Un\u00eb mendoj se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i vler\u00ebsuar kontributet individuale t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb ne i konsiderojm\u00eb t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Kur e merrja n\u00eb telefon n\u00ebn\u00ebn nga Tirana dhe e pyesja p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin ajo me thosh:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mos u b\u00ebn merak, t\u00eb keqen n\u00ebna, se kam Qazimin k\u00ebtu.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr doktor Qazim Bilanin, i njohur n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb si mjek human e i p\u00ebrkushtuar. Dhe po t\u00eb qe se Qazimi do t\u2019i b\u00ebhej vet\u00ebm n\u00ebn\u00ebs time si djal\u00eb duke i sh\u00ebrbyer pa u lodhur, nuk do ta b\u00ebja k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim, por doktor Qazimi ishte i till\u00eb p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb n\u00ebnat vlonjate q\u00eb k\u00ebrkuan ndih\u00ebm e tij, prandaj ai ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb si djali n\u00ebnave vlonjate.<\/p>\n<p>Ku nuk shkoi e k\u00eb nuk vizitoi e ndihmoi doktor Qazimi, sidomos atyre si n\u00ebna ime, q\u00eb i kishin djemt\u00eb e vajzat larg, n\u00eb kurbet. Ai njeri nuk kursehej.<\/p>\n<p>Inxhinjerja e njohur Rafaela Milloshi m\u00eb tha se ne t\u00eb pallatit e lagjes sa her\u00eb kishim ankesa sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb e t\u00eb rritur, p\u00ebr pleq e t\u00eb rinj, th\u00ebrrisnim doktor Qazimin, dhe ai nuk p\u00ebrtonte t\u00eb vinte, nat\u00ebn e dit\u00ebn, n\u00eb dim\u00ebr e n\u00eb ver\u00eb. I tille ishte humanisti Qazim Bilani.<br \/>\nGjithnj\u00eb e kam pasur t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb shkruaj p\u00ebr shok\u00ebt dhe miqt\u00eb mi m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Jo p\u00ebr munges\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve, por sepse borxhi q\u00eb u kemi atyre nuk mund t\u00eb shlyhet me fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse fjal\u00ebt p\u00ebr ta kurr\u00eb nuk mungojn\u00eb, ato jan\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb pamjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin dhe nderimin q\u00eb kemi p\u00ebr ta. Nj\u00eb mik i till\u00eb ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebr mua edhe doktor Qazimi.<\/p>\n<p>Zemra e dr. Qazim Bilanit pushoj s\u00eb rrahuri m\u00eb 23 tetor 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Pushoj s\u00eb rahuni ajo ze\u00acm\u00ebr q\u00eb kishte rrahur jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr familjen dhe t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit, por edhe p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt vlonjat\u00eb, ku kishin bu\u00e7itur nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb ndjenjat m\u00eb t\u00eb larta humanitare, n\u00eb peripecit\u00eb e ndryshme t\u00eb jet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Vdekja e Qazim Bilanit, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb humbje e paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsushme p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebshorten Natash\u00ebn, p\u00ebr dy djemt\u00eb e tij, p\u00ebr t\u00eb af\u00ebrimit, por edhe p\u00ebr miqt\u00eb e qytetar\u00ebt vlonjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e tep\u00ebrt t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisim k\u00ebtu biografin e shk\u00eblqyer t\u00eb k\u00eb\u00actij doktri patriot, biografi q\u00eb vlonjat\u00ebt e din\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb se mua.<\/p>\n<p>Mjerisht e humb\u00ebm k\u00ebt\u00eb mjek humanitar i cili e meriton t\u00eb radhitet n\u00eb kategorin e mjekve m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbyen qytetit t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs si dr. Kauri, dr. Hysenbegasi, dr. Pustina, dr. Angjeli, dr. Kalem Tako, dr, Flloko, dr. Serveti Kojdheli, dr, Mitat Bozhani, dr. Ziadet Muhameti, dr. Kastriot Metushi, etj<\/p>\n<p>Kalova nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb burr\u00eb fisnik q\u00eb nga momenti viteve \u201970 kur i dhash p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb dor\u00ebn i prezantuar nga i paharruari Hamdi Hybro, ne nuk u ndam\u00eb asnj\u00eb dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Miqsin\u00eb ton\u00eb e p\u00ebrforconte edhe biokimistja e njohur, bashk\u00ebshortja e tij, Natasha,vajza e tezes time, q\u00eb ishte jo vet\u00ebm kushrira ime por edhe shoqia ime pasi s\u00eb bashku kryem arsimin e lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mendimi im \u00ebsht\u00eb se dr. Qazim Bilani ishte nj\u00eb nga doktor\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb qytetit ton\u00eb t\u00eb lindjes, jo se ai kishte ndonj\u00eb titull shkencor, por se ai ishte popullor, njeriu i zakoneve dhe traditave m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb popullit ton\u00eb dhe n\u00eb saje t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre cil\u00ebsive, t\u00eb karakterit t\u00eb tij, ai kishte hyr\u00eb pothuajse n\u00eb \u00e7do sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb vlonjat\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u2019iu sh\u00ebrbyer atyre, pra atij i kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb populli diplom\u00ebn e mjekut t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar. E \u00e7\u2019vler\u00eb ka nj\u00eb titull shkencor kur nuk i sh\u00ebrben qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tu?