veshje, muzik\u00eb dhe let\u00ebrsi.<\/p>\n<p>Diku ia dilte e diku kurrsesi. Let\u00ebrsia e bejtexhinjve, p\u00ebr shembull, nj\u00ebfar\u00eb brumi i p\u00ebrzier shqiptaro-turk, u thye p\u00ebrfundimisht, si nj\u00eb sajes\u00eb prej qerpi\u00e7i prej murit hijer\u00ebnd\u00eb e monumental, ndon\u00ebse t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb dygjuh\u00ebshe shqiptaro-latine.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb komunizmit u b\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr ta rehabilituar k\u00ebt\u00eb let\u00ebrsi, me q\u00ebllimin meskin p\u00ebr t\u2019ia kund\u00ebrv\u00ebn\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb tradicionale mesjetare, sidomos asaj katolike, q\u00eb regjimit nuk i p\u00eblqente kurrsesi. Mir\u00ebpo kur studiuesit e mor\u00ebn n\u00ebp\u00ebr duar, e pan\u00eb se p\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb ishte qesharake p\u00ebr nga niveli, ajo ishte thell\u00ebsisht e pamoralshme.<\/p>\n<p>E paraqitur kinse si let\u00ebrsi me probleme shoq\u00ebrore-klasore e erotike (me gjasme tep\u00ebr e guximshme p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn), u pa se si ana shoq\u00ebrore, si ajo erotike, ishin tep\u00ebr t\u00eb dyshimta. Kjo e fundit, p\u00ebr shembull, s\u2019ishte aspak erotiz\u00ebm normal, por i mbushur me motive ashik\u00ebsh e dylber\u00ebsh. Gjer k\u00ebtu edhe mund t\u00eb pranohej, madje mund t\u00eb quhej tep\u00ebr e p\u00ebrparuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria mund ta paraqiste sot si d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb habitshme t\u00eb vizionit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb emancipuar p\u00ebr homoseksualizmin, dy shekuj p\u00ebrpara Europ\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme!<\/p>\n<p>Por kjo pun\u00eb ishte m\u00eb e nd\u00ebrlikuar. E ashtuquajtura let\u00ebrsi erotike, n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb saj s\u2019ishte gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se bejte dhe lavde p\u00ebr pedofilin\u00eb. Ne i d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb k\u00ebto k\u00ebng\u00eb ende sot, por shtiremi sikur nuk i marrim vesh \u00e7\u2019thon\u00eb. Ato gj\u00ebmojn\u00eb disa here n\u00ebp\u00ebr lokalet e nat\u00ebs, madje, n\u00eb programet televizive, e ne prap\u00eb shtiremi se nuk i kuptojm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mjafton nj\u00ebfar\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimi n\u00eb k\u00ebto tekste e k\u00ebto melodi, mjaftojn\u00eb d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e shkruara t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se cili \u00ebsht\u00eb thelbi i k\u00ebsaj n\u00ebnkulture, t\u00eb futur kontraband\u00eb, n\u00ebn pasaport\u00ebn e artit popullor. \u201c\u00c7unat e vegj\u00ebl\u201d, adoleshent\u00ebt, dylber\u00eb me shallvare m\u00ebndafshi e vetulla t\u00eb hequra, nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb dhe ashik\u00ebt e moshuar, \u201clal\u00ebt\u201dme mustaqe, q\u00eb psher\u00ebtinin t\u00eb dergjur p\u00ebr ta, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, ishin personazhet kryesore t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre idileve t\u00eb neveritshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ende nuk dihet nga kishte buisur kjo kund\u00ebrkultur\u00eb, q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm me shqiptar\u00ebt, por me asnj\u00eb popull ballkanas s\u2019kishte lidhje. N\u00eb thelb ajo bartte brenda saj nj\u00eb program t\u00eb fshehur zhburr\u00ebrimi e zvet\u00ebnimi moral t\u00eb pashembullt. Nuk duheshin ve\u00e7 disa breza \u201c\u00e7unash\u201d e \u201clal\u00ebsh\u201d t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb jo liria, por vet\u00eb ideja e liris\u00eb t\u00eb per\u00ebndonte p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj lyre q\u00eb s\u2019dije \u00e7\u2019em\u00ebr t\u2019i vije, u ngrit Rilindja Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare. Me programin e saj t\u00eb qart\u00eb europianist, me kthjellt\u00ebsin\u00eb e mendimit, strategjin\u00eb burr\u00ebrore dhe idet\u00eb iluministe, ajo e m\u00ebnjanoi si nj\u00eb rreck\u00eb at\u00eb kinse kultur\u00eb q\u00eb po rrihte t\u2019i zinte frym\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas t\u00ebrheqjes s\u00eb shtetit osman nga gadishulli, lufta midis identitetit t\u00eb lodhur shqiptar dhe k\u00ebtij kinse identiteti l\u00ebngaraq, u duk se do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonte shpejt. Ky i fundit s\u2019e kishte m\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahjen e shtetit pushtues, kurse identiteti shqiptar, si nj\u00eb luan i zgjidhur nga zinxhiri, dukej se mund t\u00eb fshinte \u00e7do penges\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u2019i dilte p\u00ebrpara.