Kemi pasur nj\u00eb jo stabilitet, jo shum\u00eb t\u00eb larguar nga vitet te 90-ta, t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar. Kemi procese t\u00eb limituara t\u00eb demokratizimit dhe zhvillim jo t\u00eb duhur t\u00eb rrjedhave ekonomike. Nuk jan\u00eb arritur as p\u00ebr gjys\u00ebm normat t\u00eb cilat i k\u00ebrkon bota e civilizuar. Dihet s\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pj\u00ebs\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs ndodh\u00ebn edhe luft\u00ebrat, e cila solli shum\u00eb vdekje dhe shum\u00eb d\u00ebme tjera materjale v\u00ebtem, pse Serbia d\u00ebshironte t\u00eb formonte Serbin\u00eb e Madhe. Kjo nuk ju lejua nga shqiptar\u00ebt dhe nga bota demokratike, q\u00eb na ndihmuan ta fitojm\u00eb luft\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse u mbyll kaptina e luft\u00ebs, nuk pam\u00eb transformime t\u00eb duhura t\u00eb proceseve dhe as largim t\u00eb theksuar nga epoka e mbyllur e komunizmit. Pse shtetet e rajonit ende kan mbetur m\u00eb logjik\u00ebn e kaluar t\u00eb sistemit komunist, shkaqet jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta, por jan\u00eb sigurisht t\u00eb pa arsyeshme p\u00ebr shekullin n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin gjendemi. M\u00eb r\u00ebnj\u00ebn e komunizmit do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb sigurohoshin t\u00eb gjitha parametrat shoq\u00ebrore dhe politike, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb siguronin progres dhe jet\u00eb kualitative s\u00eb bashku m\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat fundamentale njer\u00ebzore. K\u00ebto edhe ishin motivet t\u00eb cilat shkaktuan r\u00ebnien e komunizmit. Kalimi nga nj\u00eb sistem n\u00eb sistemin tjet\u00ebr ende nuk ka p\u00ebrfunduar. Me shum\u00eb po simulohet demokratizimi s\u00eb sa q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt e kemi.<\/p>\n<p>Mediet dhe rrjet\u00ebt e ndryshme sociale nuk i ndihmuan sa duhet progresin. Ato m\u00eb shum\u00eb mbeten peng i regjimeve t\u00eb pareformuara. Lojaliteti ndaj qarqeve t\u00eb caktuara politike p\u00ebrfituese n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mbesim mbrapa n\u00eb procesin e tranzicionit. Ne sken\u00ebn politike erdh\u00ebn njer\u00ebzit e pa pregatitur p\u00ebr sfidat e m\u00ebdha, t\u00eb kalimit nga sistemi komunist n\u00eb sistemin capitalist modern. Erdh\u00ebn n\u00eb pushtet njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shkat\u00ebrruar pron\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte dhe rrethana politike u mbajten edhe zgjedhjet e pas luft\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat nuk soll\u00ebn ndryshimet e pritura. Nese u liruam nga traumat e okupimit dhe t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, nuk u liruam nga regjimet autoritare.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk u fitua demokracia p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, nuk arrit\u00ebm t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb shtet normal dhe demokratik. Evoluimet shoq\u00ebrore po jan\u00eb t\u00eb ngadalshme t\u00eb cilat po b\u00ebh\u00ebn penges\u00eb drejte rrug\u00ebs evropiane, si synim q\u00eb e kemi. Vendi ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebz shum\u00eb t\u00eb men\u00e7ur t\u00eb politik\u00ebs. Kosova ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillim n\u00eb shkall\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb s\u00eb sa e kemi. Porosit\u00eb e epok\u00ebs s\u00eb per\u00ebnduar nuk iu duhen shqiptar\u00ebve. Na duhet reformim i thell\u00eb i sken\u00ebs politike, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke na shkaktuar d\u00ebme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb shtet nd\u00ebrtim dhe mir\u00ebqenje. P\u00ebr transformime pozitive duhen ide p\u00ebrparimtare, ide t\u00eb koh\u00ebs t\u00eb modernitetit.<\/p>\n<p>Akter\u00ebt e sken\u00ebs t\u00eb deritashme politike nuk kan pasur ide dhe nuk jan\u00eb larguar nga vitet e shekullit t\u00eb kaluar. Vendit i duhen politika progresive, politika largpam\u00ebse shtet\u00ebrore dhe nacionale. Kur jemi t\u00eb plani komb\u00ebtar, aty nuk guxojm\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb compromise m\u00eb Serbin\u00eb hegjemoniste. Nuk na duhen strukturat politike t\u00eb cilat e d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb pushtetin m\u00eb shum\u00eb s\u00eb sa shtetin.
