{"id":73743,"date":"2021-12-02T09:44:17","date_gmt":"2021-12-02T08:44:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/?p=73743"},"modified":"2021-12-02T09:44:17","modified_gmt":"2021-12-02T08:44:17","slug":"mesimet-e-rugoves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jehonashqiptare.al\/fjala\/mesimet-e-rugoves\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00ebsimet e Rugov\u00ebs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ndue Ukaj<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kur vdiq filozofi dhe mendimtari i madh Volteri, shkrimtari francez Viktor Hygo, n\u00eb nj\u00eb tekst plot admirim dhe mall\u00ebngjim, shkruante: &#8220;<em>Ai ishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se njeri, ai ishte nj\u00eb epok\u00eb.<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb historin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, pakkujt mund t\u2019i atribuohet nj\u00eb epitet i till\u00eb, por n\u00ebse ekziston nj\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebdyt\u00eb personalitete t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, Rugova e meriton at\u00eb. Sepse ai e sh\u00ebnjoi nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, i dha kuptim e p\u00ebrmbajtje, kurse koha ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij u kthye n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e tij, t\u00eb dominuar nga mendimi politik dhe kulturor i tij.<\/p>\n<p>E m\u00ebsimet politike t\u00eb Rugov\u00ebs, sot m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb lexohen, p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsohen dhe jet\u00ebsohen, sepse ai kishte nj\u00eb shpirt t\u00eb madh tolerant dhe kudo fliste p\u00ebr vlerat e toleranc\u00ebs e t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim fliste si shqiptar europian i pal\u00ebkundur.<\/p>\n<p>Ai e njihte historin\u00eb n\u00eb thell\u00ebsi dhe nga ajo m\u00ebsonte si nx\u00ebn\u00ebs shembullor. Dhe kudo kurdoher\u00eb transmetonte urt\u00ebsi, but\u00ebsi dhe ndjenja solidare, tipare k\u00ebto t\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi me vlera t\u00eb nalta dhe fisnike. N\u00eb funksion t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ideali t\u00eb lart\u00eb kulturor e politik, ai e citon Edmond Burken \u201c<em>se gj\u00ebja e vetme q\u00eb nevojitet p\u00ebr t\u00eb triumfuar e keqja \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e mir\u00eb t\u00eb mos b\u00ebjn\u00eb asgj\u00eb.<\/em>\u201d Rugova s\u2019donte t\u00eb ishte i till\u00eb, prandaj donte t\u00eb vepronte me mir\u00ebsi dhe dashuri.<\/p>\n<p>Ai g\u00ebzohej me sukseset e vendit, i konsideronte ngjarje formimin e institucioneve dhe fliste t\u00ebr\u00eb koh\u00ebn p\u00ebr filozofin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtimit dhe jo t\u00eb rr\u00ebnimit.<\/p>\n<p>Ai e afirmonte t\u00eb bukur\u00ebn dhe k\u00ebshtu e godiste t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar\u00ebn mes nesh.<br \/>\nN\u00eb planin universal, ai ishte i pal\u00ebkundur n\u00eb orientimin e tij t\u00eb qart\u00eb politik dhe busulla e tij \u00e7onte kah vlerat oksidentale, duke i njohur e pranuar si vlera autentike, prej t\u00eb cilave ishim ndar\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsisht, por kurr\u00eb s\u2019ishim shk\u00ebputur.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo qe gjeostrategja e tij politik q\u00eb formoi mendimin e tij kulturor dhe civilizues. E n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim ai ishte krejt i qart\u00eb dhe pa kurrfar\u00eb dyzimi politik, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb shpesh politikan\u00ebt tan\u00eb q\u00eb nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb mendimet sa her\u00eb nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb stin\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, postulati politik dhe kulturor i Rugov\u00ebs ishte i panegociuesh\u00ebm dhe ky qe \u00e7el\u00ebsi q\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ia \u00e7eli dyert te aleat\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs:<br \/>\n&#8220;<em>Duke qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb popull i provinienc\u00ebs oksidentale me histori, me tradit\u00eb dhe me kultur\u00eb, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb proceseve t\u00eb reja integruese evropiane, shqiptar\u00ebt d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb afrimit dhe t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, me t\u00eb drejta p\u00ebr vet\u00ebvendosje.<\/em>&#8221; (I. Rugova, Gusht 1991)<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu, ai i p\u00ebrt\u00ebriu raportet e shqiptar\u00ebve me per\u00ebndimin dhe Kosov\u00ebn e vendosi n\u00eb hart\u00eb e vendeve t\u00eb lira si nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte zgjedhje. Dhe, n\u00eb saje t\u00eb filozofis\u00eb s\u00eb tij t\u00eb men\u00e7ur, t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb, t\u00eb urt\u00eb, dhe orientimit t\u00eb pal\u00ebkundur politik, bota e p\u00ebrqafoi kauz\u00ebn ton\u00eb p\u00ebr liri, pavar\u00ebsi, demokraci dhe sot jemi t\u00eb lir\u00eb e t\u00eb pavarur. Pra misioni i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar.<\/p>\n<p>Rugova sa qe gjall\u00eb, me jet\u00ebn dhe vepr\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb madhe kulturore e politike ka treguar se veprat e m\u00ebdha jan\u00eb vepra dashurie dhe jo urrejtje e dhune. Ndaj, ai asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk pranoi t\u2019i drejtonte shigjetat e helmatisura kund\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb shumt\u00eb, madje as kur ata tentonin ta zhb\u00ebnin. Sepse, ai besonte te vlerat e liris\u00eb dhe kishte nj\u00eb ide t\u00eb madhe, q\u00eb ato vlera t\u2019i b\u00ebnte vlera t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Juglindore dhe t\u2019i kthente n\u00eb vlera etike t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilin e udh\u00ebhoqi deri n\u00eb vdekje.