<\/p>\n<p>Por nuk ndodhi ashtu.<\/p>\n<p>Fill pas ardhjes s\u00eb mbretit gjerman Vilhelm Vidit, i d\u00ebrguari protestant i Europ\u00ebs, n\u00eb vendin me tri fe, rebelimi i Haxhi Qamilit ishte nj\u00eb ogur i keq. I nisur si mllef kund\u00ebreuropian ai p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb t\u00ebrbim antishqiptar. N\u00ebn daullet dhe klithmat \u201cDum Bab\u00ebn!\u201d, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thoshte, as m\u00eb pak as m\u00eb shum\u00eb: \u201cDuam rob\u00ebrin\u00eb!\u201d hordhit\u00eb e haxhiqamilist\u00ebve digjnin flamurin shqiptar, mbyllnin shkollat shqipe, masakronin nx\u00ebn\u00ebs e m\u00ebsues, si dikur.<\/p>\n<p>Ky rebelim eg\u00ebrshan u shfaq k\u00ebshtu befas si krah i armatosur i asaj dergjjeje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjumur shallvaresh e psher\u00ebtimash, q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nuk e kishin marr\u00eb seriozisht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nga burrat e shtetit, mbreti Zog ishte nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr ata q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti u shqet\u00ebsua nga nj\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritje e mundshme e haxhiqamilizimit. P\u00ebrpjekjet e tij, shpeshher\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebruara, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtet shqiptar europian, binin ndesh me fytyr\u00ebn reale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Shqip\u00ebria ishte e vonuar. E p\u00ebrve\u00e7 vones\u00ebs, ajo kishte nj\u00eb penges\u00eb tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vendet e tjera feja zot\u00ebruese e krishtere ndihmonte p\u00ebr ndarjen nga tradita otomane, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ajo tradit\u00eb mund t\u00eb strehohej pik\u00ebrisht pas fes\u00eb zot\u00ebruese, myslimanizmit. (Parazit\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb do t\u2019i ngjiteshin k\u00ebsaj feje, sidomos n\u00eb shekullin e nj\u00ebzet, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe t\u00eb fundit, at\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshmin, terrorizmin.) Por jemi ende n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit.<\/p>\n<p>Faik Konica, qysh pa u p\u00ebrmbysur perandoria, u drejtoi nj\u00eb thirrje \u201cmuhamedan\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb\u201d. Thirrja ishte profetike: otoman\u00ebt po rr\u00ebzoheshin, \u00e7\u2019do t\u00eb b\u00ebnin mysliman\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Konica dhe gjith\u00eb mendjet e ndritura t\u00eb koh\u00ebs e kuptonin se \u00e7\u00ebshtja e myslimanizmit shqiptar, ishte n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm me t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt Shqip\u00ebria nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhej. Ndaj programi i nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie europiane, ishte i pandar\u00eb nga ai i nj\u00eb myslimanizmi komb\u00ebtar e nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh europian.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt ishin familjarizuar nd\u00ebrkaq me iden\u00eb se identiteti shqiptar, duke qen\u00eb nj\u00eb, q\u00ebndronte vetvetiu mbi t\u00eb tre besimet e tyre. T\u00eb tre ata ishin nj\u00eblloj t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm dhe \u00e7do fryrje e nj\u00ebrit n\u00eb d\u00ebmtim t\u00eb tjetrit, do ta prishte drejtpeshimin historik. Pra do t\u00eb kishte tre p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs t\u00eb nj\u00eb identiteti dhe jo nj\u00eb identitet i ndar\u00eb m\u00eb tresh.<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht q\u00eb kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje e zgjidhur parimisht e filozofikisht, gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur ende Shqip\u00ebria nuk ekzistonte si shtet m\u00eb vete, paraqitej m\u00eb e nd\u00ebrlikuar n\u00eb kushtet e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. Mbreti Zog, i cili u ndesh me t\u00eb, do ta kuptonte se nj\u00eb shtet shqiptar n\u00eb Europ\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb mbahej n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb jasht\u00eb zakoneve t\u00eb kontinentit: aleancave, traktateve e gjeostrategjis\u00eb, me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, jasht\u00eb kusht\u00ebzimit europian.