<\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebsuesi im dr. Isuf Hysnbegasi, diplomuar n\u00eb Rom\u00eb, m\u00eb tha nj\u00eb her\u00eb: Enver! Se \u00e7far\u00eb shkruaj un\u00eb n\u00eb recet\u00eb ti nuk e kupton, por se \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb them me goj\u00eb ti i kupton t\u00eb gjitha.<\/p>\n<p>I till\u00eb ishte doktor Qazim Bilani q\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebronte me fjal\u00eb.<br \/>\nVdekja e tij e pa pritur qe nj\u00eb humbje e ndieshme jo vetem p\u00ebr familjen e tij model qytetarie, por p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt vlonjat\u00eb , q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrtoi t\u2019u shkonte n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb n\u00eb dim\u00ebr dhe n\u00eb ver\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb at\u00eb sistem mizor nj\u00eb njeri i zgjuar si Qazimi gjithmon\u00eb gjente hapsir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb manovruar dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019iu sh\u00ebrbyer t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, qytetarve, miqve dhe armiqve t\u00eb pushtetit, nd\u00ebrsa mediokrit vdisnin nga frika.<\/p>\n<p>Qazim Bilani, ishte fisnik, njeri i mir\u00eb, qytetar, i thjesht\u00eb, i gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer sidomos t\u00eb mundurve e t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve, sepse ai ishte kusht\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr formimin e karakterit t\u00eb tij nga tradita familjare, bukuria e vendlindjes Radhim\u00ebs ishte pasqyruar n\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn dhe vepr\u00ebn e tij. Ai pati fatin t\u00eb punonte me mjek\u00eb me em\u00ebr e p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb si dr. Isuf Hysenbegasi q\u00eb kishte kaluar nj\u00eb burgim t\u00eb gjat\u00eb e t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, Irfan Pustina nj\u00ebsoj i d\u00ebnuar si Isufi, Pavllo Floko, dr. Kauri etj. Qazimi dijti tu marr\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn mjeksore, por edhe kultur\u00ebn dhe sjelljen qytetare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Vlor\u00eb ka patur edhe mjek\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb lan\u00eb pas emrin e mir\u00eb si dr. Angjeli, dr. Isufi, dr. Pustina, dr, Kallfa etj., por dr. Qazimi kishte m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb sjelljen ndaj qytetar\u00ebve. Me nj\u00eb bot\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrote t\u00eb pasur, me shpirt t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, e prandaj em\u00ebri tij radhitet n\u00eb radh\u00ebn e mjek\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e vlonjat\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Qazimi ishte edhe njeri i ndjesh\u00ebm dhe nuk mund t\u00eb mos ishte kritik me politik\u00ebn dhe ngjarjet e koh\u00ebs, natyrisht aq sa mund t\u00eb kuptonim ne n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, por gjith\u00ebmon\u00eb k\u00ebto i bisedonim me z\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt e rreth t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, me mua, Hamdi Hibron e ndonj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Ai i b\u00ebnte bisedat me nji pasuri argumentesh dhe gjykimesh q\u00eb mb\u00ebshteteshin, n\u00eb nji p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebsore, n\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjuarsi dhe maturi.<\/p>\n<p>Ai kishte vetin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shprehte mendimin me dy tri fjali dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb bind\u00ebte, gjuha e tij ishte e qart\u00eb dhe bind\u00ebse. Kur ishte n\u00eb humor, gjat\u00eb bised\u00ebs me t\u00eb, dukej sikur frynte era e detit q\u00eb e kishte p\u00ebrk\u00ebdhelur q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb kodrat e bukura t\u00eb vendlindjes, Radhim\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Jeta e tij nuk qe aq sa d\u00ebsh\u00ebronte ai, familja e tij dhe miqt\u00eb e shok\u00ebt e shumt\u00eb, por emri tij do t\u00eb jet\u00eb jetoj\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e vlonjat\u00ebve q\u00eb e desh\u00ebn dhe e respektuan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Me Qazim Bilanin humbasim nj\u00eb shok e mik nga m\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshmit, nj\u00eb burr\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndruarsh\u00ebm i cili, gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs nuk iu shmang kurr\u00eb detyr\u00ebs ndaj qytetar\u00ebve nuk mungoi n\u00eb asnj\u00eb \u00e7ast t\u00eb rreshtohej n\u00eb at\u00eb aradh\u00eb q\u00eb mbron interesat e qytetar\u00ebve.
