Nj\u00eb nga njollat m\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebta dhe \u00e7njer\u00ebzore e Partis\u00eb Komuniste, ishte edhe eliminimi i shok\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb idealit, liminim q\u00eb filloi q\u00eb gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs Antifashiste. Udheheq\u00ebsi i lart\u00eb i P.K., Gogo Nushi ka deklaruar n\u00eb plenumin e Beratit n\u00eb n\u00ebtor t\u00eb vitit 1944: \u201cP\u00ebr ata q\u00eb ishin an\u00ebtar\u00eb partie e q\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi ose q\u00eb kishin shfaqur nj\u00eb dyshim n\u00eb vij\u00ebn ton\u00eb, kemi pasur direktiv\u00eb nga Komiteti Q\u00ebndror q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u2019i zhduknim\u201d.<\/p>\n

Disa nga ata luft\u00ebtar\u00eb, q\u00eb Partia Komuniste i vrau nat\u00ebn, i qau dit\u00ebn: pas \u00e7lirimit i shpalli d\u00ebshmor\u00eb t\u00eb atdheut! K\u00ebshtu p.sh. vet\u00ebn nga Grupi Komunist i \u201cT\u00eb Rinjve\u201d, u vran\u00eb 8 vet\u00eb: Mynyr Xhindi, Fejzo Gjomema, Feta Ekme\u00e7iu, Arap Shenaj, Fejzi Micolli, Hydajet Micolli, Haki Xhelo dhe Jorgo Plaku, t\u00eb tet\u00eb k\u00ebta pas \u00e7lirimit u shpall\u00ebn d\u00ebshmor\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1944 komunist\u00ebt pushkatuan n\u00eb Ramic\u00eb t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs Ramize Gjebrean dhe n\u00eb vitin 1947 e shpall\u00ebn d\u00ebshmore.
\nM\u00eb 8 qershor 1944 u vra dhe Zaho Koka. Sipas Sofokli Laz\u00ebrit dhe general Mevlan Dervishit thon\u00eb se e vran\u00eb pas krah\u00ebve. ( \u201cDita\u201d, 23.12.2002; \u201cBallkan\u201d 18.6.2005) Edhe Zahua u shpall \u201cHero i Popullit\u201d<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Fier u pushkatua \u00e7ifti i bukur Zyba Fasllia dhe Kito Zarka dhe pas \u00e7lirimit Kitua u shpall dshmor\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa Zyba mbeti armike e epopullit!!!<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Gjinar t\u00eb Elbasanit pushkatohen Velide Murataj nga Tragjasi dhe Bido Hasani nga Delvina. Bidua u shpall pas \u00e7lirimit d\u00ebshmor\u00eb, sepse familja e tij kishte q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb mir\u00eb politik, nd\u00ebrsa Velideja mbeti armike e popullit pasi prind\u00ebrit e saj ishin ballist\u00eb!!!
\nM\u00eb 3 maj 1944, u pushkatua vajza 18 vje\u00e7are, Hazbo Gjoni nga Gusmari Kurveleshit.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1944 n\u00eb Peshk\u00ebpi u vra Mustafa Gjinishi n\u00eb nj\u00eb prit\u00eb t\u00eb realizuar nga Liri Gega, dhe m\u00eb pas u shpall d\u00ebshmor.<\/p>\n

E fam\u00ebshmja Musine Kokalari shkruan se komunist\u00ebt vran\u00eb Mustafa Gjinishin, Mustafa Ka\u00e7a\u00e7in, dhe Abas Shehun sepse ata mendonin t\u00eb krijonin nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb socialdemokrate mbas mbarimit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, (M.K. \u201cSi lindi Partia Socialdemokrate\u201d) t\u00eb tre k\u00ebta pas \u00e7lirimit u shpall\u00ebn d\u00ebshmor\u00eb dhe heronj.<\/p>\n

Ka edhe raste t\u00eb tjera kur partizan\u00ebt jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb p\u00ebr hakmarrje personale si Shyqyri Alimerko nga Tragjasi, Sadik Zotaj nga Ramica, ose jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb nga hajdut\u00ebt p\u00ebr ti grabitur si Ramis Aranitasi nga Skrapari , Mitro Xhani e Lefter Talo nga minoritar grek, (\u201cTema\u201d, 7.12.2008) Dervish Hekali u vra pas krah\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb gjith k\u00ebta pas lufte u shpall\u00ebn d\u00ebshmor\u00eb dhe heronj populli!!!<\/p>\n