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrshtatur vendin me k\u00ebto zakone t\u00eb reja, ai e quajti t\u00eb ngutshme nxjerrjen e ligjeve dhe dekreteve q\u00eb rregullonin marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e t\u00eb tre besimeve me shtetin.<\/p>\n<p>Merrej me mend q\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm do t\u00eb zinin \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e besimit mysliman. Nd\u00ebr to, kryesorja ishte ndarja e tij me \u00e7m\u00ebrsin e shtetit t\u00eb per\u00ebnduar osman. K\u00ebshtu ai nxori dekrete q\u00eb disa her\u00eb u duk\u00ebn tejet t\u00eb guximshme e t\u00eb parakohshme, si ai p\u00ebr ndalimin e qylafit turk p\u00ebr burrat, ose t\u00eb ferexhes\u00eb p\u00ebr grat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dekreti i tij m\u00eb befasues ishte ai i ndryshimit t\u00eb lutjes n\u00eb gjunj\u00eb. Duke u nisur nga nj\u00eb nyje e Kanunit t\u00eb mo\u00e7\u00ebm, q\u00eb ndalonte rrept\u00ebsisht r\u00ebnien n\u00eb gjunj\u00eb t\u00eb burrave, e q\u00eb nj\u00eb burr\u00eb t\u00eb gjunj\u00ebzuar e quante t\u00eb vdekur moralisht, mbreti, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Islame, urdh\u00ebroi mysliman\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb faleshin k\u00ebndej e tutje pa e ulur dinjitetin shqiptar, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Dhe ashtu u b\u00eb. Mund t\u00eb dukej se mbreti Zog, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr krijimin e \u201cmyslimanit europian\u201d, po kryente ca b\u00ebma q\u00eb mund t\u00eb dukeshin donkishoteske. Por s\u2019ishte fare ashtu. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb af\u00ebrsisht, sado e habitshme t\u00eb dukej, n\u00eb Turqi, n\u00eb b\u00ebrtham\u00ebn e ish-perandoris\u00eb s\u00eb rroposur, po p\u00ebrparonte ideja e nj\u00eb \u201cTurqie europiane\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Po v\u00ebrtetohej ideja e rilind\u00ebsve se myslimanizmi shqiptar nuk do t\u00eb ishte penges\u00eb p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebtimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb drejt Europ\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn shqiptare, q\u00eb kishte mbetur jasht\u00eb kufijve shtet\u00ebror\u00eb, po ndodhte nj\u00eb zhdrivillim i kund\u00ebrt. Rrethet shoviniste n\u00eb vendet fqinje, kryesisht n\u00eb Jugosllavi, e kuptuan shum\u00eb shpejt se mund ta shfryt\u00ebzonin myslimanizmin kund\u00ebr identitetit shqiptar. Si vende t\u00eb krishtera q\u00eb ishin, do t\u00eb ngjante e logjikshme q\u00eb ato t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqeshin t\u00eb dob\u00ebsonin myslimanizmin te shqiptar\u00ebt. Por, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb paradoks t\u00eb madh, ato b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. Dukej qart\u00eb se ajo q\u00eb i shqet\u00ebsonte ata nuk ishte myslimanizmi, por identiteti shqiptar. Ndaj n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ethshme shpresonin q\u00eb me an\u00eb t\u00eb fes\u00eb t\u2019i merrnin frym\u00ebn identitetit.<\/p>\n<p>Strategjia e tyre ishte afatgjat\u00eb. Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb ngjanin jo si shqiptar\u00eb me besime t\u00eb ndryshme, por thjesht si mysliman\u00eb pa komb, aq m\u00eb t\u00eb huaj do t\u00eb dukeshin n\u00eb syt\u00eb e Europ\u00ebs. Dhe k\u00ebshtu, Europa, e m\u00ebsuar me zakonin e mbrapsht\u00eb q\u00eb popujt mysliman\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrftonte m\u00eb leht\u00eb si koloni, se sa si popuj sovran\u00eb, t\u00eb till\u00eb do t\u2019i p\u00ebrftonte dhe shqiptar\u00ebt, gjersa t\u2019i harronte.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria zyrtare nd\u00ebrkaq ishte penges\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb harrim. Mbreti Zog sikur ta ndiente t\u00eb keqen, vazhdonte me d\u00ebshp\u00ebrim europianizmin e ngutsh\u00ebm t\u00eb vendit. Por nj\u00eb ngjarje e beft\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikonte gjith\u00e7ka: pushtimi italian.<\/p>\n<p>Nga d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimi dhe zia si nj\u00eb ngush\u00ebllim i papritur do t\u00eb ishte bashkimi i Kosov\u00ebs me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Por hareja p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb s\u2019do t\u00eb vazhdonte gjat\u00eb. Pushtimin fashist do ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsonte diktatura komuniste, m\u00eb sakt\u00eb nj\u00eb diktatur\u00eb dyfishe; shqiptare dhe serbe, e para mbi vendin am\u00eb, e dyta mbi Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Procesi i europianizimit jo vet\u00ebm u nd\u00ebrpre, por urrejtja kund\u00ebr Europ\u00ebs, u b\u00eb baza e strategjis\u00eb komuniste. Kjo urrejtje ishte dhurata m\u00eb e \u00e7muar q\u00eb komunizmi shqiptar u b\u00ebri jugosllav\u00ebve. Shqip\u00ebria u nda p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nga Europa, k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tragjikisht.