Josef Martinsen (76 vje\u00e7ar, i lindun n\u00eb Stavanger t\u00eb Norvegjis\u00eb) asht i diplomuem n\u00eb ushtri, ku edhe ka sh\u00ebrbye p\u00ebr 17 vjet n\u00eb pozita t\u00eb ndryshme mbrenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n

Sundimi i ligjit dhe i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr grat\u00eb mungon n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Hera e par\u00eb kur e kam ngritur k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje publikisht ishte n\u00eb vitin 2010 kur e kam prezantuar librin tim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb \u201c\u00c7far\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ? 1998-99 nj\u00eb dokumentacion” n\u00eb Biblotek\u00ebn Komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Hera e dyt\u00eb ishte n\u00eb vitin 2014 kur kam prezantuar trilogjin\u00eb time p\u00ebr krimet e luft\u00ebs, dy libra dhe nj\u00eb film dokumentar. Kosova u detyrohet t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkim falje ketyre grave, por mua m\u00eb duket q\u00eb autoritetet m\u00eb par\u00eb zgjedhin ti shohin k\u00ebto gra duke u zhdukur ose duke b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00ebvrasje se sa t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb diqka p\u00ebr to.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb turp se si asgj\u00eb nuk ka dal nga bisedimet e autoriteteve p\u00ebr 16 vite. Asgj\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedh, dhe asgj\u00eb nuk esht\u00eb premtuar.<\/p>\n