Me k\u00ebt\u00eb list\u00eb mund t\u00eb vazhdonim gjat\u00eb\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb njejtat rrethana jan\u00eb pushkatuar nga Partia Komuniste gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs edhe shum\u00eb partizan\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7et\u00ebs Plak\u00eb t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, formuar m\u00eb 4 dhjetor 1942, nd\u00ebr ta: Neki Ymeri, Xhafer Dalani, Xhemil \u00c7ak\u00ebrri, Selim La\u00e7ej, Refit Sa\u00e7aj, Duro Elmazi, Shask Rustemi, Faslli Kapaj, Isuf Rexho, Bexhet Pashaj, Arshi Muka, Jaho Tushi, Qazim Bilbili, Nur\u00e7e Bajrami, Hasan Me\u00e7orrapaj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin luft\u00ebtar\u00eb trima me arm\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb dhe nuk jan\u00eb shpallur d\u00ebshmor\u00eb, pasi familjet e tyre nuk kishin q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb mir\u00eb politk!!!<\/p>\n

Pse u pushkatuan nga Partia Komuniste dhe konkretisht nga Dushan Mugosha dhe Liri Gega, shum\u00eb partizan\u00ebt trima t\u00eb \u00e7et\u00ebs Plak\u00eb t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs?<\/em>
\nN\u00eb vitin 1943, me daljen e t\u00eb ashtuquajturit fraksion i Vlor\u00ebs i udh\u00ebhequr nga Sadik Premtja shum\u00eb partizan\u00eb iu bashkuan k\u00ebtij fraksioni. Dihen akuzat q\u00eb iu b\u00ebn\u00eb Sadik Premtes dhe Grupit t\u00eb \u201cT\u00eb Rinj\u00ebve\u201d, si armiq e tradh\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb popullit dhe bashk\u00ebpuntor\u00eb t\u00eb fashizmit, akuza q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb asgj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, sepse nuk ka asnj\u00eb prov\u00eb e fakt juridik p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur k\u00ebt\u00eb akuz\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Me dhjetra dokumenta t\u00eb policis\u00eb fashiste provojn\u00eb se Sadik Premtja ishte n\u00eb ndjekje p\u00ebr t’u arrestuar si armik i rreziksh\u00ebm i fashiznit. (Shih: \u201cEliminimi i Grupit Komunist t\u00eb \u201cT\u00eb Rinjve\u201d, Tiran\u00eb 2016)<\/p>\n

Enver Hoxha, i shqet\u00ebsuar n\u00eb kulm nga p\u00ebrmasat e asaj l\u00ebvizjeje q\u00eb po ndodhte n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, e cila po l\u00ebkundte pozitat e tij, q\u00eb nga strofkat ku fshihej n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, m\u00eb 3 maj t\u00eb vitit 1943, d\u00ebrgoi nj\u00eb let\u00ebr, q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb fakt nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr, q\u00eb ia drejtonte Qarkorit t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr njoftim gjith\u00eb Komiteteve Qarkore t\u00eb Sh\u00acqip\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb at\u00eb let\u00ebr ai urdh\u00ebronte:<\/p>\n

“Xhepi dhe Pali duhet t\u00eb pushkatohen p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00ebsh pa asnj\u00eb gjyq si tradhtar\u00eb… armiq t\u00eb betuar t\u00eb partis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb popullit”. Dhe m\u00eb posht\u00eb: “T\u00eb arrestohet Vangjoja e Difi dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata element\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe, pa humbur koh\u00eb, t\u00eb b\u00ebhet gjyqi i tyre… N\u00eb rast se ata jan\u00eb kurdoher\u00eb solidar\u00eb me Xhepin edhe ata t\u00eb pushkatohen\u2026 T\u00eb forcohet disiplina. T\u00eb shkojn\u00eb dy vet\u00eb t\u00eb flasin me H.L. dhe t\u2019i japin arsyet, e ta bindin p\u00ebr masat q\u00eb jan\u00eb marr\u00eb kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtyre tradh\u00ebtar\u00ebve\u201d.<\/p>\n

Vet\u00ebm nga leximi i k\u00ebtij citati t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr t\u00eb asaj letre, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e gjat\u00eb, t\u00eb lindin vetvetiu disa pyetje dhe shqet\u00ebsime:
\nN\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb pare, ku e gjeti ai njeri legjitimitetin q\u00eb t\u00eb arrij\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb vendime p\u00ebr arrestime dhe p\u00ebr pushkatime?<\/em>
\nKush ia dha atij t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t’i quajtur ata q\u00eb nuk mendonin si ai, “armiq t\u00eb popullit”, mbi \u00e7\u2019baz\u00eb ligjore e morale jepte urdh\u00ebra t\u00eb pushkatoheshin njer\u00ebz?<\/p>\n

