Borell dhe secili politikan i cilitdo shtet t\u00eb jet\u00eb, ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn private t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb an\u00ebn e kujt do, por kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje \u00e7\u00ebshtja zyrtare, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb tani Borell, n\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb dialogutmes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, do duhej t\u00eb tregohej i drejt\u00eb, pa anime. Nuk i them as t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb an\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, por as t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E, animi ndaj Serbis\u00eb u pa sot n\u00eb bisedimet me kryeministrin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Bruksel. Borell po ngulte k\u00ebmb\u00eb n\u00eb formimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shum\u00ebc\u00eb serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa nuk po ngulte k\u00ebmb\u00eb n\u00eb zbatimin e  Marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruara nga Serbia. Madje, ai shkoi aq larg, sa e tregoi fytyr\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb avokatit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, se Asociacioni qenka m\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi! Tamam kjo nj\u00ebra nga k\u00ebrkesat e Vu\u00e7iqit prej vitesh, i cili ka k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar edheme  nd\u00ebrprerje t\u00eb dialogut, n\u00ebse nuk formohet ky Asociacion! As vet\u00eb Vu\u00e7iqi nuk do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebs se ky, as ai vet\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb thoshte ndryshe, ve\u00e7se, Asocicioni \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmi, pse \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e Beogradit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e n\u00ebnshkruan edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsusesit e Ksoov\u00ebs, pa ditur se \u00e7far\u00eb po b\u00ebnin, pa e kuptuar se sa shum\u00eb po e d\u00ebmtonin Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, se po ia lidhnin duart shtetit t\u00eb tyre, por q\u00eb, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb mir\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb Asociacion, ashtu si\u00e7 e kan\u00eb n\u00ebsnshkruar n\u00eb Bruksel, e ka rr\u00ebzuar Kushtetuta e Kosov\u00ebs, \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nuk b\u00ebn t\u00eb formohet fare. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gabim i BE, q\u00eb e em\u00ebruan si nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsues t\u00eb bisedimeve mes Ksosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb Borellin, i cili vjen nga nj\u00eb shtet i BE q\u00eb nuk e njeh Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs. BE, ose duhet t\u2019i t\u00ebrheq v\u00ebrejtjen Borellit e t\u00eb tregohet i drejt\u00eb dhe i paansh\u00ebm, ose duhet ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb me dik\u00eb nga shtetet e BE q\u00eb e njohin Kosov\u00ebn. Ky nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i drejt\u00eb dhe me t\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb arrihet asnj\u00eb rezultat i bisedimeve mes k\u00ebtyre dy shteteve. Apo, mos kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb loj\u00eb e BE, q\u00eb t\u00eb zvarrisin bisedimet dhe fundin e marr\u00ebveshjes deri n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb pacaktuar. <\/p>\n<p>Serb\u00ebt g\u00ebzojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb drejta brenda Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, se edhe vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. Serb\u00ebve u paguhet rryma, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nga shqiptar\u00ebt e paguajn\u00eb edhe ata me ndihma sociale e t\u00eb papun\u00eb. Serb\u00ebt marrin nga dy paga, edhe nga Kosova edhe nga Serbia, serb\u00ebt l\u00ebvizin kah t\u00eb duan sot, nd\u00ebrsa shqiptar\u00ebve u mohohet l\u00ebvizja n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>Serb\u00ebt vet\u00ebm edhe para duarsh q\u00eb nuk jemi kah i mbajm\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019i pajtuar, sikur ata jan\u00eb viktim\u00eb nga lufta e fundit e jo shqiptar\u00ebt!<br \/>\nBorelli, m\u00eb par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb nga Serbia t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha marr\u00ebveshjet e n\u00ebnshkruara se Asociacionin. Asociacioni nuk i integron ata n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr, i izolon edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga Kosova, pastaj, \u00e7far\u00eb Asociacioni k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ata, kur nuk e njohin p\u00ebr shtet t\u00eb tyre Kosov\u00ebn? Nd\u00ebrsa Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb shfaqur haptas, se nuk e ka problemin e nj\u00eb grushti serb\u00ebsh t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por q\u00ebllimi i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb ndarja e Kosov\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebrmes bisedmeve, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebrmes Asociacionit. <\/p>\n<p>Problemi i Serbis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Trep\u00e7a, pasuria e saj, jo as i pjes\u00ebve tjera t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe t\u00eb Ksov\u00ebs.<br \/>\nPolitikajt serb\u00eb haptas kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se, po t\u2019u jepet Trep\u00e7a do ta njohin Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.  Por, Trep\u00e7a \u00ebsht\u00eb brenda territorit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe nuk do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb dikah tjet\u00ebr. K\u00ebt\u00eb duhet ta dij\u00eb edhe Borelli, edhe Laj\u00e7aku, edhe Serbia, edhe Vu\u00e7iqi. <\/p>\n<p>BE-s\u00eb i shkruaj se me Borellin, nuk ecet p\u00ebrpara dialogu. Ata vet\u00eb le t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim. Dhe, deri sa vet\u00eb k\u00ebta dy nd\u00ebrmjetsues nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb n\u00eb mes bisedimeve Kosov\u00eb \u2013 Serbi, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur fare ta pranojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Asociacioni nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje teknike, \u00e7fare \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fillim se do t\u00eb jen\u00eb bisedimet Kosov\u00eb- Serbi.