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 1947-\u00ebn, Enver Hoxha, t\u00eb vetmen \u201csprov\u00eb historike\u201d q\u00eb shkroi ia kushtoi himnizimit t\u00eb Haxhi Qamilit. Urrejtja kund\u00ebreuropiane u shkri me at\u00eb kund\u00ebrshqiptare si trupi me hijen e vet. \u00cbndrra jugosllave po nj\u00ebmend\u00ebsohej n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Enver Hoxh\u00ebs. Dhe ndodhi ajo q\u00eb pritej, Europa e harroi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me duar t\u00eb lira tashm\u00eb, jugosllav\u00ebt iu turr\u00ebn identitetit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rretheve shoviniste n\u00eb Jugosllavi dukej se iu erdhi dita. Armiq\u00ebsimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb komuniste me Europ\u00ebn ishte argumenti m\u00eb i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr ta, p\u00ebr t\u2019i paraqitur edhe shqiptar\u00ebt e Jugosllavis\u00eb si kund\u00ebreuropian\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Thelbi i strategjis\u00eb jugosllave mbetej i pandryshuar: t\u00eb tkurrej, t\u00eb shkonte drejt tretjes shtati i k\u00ebtij populli, q\u00eb edhe pa k\u00ebt\u00eb, ishte mpakur pa pushim. Ai nuk po e kap\u00ebrcente dot shifr\u00ebn fatale, nj\u00eb milion, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb popujt e tjer\u00eb ishin kat\u00ebrfishuar e disa her\u00eb tet\u00ebfishuar.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, thelbi mbetej statusi i gjymtuar i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebfar\u00eb gjenocidi i ftoht\u00eb, i vazhduesh\u00ebm. Pyetja, a ka shqiptar\u00eb normal\u00eb, th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb ishin v\u00ebrtet shqiptar\u00eb, kishte p\u00ebrgjigje mohuese. Nga jugu, nga rrethet shoviniste greke vinte ideja e mbrapsht\u00eb se ortodoks\u00ebt n\u00eb Ballkan, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 sllav\u00ebve, ishin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb grek\u00eb, pra rrjedhimisht nuk kishte, madje nuk mund t\u00eb kishte shqiptar\u00eb ortodoks\u00eb. Ata q\u00eb hiqeshin t\u00eb till\u00eb, nuk ishin ve\u00e7 grek\u00eb, q\u00eb rast\u00ebsisht kishin mbetur brenda kufijve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe q\u00eb flisnin gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, natyrisht p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht!<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dehur nga kjo ide, jugosllav\u00ebt po josheshin nga nj\u00eb neps edhe m\u00eb i madh: t\u2019i shk\u00ebputnin kombit t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb cop\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe: mysliman\u00ebt. Ndryshe nga m\u00ebnyra greke, q\u00eb kujtonin se marr\u00ebzin\u00eb e tyre mund ta arrinin me ca shpallje e ca mallkime shkronjash, si dikur, sllav\u00ebt e kuptonin se procesi do t\u00eb ishte i gjat\u00eb dhe i mundimsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Meqen\u00ebse s\u2019dukej asnj\u00eb shpres\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt do ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsonin identitetin e tyre me at\u00eb sllav, e vetmja m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mbetej ajo e t\u00ebrthorta, p\u00ebrdorimi i nj\u00eb identiteti t\u00eb tret\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas heqjes s\u00eb ortodoks\u00ebve dhe mysliman\u00ebve, trupit skeletik t\u00eb kombit, nuk do t\u2019i mbetej ve\u00e7se pakica katolike, e vetmja p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ndonj\u00eb fqinj tjet\u00ebr, ta z\u00ebm\u00eb Italia, nuk po tregonte ndonj\u00eb padurim gllab\u00ebrimi. Por pakic\u00ebs, sado rr\u00ebnj\u00ebse t\u00eb ishte do t\u2019i gjendej zgjidhja. E bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonte k\u00ebshtu problemi shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebmend\u00ebsuar \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e tyre makabre, jugosllav\u00ebt kishin nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn otomane. K\u00ebshtu qysh n\u00eb vitet \u201950, ata filluan programin e shp\u00ebrnguljes me dhun\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve drejt Turqis\u00eb. E b\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb si nj\u00eb test n\u00eb syt\u00eb e Europ\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb kampit socialist, pa u shqet\u00ebsuar prej askujt, madje as prej atij q\u00eb hiqej si miku i shqiptar\u00ebve e q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ishte armiku i tyre m\u00eb i madh, Stalinit.