Por: \u201dDiplomati \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb burr\u00ebshtetas, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb kuptimin figurativ e pasqyron nj\u00eb njeri shum\u00eb t\u00eb matur, t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb mpreht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Diplomacia i shpreh marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare duke e n\u00ebnkuptuar aktivitetin njer\u00ebzor si nj\u00eb \u201czanat\u201d dhe shkencat politike.