<\/p>\n<p>Ai hyri n\u00eb politik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb politik\u00ebs vlerat intelektuale dhe morale q\u00eb i kishte sublimuar me libra e studime, dhe k\u00ebshtu u b\u00eb prij\u00ebs i madh, dhe i till\u00eb u vler\u00ebsua kudo n\u00eb bot\u00eb ku respektohen vlerat e nj\u00ebmenda t\u00eb liris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ishte i madh sepse kishte nj\u00eb ide t\u00eb madhe, nj\u00eb ide t\u00eb qart\u00eb, nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb ku e mb\u00ebshteste filozofin\u00eb e tij politike dhe komb\u00ebtare. Dhe, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj platforme, ne i fituam t\u00eb gjitha ato q\u00eb i synuam: lirin\u00eb, demokracin\u00eb dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb.<br \/>\nAi s\u2019ishte politikan dosido, q\u00eb fliste p\u00ebr\u00e7art\u00eb, si\u00e7 ndodh t\u00eb flasin shpeshher\u00eb politikan\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij rajoni problematik, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ose gul\u00e7ojn\u00eb ose flasin p\u00ebr\u00e7art\u00eb p\u00ebr tema e projekte utopike, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat s\u2019jan\u00eb t\u00eb bindur as vet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Intelektuali dhe politikani q\u00eb kujdesej p\u00ebr kujtes\u00ebn historike dhe besonte te forca e liris\u00eb, ruante autoktonin\u00eb, lexonte Bogdanin, t\u00eb cilin e kishte model, dhe refuzonte estetkisht. Me k\u00ebto tipare, ai u b\u00eb politikani m\u00eb virtuoz q\u00eb ka dal\u00eb nga raca shqiptare dhe nj\u00eb nga mendjet m\u00eb t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb politik\u00ebs n\u00eb rrafsh europian.<\/p>\n<p>Rugova ishte intelektual i madh dhe kjo e b\u00ebri politikan t\u00eb madh. Ai hyri n\u00eb politik\u00eb me bindje t\u00eb formuara kulturore dhe ato i kthej n\u00eb bindje politike.<\/p>\n<p>Ai refuzoi n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi, para se t\u00eb refuzonte ne politik\u00eb.<br \/>\nDhe n\u00eb saje t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre vlerave, simbolikisht mund t\u00eb thuhet se Rugova \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eblloj Sk\u00ebnderbeu i dyt\u00eb i shqiptar\u00ebve, q\u00eb arriti t\u2019i rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrinte, si\u00e7 thoshte vet\u00eb, aleancat natyrale me aleat\u00ebt e Kastriotit, dhe pas shum\u00eb shekujve shqiptar\u00ebt arriti t&#8217;i b\u00ebnte pjes\u00eb t\u00eb hart\u00ebs politike per\u00ebndimore.<\/p>\n<p>Ai thoshte se \u201cdo t\u00eb bjer\u00eb edhe muri shqiptar i Berlinit\u201d dhe besonte plot\u00ebsisht n\u00eb integrimet nd\u00ebrshqiptare.<br \/>\nAi punoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjeruar kultur\u00ebn demokratike, shpirtin e toleranc\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptimit midis njer\u00ebzve, grupeve politike dhe popujve dhe besonte se kjo frym\u00eb shprehte karakterin e popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj, q\u00eb historia t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet, Ibrahim Rugova k\u00ebshillon q\u00eb politika t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb m\u00ebsim nga ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Ja \u00e7ka thoshte ai p\u00ebr komunizmin:<br \/>\n&#8220;<em>Komunizmi nuk i krijoi vend konceptit t\u00eb kombit, i cili ishte ndjer\u00eb si negacion i historis\u00eb. Ai ishte i mb\u00ebshtetur mbi nj\u00eb ide fiktive, primitive t\u00eb barazis\u00eb, q\u00eb e mohon historin\u00eb. Shefat si &#8211; Tito, Mao, Hoxha, Lenini&#8230; &#8211; pastaj fabrikuan historin\u00eb e vet. Prandaj nj\u00ebri nga q\u00ebllimet e para t\u00eb komunizmit ishte q\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebllonte intelektual\u00ebt.<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kosova e ideve dhe idealeve t\u00eb Rugov\u00ebs sot ndodhet para sfidave serioze, prandaj, q\u00eb historia t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet dhe t\u00eb mos biem n\u00ebn kthetrat e barbaris\u00eb, barazis\u00eb utopike e dokrrave, politika duhet t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb m\u00ebsim nga e kaluara.<\/p>\n<p>Sidomos duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb se duke punuar bashk\u00eb me popujt e lir\u00eb e t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuara, ne kurr\u00eb s\u2019humbim, por fitojm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mjerisht, raportet e Kosov\u00ebs me bot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb, sot jan\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00eb kritike, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb sotsh\u00ebm kryene\u00e7\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, me qeverisje bashibozuke, me dredhi e mashtrime dhe me orientim t\u00eb paqart\u00eb kulturor e politik, kan\u00eb ndikuar q\u00eb k\u00ebto raporte t\u00eb marrin kahe tejet negative.<\/p>\n<p>(<em>Fotografia: Hazir Reka<\/em>)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ndue Ukaj Kur vdiq filozofi dhe mendimtari i madh Volteri, shkrimtari francez Viktor Hygo, n\u00eb nj\u00eb tekst plot admirim dhe mall\u00ebngjim, shkruante: &#8220;Ai ishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se njeri, ai ishte nj\u00eb epok\u00eb.&#8221;
