P\u00ebrball\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb, dit\u00ebn e Enjte (4 N\u00ebntor) n\u00eb mesdit\u00eb dhjetra qytetar\u00eb shqiptaro -amerikan\u00eb protestuan p\u00ebr mbrojten Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Drinit t\u00eb Zi, – Dibr\u00ebs, nga p\u00ebrmbytja q\u00eb i shkakton nd\u00ebrtimi i Dig\u00ebs s\u00eb Skavic\u00ebs, mbi Lumin Drini i Zi.<\/p>\n

Protesta, ishte e organizuar nga aktivist\u00ebt e komunitetit Dibran, n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Tri-Shteshit,(New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtje nga Organizata Albanian Roots-Rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt Shqipare.<\/p>\n

Kjo protest\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e para e k\u00ebtij lloji organizuar nga komuniteti shqiptar n\u00eb SHBA, u mbajt n\u00eb sheshin e njohur t\u00eb protestave n\u00eb Dag Hammarskjold Plazza (333 E 47th Street) Manhattan.<\/p>\n

Protesta ishte paq\u00ebsore dhe konform rregullave t\u00eb qytetit p\u00ebr mbajtjen e protestave.<\/p>\n

Po Dibr\u00ebs, Jo Skavic\u00ebs! i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe motivi i k\u00ebsaj proteste ka startuar pik\u00ebrisht pran\u00eb OKB- s\u00eb n\u00eb Nju Jork si nj\u00eb val\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtimi dhe proteste kund\u00ebr zbatimit t\u00eb projektit t\u00eb Dig\u00ebs s\u00eb Liqenit t\u00eb Skavic\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb liqen ky i cili bazuar nga studimet e eksperteve zhduk nga harta disa fshatra t\u00eb Dibr\u00eas duke p\u00ebrmbytur bashk\u00eb me ta histori, tok\u00eb bujq\u00ebsore dhe mjaft pasuri t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n

Skavica \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar sistematikisht nga z\u00ebra dinjitoz\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb, studimeve arkeologjike, gazetaris\u00eb, individualitete dhe aktivist\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe gazetarin e profesorin e njohur dibran n\u00eb Athin\u00eb, Prof. Aburrahim Ashiku i cili i ka kushtuar nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr voluminoz me titull \u201cPo Dibr\u00ebs Jo Skavic\u00ebs\u201c.<\/p>\n

Protesta e Nju Jorkut \u00easht\u00eb inicuar nga nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb rinjsh dibran\u00eb n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb; Forca Korabi me drejtues aktivistin Agron Damzi, dhe Blendi Bekteshi me nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetetje t\u00eb madhe edhe nga Albanian Roots dhe presidenti i saj Marko Kepi.<\/p>\n

Protesta Dibr\u00ebs Po – Skavic\u00ebs Jo! ka gjetur p\u00ebrkrahjen e dhjetra qytetar\u00ebve dibran\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Tri-Shtetshit mir\u00ebpo jo vet\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt me banderola e flamuj shqiptaro – amerikan\u00eb i than\u00eb nj\u00ebz\u00ebri Jo Skavic\u00ebs dhe Po Dibr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb grup djem dhe vajzash dibrane pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb protest\u00eb ishin t\u00eb veshur n\u00eb bluza t\u00eb bardha, q\u00eb me vullnet e d\u00ebshir\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet thirrjes s\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb gjoks t\u00eb bluzave \u00abYes Dibr\u00ebs! – No Skavic\u00ebs!\u00bb k\u00ebrkonin ta ndalin k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt q\u00eb sipas tyre ep\u00ebrbyt p\u00ebr jet\u00eb nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Protest\u00ebs i priu gazetari atdhetar dhe patriot zoti Beqir Sina i cili n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij theksoi fshatin Sin\u00eb, vendlindjen e krye\/heroit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar Gjergj Kastrioti Sk\u00ebnderbeu, e cila ku pik\u00ebrisht Sina rrezikon t\u00eb mbulohet n\u00ebn uj\u00eb bashk\u00eb me muzeun historik atje si dhe gjurm\u00ebt historike t\u00eb prejardhjes s\u00eb heroit dhe simbolit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha koh\u00ebrave.<\/p>\n

\u201cKy mohim i dyfisht\u00eb i Dibr\u00ebs nj\u00eb her\u00eb nga diktatura e cila e internoi familjen time dhe tani n\u0113n pushtetin e mafies qeveritare q\u00eb permbyt vendlindjen dhe 30 fshatra p\u00ebrreth \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rrezik serioz i mohimit t\u00eb identitetit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar\u201d – theksoi Beqir Sina n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n

Profesoresh\u00eb Ferzileta Gjika Vladi p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb analize shkencore shpjegoi p\u00ebrpara protestuesve pse ky projekt \u00ebshte i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm dhe jo i duhur p\u00ebr ekoklim\u00ebn e shekullit t\u00eb 21.<\/p>\n

