N\u00eb korrik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti mbushen 11 vjet, nga dita kur u nda p\u00ebrgjithnj\u00eb nga jeta m\u00ebsuesi e pedagogu, studiuesi e botuesi dhe veprimtari i dalluar, arsimor e shoq\u00ebror, ish-sekretari i Shoqat\u00ebs \u201dBashk\u00ebsia Dibrane\u201d, Mesud Sulejman Abule.<\/p>\n

Lindi n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, m\u00eb 21 prill 1932, n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje atdhetare nga Dibra e Madhe, q\u00eb trash\u00ebgoi e zhvilloi traditat e virtytet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb shqiptarizm\u00ebs. Shkoll\u00ebn fillore, 7-vje\u00e7are dhe t\u00eb mesme i kreu n\u00eb kryeqytet. M\u00eb tej, vazhdoi studimet e larta n\u00eb Beograd dhe i p\u00ebrfundoi me nota shum\u00eb t\u00eb mira, n\u00eb vitin 1955, n\u00eb deg\u00ebn matematik\u00eb-fizik\u00eb, t\u00eb Institutit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb Pedagogjik t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Me njohurit\u00eb e fituara n\u00eb bankat e shkoll\u00ebs, me pasionin, talentin dhe energjit\u00eb e tij djaloshare, Mesudi sh\u00ebrbeu me p\u00ebrkushtim, m\u00ebsues dhe edukator i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb shkollat e mesme m\u00eb n\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, si \u201dQemal Stafa\u201d, \u201d\u00c7ajupi\u201d e \u201dPartizani\u201d. Mbas nj\u00eb pune t\u00eb gjat\u00eb e t\u00eb pasur pedagogjike, ai u p\u00ebrzgjodh p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar pedagog n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn Ushtarake \u201dSk\u00ebnderbej\u201d dhe n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn e Bashkuar t\u00eb Oficer\u00ebve, n\u00eb kryeqytet. Aty sh\u00ebrbeu dhjet\u00ebra vjet me radh\u00eb, m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs katedre, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndihmes\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7muar n\u00eb modernizimin dhe zbatimin e matematik\u00eb-fizik\u00ebs, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e p\u00ebrpikta t\u00eb fush\u00ebs ushtarake. Breza t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb kuadrosh t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb son\u00eb gjet\u00ebn te ai specialistin e talentuar n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt q\u00eb jepte dhe njeriun me virtytet m\u00eb shembullore.<\/p>\n

Studimi dhe puna me librin ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr fushat m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00eblqyera p\u00ebr Mesud Abulen. N\u00eb gazeta e revista t\u00eb ndryshme ka botuar dhjet\u00ebra artikuj e studime, sidomos nga fusha e shkenc\u00ebs s\u00eb fizik\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb p\u00eblqyer nga lexuesit e moshave t\u00eb ndryshme. Mori pjes\u00eb dhe drejtoi disa sesione shkencore, ku vet\u00eb lexoi punimet e tij t\u00eb thelluara dhe t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse p\u00ebr d\u00ebgjuesit, n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, pedagogjis\u00eb etj.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb pasur, Mesud Abule e la t\u00eb pasqyruar n\u00eb libra shkencor\u00eb e shkollor\u00eb, si: \u201dToka dhe historia e saj\u201d, \u201dLeonardo Da Vin\u00e7i\u201d, \u201dAstrologjia\u201d(p\u00ebr shkollat e mesme), \u201dMbi optik\u00ebn\u201d, \u201dFjalori i astronomis\u00eb\u201d (bashkautor) dhe n\u00eb botime t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr maskimin n\u00eb ushtri, kurs fizike p\u00ebr shkollat ushtarake etj.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite me radh\u00eb, ai ka qen\u00eb bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor i ngusht\u00eb i redaksis\u00eb dhe autor i sa e sa shkrimeve, t\u00eb botuara n\u00eb faqet e gazet\u00ebs \u201dM\u00ebsuesi\u201d, organ i MASH. Po k\u00ebshtu, ishte bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor i revist\u00ebs kulturore e shkencore \u201dUnivers\u201d, u aktivizua n\u00eb borde t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb shoqatave kulturore e shkencore etj.<\/p>\n