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe prej turqishtes po nxitej edhe m\u00eb fort, e bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb, pak\u00ebsimi i shkollave p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Politika e vjet\u00ebr osmane: mjaft i keni xhamit\u00eb, s\u2019ju duhen shkollat, po p\u00ebrparonte si n\u00eb ethe. Krahas gjuh\u00ebs, i gjith\u00eb ngjyrimi komb\u00ebtar po zbehej me shpejt\u00ebsi. Muzika po orientalizohej m\u00eb fort se m\u00eb par\u00eb, veshjet e famshme tradicionale, ato q\u00eb edhe gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb gjat\u00eb otomane ishin ruajtur, po z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoheshin, jo prej veshjeve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs si kudo, por me petka arabe q\u00eb nuk ishin njohur kurr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>Jugosllavia, kjo primadon\u00eb e \u201cbot\u00ebs s\u00eb tret\u00eb\u201d, po i ofronte k\u00ebsaj bote popullsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb pad\u00ebshiruar t\u00eb saj, shqiptar\u00ebt. Ajo p\u00ebrpiqej q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb ngjanin sa m\u00eb pak europian\u00eb e aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb afrikano-verior\u00eb e aziatik\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, kur t\u00eb vinte \u00e7asti fatal, q\u00eb ajo e p\u00ebrgatiti me aq kujdes, t\u2019i thoshte Evrop\u00ebs, se ajo nuk po zhb\u00ebnte nj\u00eb popull normal t\u00eb k\u00ebtij kontinenti, por nj\u00eb n\u00ebnpopull.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb kjo ethe shkomb\u00ebtarizimi shoq\u00ebrohej nga propaganda p\u00ebr rrezikun e krijimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb pyke t\u00eb myslimanizmit n\u00eb brinj\u00ebt e Europ\u00ebs. Parashikoheshin skenar\u00eb ogurzinj me trek\u00ebnd\u00ebsha islamik\u00eb, me qendra terroriste, fundamentaliste, me xhihad version ballkanik etj., etj.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb kjo n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb \u00e7astit fatal, kur rebelimi shqiptar do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrthente. Ai rebelim do t\u00eb paraqitej si luft\u00eb p\u00ebr islamin, e jo si luft\u00eb p\u00ebr liri. Si luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr krishterimit serb e jo kund\u00ebr krimit serb.<\/p>\n<p>Shkurt, si luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr qytet\u00ebrimit europian, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr qytet\u00ebrimi.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ishte e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs t\u2019u shmangeshin k\u00ebtyre kurtheve. Por ata ia dol\u00ebn dhe kjo ishte nj\u00eb merit\u00eb e tyre e jasht\u00ebzakonshme. Ata i treguan gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebs se luftonin n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr liri. Dhe prap\u00eb p\u00ebr liri. Ata i treguan Europ\u00ebs se s\u2019kishin asgj\u00eb kund\u00ebr krishterimit serb, e aq m\u00eb pak atij evropian, ngaq\u00eb krishterimi ishte gjithashtu besim i tyre, v\u00ebllam i vjet\u00ebr i myslimanizmit, madje krishterimi shqiptar ishte m\u00eb i mo\u00e7\u00ebm se ai sllav.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u00e7aste t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, popujve u ndri\u00e7ohet mendja n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ethshme. Nj\u00eb shekull m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb ag t\u00eb shk\u00ebputjes nga osman\u00ebt, Rilindja Shqiptare e flak\u00ebroi mendimin shqiptar, duke hedhur iden\u00eb e harmonis\u00eb fetare n\u00eb interes t\u00eb liris\u00eb e t\u00eb kombit.