Ajo foli edhe si ish-banore e territoreve q\u0113 rrezikohen nga p\u00ebrmbytja duke ndar\u00eb me pjesmarr\u00ebsit edhe emocionet por edhe refleksionet objektive mbi padrejt\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb po u b\u00ebhet dibran\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Drejtuesi i organizat\u00ebs \u201dAlbanian Roots\u201d zoti Marko Kepi ish kandidati p\u00ebr K\u00ebshilltar n\u00eb Nju Jork, i b\u00ebri thirrje politik\u00ebs dhe institucioneve p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ease q\u00eb ta bllokojn\u00eb zbatimin e k\u00ebtij projekti q\u00eb bie n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me interesat lokale e kombetare duke dhunuar pron\u00ebn dhe demokracin\u00ea.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb protest mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe disa biznesmen, artist\u00eb dhe aktiviste dibran.<\/p>\n

Mjaft mir\u00eb u prit edhe fjala e instrumentistit Ilmi Kacani i cili theksoi se humbjet kulturore q\u00eb p\u00ebson Dibra nga p\u00ebrmbytja e k\u00ebsaj zone prekin vlera komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs ton\u00eb ku u p\u00ebrkund\u00ebn artist\u00eb epik\u00eb dhe lirik\u00eb me z\u00eb e em\u00ebr q\u00eb prodhuan bilbilat e asaj zone por edhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si ;Lirie Rasha, Caje Poleshi, Qerim Sula, Sherif Dervishi, Vera La\u00e7i , Sk\u00ebnder Cala, etj .<\/p>\n

Aktivist\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb si Arif Mata, Jurgen Vladi u rreshtuan n\u00eb krah t\u00eb argumentave q\u00eb studjuesit e shumt\u00eb dibran\u00eb kan\u00eb artikuluar n\u00eb botime e publikime se permbytja e Dibr\u00ebs nuk i sjell drit\u00eb Dibr\u00ebs dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrkundrazi na zhduk nga \u00ab faqja e dheut \u00bb edhe at\u00eb indtetitetin ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar e historik t\u00eb Dibr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Emocionues dhe me tone t\u00eb forta ishte fjala e zotit Ilir Spata, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ear ish – banor i zon\u00ebs q\u00eb rrezikon t\u00eb mbytet nga Skavica. Ai p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb interpretimi t\u00eb bukur solli vargje madh\u00ebshtore kushtuar asaj treve epike n\u00eb realitet dhe n\u00eb histori.<\/p>\n

Nuk mund ti mungonte k\u00ebsaj proteste mb\u00ebshtetja e komunitetit t\u00eb Dibran\u00ebve t\u00eb Dibr\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr, dhe konkretisht kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs Atdhetare Dibra foli si dibran,por edhe si nj\u00eb qytetar me origjin\u00eb nga Dibra shqiptare pasi edhe origjina e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb Kllobi\u00e7ishta.<\/p>\n

Zoti Miftari tha se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti p\u00ebr ti kthyer nderin me nder Dibr\u00ebs n\u00eb prag t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj padrejt\u00ebsie ndaj duhet t’i themi jo Skavic\u00ebs si dikur n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb Radik\u00ebs t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashkuar.<\/p>\n

Cezar Ndreu st\u00ebrnipi i legjend\u00ebs s\u00eb historis\u00eb dibrane Elez Isufit foli edhe n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb familjes s\u00eb madhe Ndreu e ku n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb tij i emocionoi s\u00ebrish pjesmarr\u00ebsit me evokimet e tij historike si thirrje p\u00ebr ti dal\u00eb zot t\u00eb tashmes.<\/p>\n

Peticioni i hartuar nga profesoresha e universiteti i Nju Jorkut Ferzileta Gjika – Vladi, e cila lexoi peticionin n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze \u00e7ka do t’i drejtohet Organizat\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e lumejve dhe Mjedisit.<\/p>\n

Peticion ky q\u00eb grupi organizator tha se ka p\u00ebr tu p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb n\u00eb nivelet e tjera n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb kjo protest\u0113 n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe insitucionet Europiane.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund tubimi u p\u00ebrsh\u0113ndet nga ini\u00e7uesi dhe organizatori, zoti Agron Damzi, i cili ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht falenderoi pjesmarr\u00ebsit p\u00ebr prezenc\u00ebn, dhe bashk\u00ebpuntor\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj, proteste, per organizmin e saj, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb aktivistin Belul \u00c7oku, dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Ai paralajm\u00ebroi se etapa t\u00eb tjera n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb z\u00ebri i Dibran\u00ebve si z\u00eb i t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs q\u00eb po dhunohet nga pushtetar\u00ebt e sot\u0113m vendimmarr\u00ebs, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapet gjithandej ku ka dibran.<\/p>\n