Dhe po t\u00eb mbahet parasysh se kjo ndodhte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb vit e gjysm\u00eb nga dita q\u00eb ai kishte marr\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e sekretarit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm (ashtu si e kishte marr\u00eb) t\u00eb PKSH-s\u00eb, mund t\u00eb arrihet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se \u00e7far\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ai m\u00eb von\u00eb, kur pushteti i tij u forcua dhe pozitat e tij n\u00eb krye t\u00eb partis\u00eb e t\u00eb shtetit u konsoliduan me tej.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij urdh\u00ebri Dushan Mugosha dhe Liri Gega ngrit\u00ebn nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsit terrorist n\u00eb shpell\u00ebn e Shiroke n\u00eb T\u00ebrba\u00e7 dhe vran\u00eb me atentat dhe me metoda t\u00eb tjera mafjoze shum\u00eb partizan\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7et\u00ebs Plak\u00eb, t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Nisur nga fakti se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb partizan\u00ebt e \u00e7et\u00ebs Plak\u00eb ishin luft\u00ebtar lirije, antifashist\u00eb, q\u00eb kishin luftuar me arm\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb dhe se nuk mund t\u2019u ngrihet asnj\u00eb akuz\u00eb, duke pasur parasysh se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata pas vitit 1990, jan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar e dekoruar nga autoritetet vendore dhe Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs, si dhe praktik\u00ebn se shum\u00eb partizan\u00eb t\u00eb ekzekutuar nga PKSH gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs u shpall\u00ebn d\u00ebshmor\u00eb pas \u00e7lirimit:<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 23 prill 2018 dhe m\u00eb 31 maj t\u00eb vitit 2020, familjar\u00ebt e partizan\u00ebve t\u00eb pushkatuar nga Partia Komuniste, gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs Antifashiste, gjat\u00eb viteve 1943 \u2013 1944, i kan\u00eb drejtuar nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb prefektit t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, z. Flamur Mamaj dhe k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb prej tij:<\/p>\n

T\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen e shpallen si d\u00ebshmor\u00eb t\u00eb atdheut t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit tan\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb luftuar kund\u00ebr pushtuesit fashist\u00eb me arm\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb q\u00eb nga 4 dhjetori i vitit 1942, koh\u00eb kur u formua \u00e7eta Plak\u00eb e Vlor\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Dihet gjithashtu q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm u vran\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsisht, por pas \u00e7lirimit familjet e tyre u persekutuan dhe internuan dhe sot k\u00ebto familje mbajn\u00eb Statusin e ish t\u00eb P\u00ebrndjekurve Politik\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Pothuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb partizan\u00ebt e p\u00ebrmendur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb vler\u00ebsime t\u00eb larta nga K\u00ebshilli i Qarkut t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs dhe nga Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs dhe konkretisht:<\/p>\n

Komandanti i \u00e7et\u00ebs Neki Ymeri \u201cVangjo\u201d (1918 \u2013 1943) i vrar\u00eb n\u00eb prit\u00eb m\u00eb 27 gusht 1943 \u00ebsht\u00eb dekoruar:
\n1 – \u201cP\u00ebr veprimtari patriotike\u201d, me motivacionin: \u201cLuft\u00ebtar trim q\u00eb dha jet\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb lir\u00eb\u201d
\n2 – \u201cMartir i Demokracis\u00eb\u201d me motivacion: \u201cAntifashist i or\u00ebve t\u00eb para, organizator dhe luft\u00ebtar n\u00eb luft\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e vendit nga pushtuesit e huaj. Iu kund\u00ebrvu q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim vij\u00ebs antikomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb diktatorit Hoxha, duke sakrifikuar edhe jet\u00ebn\u201d.
\n3 – \u201cMedaljen e Art\u00eb t\u00eb Shqiponj\u00ebs\u201d me k\u00ebt\u00eb motivacion: \u201cVrar\u00eb n\u00eb LAN\u00c7l, 1943, Komandant i \u00e7et\u00ebs Plak\u00eb, Vlor\u00eb. Student, drejtues n\u00eb L\u00ebvizjen Komb\u00ebtare e Antifashiste. Franksionist n\u00eb Partin\u00eb Komuniste Shqiptare\u201d<\/p>\n