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb shekull m\u00eb pas, kund\u00ebr propagand\u00ebs serbe q\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulte t\u2019i jepte shqiptar\u00ebt si turq apo aziatik\u00eb t\u00eb ardhur von\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan, dhjet\u00ebra-mij\u00ebra t\u00eb rinj mysliman\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb m\u00eb 1981-in e 1991-in, k\u00ebrkuan rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e krishterimit t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm shqiptar, aspak p\u00ebr arsye fetare, por thjesht p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar se populli i tyre kishte qen\u00eb ngulitur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb shum\u00eb shekuj p\u00ebrpara sllav\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Gj\u00ebmimi i bombave sip\u00ebr Jugosllavis\u00eb ishte nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht nj\u00eb lajm i madh. Nj\u00eb lajm nga ata q\u00eb i vinin Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mij\u00eb vite, e Europ\u00ebs vet\u00eb, nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb shekull. Ishte lufta e par\u00eb e Aleanc\u00ebs Atlantike, e nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht e para luft\u00eb p\u00ebr shkaqe morale, n\u00eb kontinent. Dhe s\u2019ishte vet\u00ebm kaq. Ishte hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb koalicioni i madh euroatlantik, q\u00eb identifikohej s\u00eb shumti si krahu i armatosur i qytet\u00ebrimit t\u00eb krishter\u00eb per\u00ebndimor, kishte hyr\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e nj\u00eb populli me shumic\u00eb myslimane, kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb tjetri q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte t\u00eb p\u00ebrligjte krimin pas kryqit. Europa dhe SHBA-ja nuk i k\u00ebrkuan popullit shqiptar as nd\u00ebrrim feje dhe asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj natyre. E mbrojt\u00ebn ashtu si\u00e7 ishte, shqiptar n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, trefetar\u00ebsh pastaj. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb luft\u00eb, q\u00eb ndiqej dit\u00eb pas dite e or\u00eb pas ore nga mbar\u00eb planeti tok\u00ebsor, Europa atlantike po emanciponte, ve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerash, vetveten.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjendur befas n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb historis\u00eb evropiane, a mund t\u00eb thuhet se shqiptar\u00ebt i kap\u00ebn p\u00ebrmasat e asaj q\u00eb po ndodhte?<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb thuash \u201cjo\u201d, por po aq v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb thuash \u201cpo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb koh\u00ebn e tanishme, viti 2006, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e raporteve t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve me kontinentin n\u00ebn\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb ende n\u00eb zhvillim e sip\u00ebr. T\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb gj\u00ebrave, shqiptar\u00ebt paraqiten po aq t\u00eb pand\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjerat.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb fjala vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr mosmir\u00ebnjohjen q\u00eb shfaqet aty-k\u00ebtu. P\u00ebr qirinjt\u00eb e shuar fill pas kap\u00ebrcimit t\u00eb tmerrit dhe p\u00ebr nervozizmin kund\u00ebr katedrales, q\u00eb askush nuk ua k\u00ebrkoi si shp\u00ebrblim p\u00ebr asgj\u00eb. E bashk\u00eb me katedralen, murmurima e panjer\u00ebzishme kund\u00ebr Rugov\u00ebs t\u00eb porsaikur, q\u00eb me funeralin e tij i b\u00ebri nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb fundit Kosov\u00ebs. (Ka gjas\u00eb q\u00eb prania e fuqishme europiane n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mort t\u00eb ket\u00eb rizgjuar ca demon\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr.) \u00cbsht\u00eb folur shpesh p\u00ebr at\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse s\u2019guxon t\u00eb dal\u00eb haptas, \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr Europ\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb folur p\u00ebr mafien dhe krimin e organizuar, q\u00eb duke mos njohur komb e atdhe, s\u2019kan\u00eb si t\u00eb \u00e7ajn\u00eb kryet p\u00ebr to. \u00cbsht\u00eb folur p\u00ebr politikan\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar, q\u00eb ashtu si mafia tmerrohen nga ligjet e demokracis\u00eb e nga standardet e Ballkanit europian. \u00cbsht\u00eb folur p\u00ebr fjalimet antiamerikane n\u00eb parlamentin shqiptar m\u00eb 1997-\u00ebn, q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkaktuar, me siguri, lot nostalgjik\u00eb, n\u00eb syt\u00eb e stalinist\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb. Jan\u00eb t\u00eb njohura udh\u00ebtimet gjysm\u00eb t\u00eb fshehta t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb dy krah\u00ebve, n\u00eb vende, disa her\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuara si terroriste, me qeveri t\u00eb dyshimta, q\u00eb s\u2019i duan as popujt e vet, e me t\u00eb cilat s\u2019na lidh asgj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto dihen. E keqja \u00ebsht\u00eb se kujtesa e politik\u00ebs shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr dhe, ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, disa nga politikan\u00ebt tan\u00eb, dinak\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre e kujtojn\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjuarsi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e kuptueshme q\u00eb dhe haxhiqamilizmi dhe komunizmi shqiptar do t\u00eb linin pas vetes nj\u00eb frym\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb kund\u00ebreuropiane. \u00cbsht\u00eb e kuptueshme q\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz do t\u00eb ndihen keq n\u00eb familjen e sotme t\u00eb popujve.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi i mir\u00ebkuptimit ose moskuptimit shqiptar me kontinentin, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb thelb mir\u00ebkuptimi ose moskuptimi me vetveten.<\/p>\n<p>Raportet me Europ\u00ebn s\u2019mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb ve\u00e7se t\u00eb qarta e pa dyfytyr\u00ebsi. Mesazhi i Europ\u00ebs m\u00eb 1997-\u00ebn dhe 1999-\u00ebn, ishte i qart\u00eb. Ajo na quante t\u00eb vet\u00ebt ashtu si\u00e7 ishim, me at\u00eb identitet q\u00eb kishim. E vetmja k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e saj ishte ajo q\u00eb iu b\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb ish-Lindjes komuniste: emancipimi, demokracia.<\/p>\n<p>Trillet, nazet dhe dyshimet nuk jan\u00eb pa nj\u00eb burim. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga keqkuptimet tona t\u00eb vjetra, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb nga dredhit\u00eb e sotme. Ende disa vite m\u00eb par\u00eb ishin t\u00eb kuptueshme. Por n\u00eb pranver\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb tep\u00ebrta. Pengesat q\u00eb s\u2019na l\u00ebn\u00eb, ose na duket se s\u2019na l\u00ebn\u00eb, t\u2019i afrohemi Europ\u00ebs, p\u00ebrpara se t\u2019i k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb jasht\u00eb, duhet t\u2019i k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb brenda nesh. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb penges\u00eb asnj\u00ebra nga fet\u00eb, e sidomos nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb myslimanizmi ndaj t\u00eb cilit dyshimi ngjan m\u00eb i leht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb se t\u00eb tri besimet jan\u00eb t\u00eb barasligjsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Duke mos qen\u00eb penges\u00eb asnj\u00ebri, po aq mund t\u00eb thuhet se asnj\u00ebri s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb lokomotiv\u00eb q\u00eb na t\u00ebrheq drejt Europ\u00ebs. N\u00eb pengojn\u00eb, ata pengojn\u00eb t\u00eb tre bashk\u00eb, e, n\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin, k\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb tre nj\u00eblloj.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb shqiptar mysliman, \u00ebsht\u00eb po aq i natyrsh\u00ebm si shqiptar dhe si europian, sa nj\u00eb katolik, e po aq sa nj\u00eb ortodoks. N\u00eb acarimet e shpesh n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet me turqit osman\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt mysliman\u00eb ishin n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e par\u00eb. Feja e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me pushtuesin, nuk ua mjegulloi iden\u00eb e liris\u00eb. Bilbilenjt\u00eb, ata q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aq t\u00eb padenj\u00eb u p\u00ebrgojuan n\u00eb Kuvendin shqiptar m\u00eb 2006-\u00ebn, ishin nj\u00eb nga familjet martire, 13 djem oficer\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs u var\u00ebn brenda dit\u00ebs nga pushtuesi me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn f\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb ka ndodhur me shqiptar\u00ebt ortodoks\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Martir\u00ebt e vij\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb kund\u00ebr trysnis\u00eb mizore t\u00eb shovinizmit fqinj, ishin pik\u00ebrisht ata. Klisheja krejt\u00ebsisht e gabuar e p\u00ebrftimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si vend nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebs, nj\u00eb sandui\u00e7 midis Lindjes dhe Per\u00ebndimit, nj\u00eb qytet\u00ebrim as ashtu, as k\u00ebshtu, th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe nj\u00eb \u201cvend i as-as-it\u201d, s\u2019na b\u00ebn kurrfar\u00eb nderi.