Por, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, Mesudi mbeti i gjall\u00eb n\u00eb kujtes\u00eb p\u00ebr familjen, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e koleg\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata, q\u00eb e njoh\u00ebn, njeri shum\u00eb i dashur e goj\u00ebmb\u00ebl, i sinqert\u00eb e i respektuesh\u00ebm, i matur e i pap\u00ebrtuar, shembull p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjekur, n\u00eb fjal\u00ebt dhe veprimet e tij. Prandaj, me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e th\u00ebrrisnin \u201dProfesor\u201d. Ai pati gjithnj\u00eb pran\u00eb bashk\u00ebshorten Bukurie, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn rrit\u00ebn dhe edukuan djalin Admir e vajz\u00ebn Eliana, me virtytet e cil\u00ebsit\u00eb tona m\u00eb t\u00eb mira.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr familjen, koleg\u00ebt, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e prind\u00ebrit dhe gjith\u00eb t\u00eb njohurit, Mesud Abule mbetet i paharruar; jeta dhe veprimtaria e dalluar e tij n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pashlyera e frym\u00ebzuese p\u00ebr breznit\u00eb e reja. Ne gjithnj\u00eb p\u00ebrulemi p\u00ebrpara kujtimit t\u00eb tij!<\/p>\n

2. Lec Zadeja, nj\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb arsim e i lidhur me shtypin e tij<\/strong><\/p>\n

Disa koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, pra kur nuk sh\u00ebrbeja m\u00eb redaktor n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn \u201dM\u00ebsuesi\u201d, mora nj\u00eb let\u00ebr t\u00eb ngroht\u00eb dhe miq\u00ebsore nga miku e kolegu yn\u00eb, Lec Zadeja. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite me radh\u00eb, ai sh\u00ebrbeu me pasion n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit dhe pastaj ishte n\u00eb pension, n\u00eb qytetin e lindjes, aty n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Megjithat\u00eb, si\u00e7 shkruante ai n\u00eb at\u00eb let\u00ebr:<\/p>\n