Xhemil \u00c7ak\u00ebrri \u2013 \u201cMilo\u201d (1920 \u2013 1943), pushkatuar n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb dhe or\u00eb me Hydajet Micollin \u00ebsht\u00eb Shpallur \u201cMartir i Demokracis\u00eb\u201d<\/p>\n

Xhafer Dalan Xhaferaj \u2013 \u201cShpuza\u201d (1913 \u2013 1943), pushkatuar. Dekoruar, pas vdekjes:

\nHaki Hazbi Xhelo (1923 \u2013 1943), u pushkatua dhe u shpall d\u00ebshmor. Shpallur \u201cMartir i Demokracis\u00eb\u201d<\/p>\n

Prefekti i qarkut t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs z. Flamur Mamaj me shkres\u00ebn nr. 598\\1 dat\u00eb 15.6.2020, i \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes, Komisjonit Q\u00ebndror t\u00eb Statusit \u201cD\u00ebshmor i Atdheut\u201d dhe bazuar n\u00eb ligjin nr. 109\\2018, \u201cP\u00ebr statusin e D\u00ebshmorit t\u00eb Atdheut\u201d propozon q\u00eb partizan\u00ebt e \u00e7et\u00ebs Plak\u00eb t\u00eb sip\u00ebrcituar t\u00eb shpallen \u201cD\u00ebshmor\u00eb t\u00eb Atdheut\u201d. Propozimi i prefektit shoq\u00ebrohet me dosjen e plot\u00eb me dokumentacionin provues.<\/p>\n

Ja dhe disa shembuj se si autoritetet shtet\u00ebrore kan\u00eb vepruar me dy standarte, ose disa pyetje q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje:
\nP\u00ebrse Mynyr Xhindi q\u00eb e vran\u00eb pas krah\u00ebve, shok\u00ebt e tij n\u00eb kodrat e Vel\u00e7\u00ebs m\u00eb 5 n\u00ebntor 1943,u shpall d\u00ebshmor\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa Neki Ymeri komandanti i \u00e7et\u00ebs Plak\u00eb q\u00eb u vra me atentat nga Shyqyri Alimerko dhe Sadik Zotaj mbeti armik i popullit?<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrse Hydajet Micolli q\u00eb u vra n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb dhe or\u00eb me Xhemil \u00c7ak\u00ebrrin u shpall d\u00ebshmor nd\u00ebrsa Xhemil \u00c7ak\u00ebrri mbeti armik i popullit? P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb: N\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit 1943 te mulliri i Kut\u00ebs n\u00eb Mallakast\u00ebr u vran\u00eb nga komunisti Idris Seiti brenda nj\u00eb or\u00eb: Hydajet Micolli nga Bolena dhe Xhemil \u00c7ak\u00ebrri nga Tragjasi.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb dy k\u00ebta ishin luft\u00ebtar\u00eb antifashist, me merita pothuajse t\u00eb barabarta, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr Xhelim \u00c7ak\u00ebrri ishte komisar politik i \u00e7et\u00ebs Plak\u00eb. T\u00eb dy simpatizant t\u00eb Sadik Premtes. Hydajet Micolli pas \u00e7lirimit shpallet \u201cD\u00ebshmor i atdheut\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa Xhemil \u00c7ak\u00ebrri \u201c armik i popullit\u201d. Kjo ndodhte nga parimi luft\u00ebs s\u00eb klasave sepse Xhemili ishte familje me q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb keq politik megjith\u00ebse fashizmi i kishte djegur dy sht\u00ebpi dhe i kishte burgosur motr\u00ebn n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 17 vje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrse Haki Xhelua u shpall d\u00ebshmor, nd\u00ebrsa Duro Elmazi armik i popullit!!! P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr: T\u00eb dy djemt\u00eb e rinj, Duro Tahir Elmazi (1918 \u2013 1943) dhe Haki Hazbi Xhelo (1923 \u2013 1943), an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Grupit Komunist t\u00eb \u201cT\u00eb Rinj\u00ebve\u201d, simpatizant dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs t\u00eb Sadik Premtes u arrestuan n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb or\u00eb dhe u pushkatuan, duke humbur varret e tyre p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb. Pas \u00e7lirimit Haki Xhelua u shpall d\u00ebshmor nd\u00ebrsa Duro Elmazi armik i popullit!!!<\/p>\n
