Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr sosh masakra ajo ka t\u00eb kryer edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb periudha t\u00eb ndryshme. Nd\u00ebr masakrat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb ka kryer \u00ebsht\u00eb Masakra e Tivarit, e Drenic\u00ebs dhe disa t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb bot\u00ebrore. Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr masakr\u00ebn e Tivarit dhe t\u00eb Drenic\u00ebs thuajse ende nuk pati nd\u00ebshkime, as pendim dhe as k\u00ebrkim falje.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb luft\u00ebn e fundit po ashtu jan\u00eb kryer disa masakra t\u00eb tjera 1. Masakra e Prekazit (Jasharajve), 2. Masakra e Re\u00e7akut, 3. Masakra e Izbic\u00ebs, 4. Masakra e Rezall\u00ebs, 5. Masakra e Dubrav\u00ebs, 6. Masakra e Krush\u00ebs s\u00eb Madhe (Rahovec), 7. Masakra e Rugov\u00ebs s\u00eb Hasit, 8. Masakra e Studimes (Vushtrri). Jan\u00eb k\u00ebto masakra p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat nuk ka ende p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nd\u00ebshkim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb jav\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Edi Rama n\u00eb Beograd gjat\u00eb fjalimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb lidhje me nism\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u201cOpen Ballkan\u201d, u orvat t\u00eb amnistoi Serbin\u00eb nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia dhe nd\u00ebshkimi q\u00eb mbase duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb. Edi Rama p\u00ebrdori strategjin\u00eb e retorik\u00ebs q\u00eb nga fjala e fundit e tha t\u00eb par\u00ebn; \u201ce di se do t\u00eb m\u00eb quajn\u00eb tradhtar \u201d dhe vazhdoj m\u00eb pastaj t\u00eb amnistoj Serbin\u00eb nga pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia dhe mosnd\u00ebshkimi p\u00ebr krimet e saja, nd\u00ebrsa kjo orvatje e Ram\u00ebs p\u00ebr amnisti t\u00eb kujton logjik\u00ebn e asaj portofoljes sate q\u00eb mban\u00eb parat e huaja. A u b\u00eb Edi Rama nj\u00eb portofolje serbe, kur u orvat ta amnistoi Serbin\u00eb nga krimet, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk ka m\u00eb m\u00ebdyshje sepse tha;\u201d q\u00eb k\u00ebrkim falja nga Serbia duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet n\u00eb fund dhe jo n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe le t\u00eb pyesim m\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb brenda logjik\u00ebs; \u00c7\u2019na duhen marr\u00ebveshjet n\u00eb fund, n\u00ebse p\u00ebr masakrat nuk ka pendim dhe k\u00ebrkim falje n\u00eb fillim. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e pakuptimt\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e pa logjikshme, mbase edhe p\u00ebr vet kriminel\u00ebt kjo do t\u00eb thoshte se pas k\u00ebsaj deklarate t\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebs, ata mund t\u00eb \u201cthithin aj\u00ebr m\u00eb leht\u00eb\u201d sepse kjo p\u00ebr ata sinjalizon se ende paska budallenj nga ana e viktim\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk dijen t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb llogari q\u00eb pari.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo deklarat\u00eb e Ram\u00ebs n\u00eb Beograd \u00ebsht\u00eb brenda logjik\u00ebs s\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb q\u00eb disi dhe prap\u00eb u k\u00ebshillon armiqve; se mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb serish t\u00eb gjitha gj\u00ebrat si\u00e7 kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, sepse paska nj\u00eb strategji q\u00eb do t\u00eb funksionon edhe m\u00eb tej, edhe p\u00ebr koh\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, nd\u00ebrsa kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb na vije si peshqesh (nga Rama) se ne mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb prap\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe prap\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb shmangemi sepse do t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb as marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb mos na k\u00ebrkohet pendim dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb mos k\u00ebrkohet k\u00ebrkim falje para.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb deklarata e nj\u00eb budallai q\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr i nj\u00eb vendi shqiptar, kjo deklarat\u00eb jap shkas p\u00ebr tu arsyetuar serish Serbia para krimeve t\u00eb saja sepse do t\u00eb thon\u00eb tash e tutje s\u00eb pari t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje dhe n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shohim&#8230; Fundi fundit \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb duhet pendimi dhe k\u00ebrkim falja, n\u00ebse m\u00eb par\u00eb kemi para vet\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur marr\u00ebveshje, le t\u00eb realizojm\u00eb n\u00eb fillim marr\u00ebveshjet dhe t\u00eb mos mendojm\u00eb p\u00ebr fundin e tyre, pasi t\u00eb kemi marr\u00ebveshjet k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr pendim dhe k\u00ebrkim falje do ti pengojn\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjet, pra sipas k\u00ebsaj le t\u00eb nisemi dhe t\u00eb mos mbesim n\u00eb fund duke pritur.<\/p>\n<p>Sido \u00e7oft\u00eb Edi Rama ka nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb tashm\u00eb ay do t\u00eb jet\u00eb oficialisht portofolin e Serbis\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb ne shqiptaret matan\u00eb kufirit dhe k\u00ebtej nuk do ta p\u00ebrfillim, do t\u00eb jemi n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr p\u00ebr aktet tin\u00ebzar\u00eb dhe hileqare t\u00eb tij.