\u201dUn\u00eb, megjith\u00ebse n\u00eb pension, nuk rri i qet\u00eb, por pasionin q\u00eb kam pas\u00eb p\u00ebr vite, p\u00ebr historikun e arsimit, vazhdoj ta ruaj. Lexoj shtypin arsimor dhe jam informuar se, gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ishit n\u00eb gazet\u00eb, keni p\u00ebrgatitur dhe botuar nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr p\u00ebr historikun e arsimit shqiptar. Por k\u00ebshtu, kur lexova v\u00ebllimin e par\u00eb t\u00eb \u201dHistoris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit dhe Mendimit Pedagogjik Shqiptar\u201d, v\u00ebrejta se nj\u00eb ose dy kapituj ishin p\u00ebrgatitur nga ju. Kjo gj\u00eb m\u00eb g\u00ebzon, se shoh mikun e kolegun tim t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb tani ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb \u201dvallen\u201d e studimeve p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e arsimit\u201d.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa, m\u00eb tej, Leci sillte p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nd\u00ebrmend gazet\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb paharruar: \u201dJu vet\u00eb nuk e dij se me \u00e7far\u00eb merreni konkretisht, a shkoni ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn \u201dM\u00ebsuesi\u201d dhe a e takoni Ilirin (i b\u00ebni t\u00eb fala) dhe koleg\u00ebt e rinj aty. Ua kujtoni atyre se, n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb 2006-\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb 45-vjetori i gazet\u00ebs \u201dM\u00ebsuesi\u201d\u201d. N\u00eb fund, ai k\u00ebrkonte disa libra p\u00ebr historikun e arsimit dhe u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebm t\u2019ia plot\u00ebsonim d\u00ebshir\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb arkivin vetjak ruaj nj\u00eb dor\u00ebshkrim t\u00eb vitit 1975, t\u00eb dy bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb rregullt dhe t\u00eb kahersh\u00ebm t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs \u201cM\u00ebsuesi\u201d, Idriz Kali e Muamer Vuci. Ai i kushtohet pik\u00ebrisht veteranit t\u00eb arsimit, Lec Zadeja dhe mban titullin \u201cPun\u00ebtor i palodhur i arsimit\u201d. Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, aty flitet se ai e nisi pun\u00ebn e nderuar t\u00eb edukatorit t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ri, n\u00eb Oblik\u00eb t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs. N\u00eb vitin 1948, aty u ngarkua me detyr\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuesit dhe drejtorit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs. Me q\u00ebllim ngritjen e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nivelit arsimor e profesional, u regjistrua e ndoqi studimet pa shk\u00ebputje nga puna, n\u00eb ILP \u201cAleksand\u00ebr Xhuvani\u201d t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Pas sh\u00ebrbimit ushtarak, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri Leci ishte n\u00eb drejtimin e disa shkollave, n\u00eb fshatrat Gruemir\u00eb, Gur i Zi e Mjed\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e prind\u00ebrit e kujtojn\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn shembullore t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb e jasht\u00eb saj. Nd\u00ebrsa arsimtar\u00ebt e rretheve t\u00eb Veriut e mbajn\u00eb mend at\u00eb, si nj\u00eb \u201carkiv t\u00eb gjall\u00eb\u201d, n\u00eb qendr\u00ebn e konsultimeve, pran\u00eb ILP t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Krahas detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebshme n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, Lec Zadeja nisi t\u00eb studioj\u00eb historin\u00eb e arsimit dhe t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb me shtypin pedagogjik, me gazet\u00ebn \u201cM\u00ebsuesi\u201d, numri i par\u00eb i t\u00eb cil\u00ebs doli n\u00eb shtator 1961. Po k\u00ebshtu, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, p\u00ebrgatiti p\u00ebr botim punimin: \u201cNj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim historik, rreth pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr krijimin dhe zhvillimin e shkollave, n\u00eb rrethin e Shkodr\u00ebs, n\u00eb vitet 1944-1974\u201d.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe disavje\u00e7are, ai trajtoi n\u00eb faqet e gazet\u00ebs \u201cM\u00ebsuesi\u201d \u00e7\u00ebshtje nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet, t\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb arsimit n\u00eb rrethin e tij. Me informacione, korrespondenca, artikuj problemor\u00eb, reportazhe, v\u00ebzhgime etj., ashtu serioz dhe sistematik si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb, ai zuri vend nd\u00ebrmjet bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve m\u00eb aktiv\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj gazete dhe fitoi dashurin\u00eb e respektin e lexuesve t\u00eb saj. Shkrimet e tij jan\u00eb dalluar p\u00ebr sakt\u00ebsin\u00eb, thjesht\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe thell\u00ebsin\u00eb e mendimit, p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e trajtuara.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit dhe si bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor i shtypit arsimor, Leci u nderua me disa medalje e urdh\u00ebra. Ashtu si\u00e7 e pohon vet\u00eb, n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme,edhe n\u00eb vitet pasardh\u00ebse nuk qendroi duarlidhur dhe e sfidoi mosh\u00ebn e tij, duke u marr\u00eb me k\u00ebrkime, shkrime e studime n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit dhe t\u00eb mendimit pedagogjik shqiptar. Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, ai e ndieu veten krenar se, s\u00ebbashku me qindra bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb e korrespndent\u00eb vullnetar\u00eb, e arriti 1 shtatorin 2011, pra jubileun e 50-vjetorit t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs s\u00eb dashur \u201cM\u00ebsuesi\u201d, botim i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit dhe Shkenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Lec Zadeja d\u00ebshironte t\u00eb ishte edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, por fatkeq\u00ebsisht u nda nga jeta, n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e para t\u00eb marsit t\u00eb vitit 2012, kur afrohej \u201cDita e M\u00ebsuesit\u201d, Festa e Arsimit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar.<\/p>\n