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari, sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, s\u00eb dyti, sepse t\u00eb lakmosh nj\u00eb cil\u00ebsim t\u00eb till\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eblloj si t\u00eb vet\u00ebshpallesh \u201cgjysmak\u201d, q\u00eb n\u00eb shqip midis t\u00eb tjerash do t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201ctarrallak\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja e p\u00ebrhapur andej-k\u00ebndej, dhe fatkeq\u00ebsisht e p\u00ebrkrahur nga Qosja, se \u201cfati yn\u00eb historik \u00ebsht\u00eb i paracaktuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb send\u00ebrtuar zbutjen e kund\u00ebrshtimeve midis Lindjes dhe Per\u00ebndimit\u201d, t\u00eb kujton nj\u00eb nga njollat historis\u00eb shqiptare, kapardisjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb komuniste p\u00ebr kinse misionin e saj planetar p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e marksiz\u00ebmleninizmit.<\/p>\n<p>Ide t\u00eb tilla delirante, ato me t\u00eb cilat, Shqip\u00ebria, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, u b\u00eb gazi i bot\u00ebs, u kan\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb maj\u00eb t\u00eb hund\u00ebs shqiptar\u00ebve. Por jo politikan\u00ebve tan\u00eb. Me sa duket, reflekset e vjetra t\u00eb zyrave t\u00eb Enver dhe Nexhmije Hoxh\u00ebs, iu vijn\u00eb n\u00eb mendjet e tyre prej mitoman\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb k\u00ebto, me sa duket, q\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb \u00e7oroditjen kryesore n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e politikan\u00ebve flasin gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn dhe Per\u00ebndimin, por mendjen, me sa duket, e kan\u00eb nga Lindja. Jan\u00eb k\u00ebto reflekse, q\u00eb i shtyjn\u00eb k\u00ebta politikan\u00eb, q\u00eb, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohen n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e ngutshme madhore p\u00ebrpara t\u00eb cilave ndodhet kombi shqiptar: mir\u00ebqenia, hyrja n\u00eb Europ\u00eb dhe statusi i Kosov\u00ebs, fillojn\u00eb e joshen nga fantazira pa kuptim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat nuk kan\u00eb as mund\u00ebsi, as shtat e as tag\u00ebr moral nga populli i vet. T\u00eb brengosesh se si do t\u00eb pajtohet Per\u00ebndimi me Lindjen, t\u00eb kinse nd\u00ebrhysh, p\u00ebr shembull, n\u00eb kinse rolin e nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsit, n\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshjet SHBA \u2013 Iran, p\u00ebr energjin\u00eb b\u00ebrthamore, kjo, n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb quhet \u00ebnd\u00ebrr n\u00eb diell, kurse n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq, e ka emrin korrupsion politik.<\/p>\n<p>Misioni i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb planet, fati apo e th\u00ebnia e tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dhe i pandryshuesh\u00ebm: mbrojtja e interesave t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb tyre, q\u00eb quhet Shqip\u00ebri dhe i popullit t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb mban emrin shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Programi i \u00e7do populli t\u00eb qytet\u00ebruar \u00ebsht\u00eb ky dhe vet\u00ebm ky. Miq\u00ebsit\u00eb, aleancat, strategjit\u00eb, kan\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb dhe vet\u00ebm me t\u00eb. Ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb etnoegoiz\u00ebm. Kur \u00e7do popull n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb natyrshme, njer\u00ebzore e demokratike e kryen k\u00ebt\u00eb mision ndaj vetes, ai e ka kryer at\u00eb ndaj gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb thelbi i ides\u00eb europiane, fundaja mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ngrihet Bashkimi Europian, ai q\u00eb ndryshe quhet Europa e Kombeve.<\/p>\n<p>Ne nuk e kemi shpikur Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 kan\u00eb dashur t\u00eb na mbushin mendjen disa. Ne nuk e kemi shpikur as ngulitjen e saj n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, si\u00e7 kan\u00eb dashur t\u00eb na mbushin mendjen ca t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Humbja dhe rigjetja e kontinentit n\u00ebn\u00eb, nuk t\u00eb b\u00ebn m\u00eb pak europian se t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.
