N\u00eb \u201cHistorin\u00eb\u201d e tij t\u00eb shkruar m\u00eb 1079-1080, historiani bizantin Mihaelis Ataliates <\/strong>(Michaelis Attaleiates) qe i pari q\u00eb p\u00ebrmendi se Albanoi <\/em><\/strong>kishin marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb kryengritje kund\u00ebr Konstantinopoj\u00ebs, m\u00eb 1043 dhe se Arbanitai <\/em><\/strong>ishin n\u00ebnshtetas t\u00eb duk\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyrrakiumit.<\/p>\n

– Pi ashtu, historiani Gjon Skilices<\/strong> (Ioannis Scylitzes), rreth vitit 1081 p\u00ebrmend Arbanites <\/em><\/strong>si pjes\u00eb e trupave t\u00eb mbledhur n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs nga Niqifor Basilaku <\/strong>(Nicephorus Basilacius).<\/p>\n

– P\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb aty nga fillimi i shekullit XIV. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, midis viteve 1285 dhe 1332 kemi kat\u00ebr p\u00ebrmendje t\u00eb qarta dhe t\u00eb padyshimta.<\/p>\n

– E para nga k\u00ebto p\u00ebrmendje n\u00eb histori p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e vitit 1285, n\u00eb Ragus\u00eb (Dubrovnik), ku p\u00ebr nj\u00ebfar\u00eb kohe ka pasur nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi shqiptare t\u00eb konsiderueshme. N\u00eb nj\u00eb proces hetuesie, midis tjerash figuron edhe fjalia: \u201cAudivi unam vocem clamantem in monte in lingua albanesca<\/strong>\u201d <\/em>(D\u00ebgjova nj\u00eb z\u00eb q\u00eb th\u00ebrriste n\u00eb male n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe). \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Nj\u00ebzet vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb hasim nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajturin Anonymi Descriptio Europae orientalis <\/em>(P\u00ebrshkrim anonim i Evrop\u00ebs Lindore). \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tekst mesjetar i vitit 1308 i cili p\u00ebrmban nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim mbi tokat e Evrop\u00ebs Lindore, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti mbi vendet e Ballkanit. Autori anonim i tij mendohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb klerik fr\u00ebng apo i shkolluar n\u00eb Franc\u00eb, me shum\u00eb gjasa i Urdhrit Dominikan, i d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb Serbi, ku edhe mblodhi pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr Ballkanin.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 pjes\u00ebve q\u00eb pasqyrojn\u00eb rajone t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb Bizantine, Rash\u00ebs, Bullgaris\u00eb, Ruthenis\u00eb, Hungaris\u00eb, Polonis\u00eb dhe Bohemis\u00eb, ai p\u00ebrmban edhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, nj\u00eb nga p\u00ebrshkrimet e rralla p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vend n\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb shekullit XIV (1308). Kjo pjes\u00eb mbyllet me k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrmendje t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe: \u201cHabent enim Albani prefati linguam distinctam a Latinis, Grecis et Sclavis ita quod in nullo se inteligunt cum aliis nationibus <\/em><\/strong>(Shqiptar\u00ebt e sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendur kan\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb q\u00eb dallohet nga ajo e latin\u00ebve, grek\u00ebve dhe sllav\u00ebve, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb kurrsesi nuk mund t\u00eb merren vesh me popuj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb).<\/p>\n

– P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00eb, p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb n\u00eb njoftimin e nj\u00eb pelegrini gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit p\u00ebr n\u00eb Tok\u00ebn e Shenjt\u00eb m\u00eb 1322. Dy pelegrin\u00eb anglo-irlandez\u00eb, Symon Semeonis dhe Hugo Illuminator, q\u00eb n\u00eb shqip mund t\u2019u thuhet Simon Simoni i Zrdhrit Fran\u00e7eskan dhe Hugo Ndri\u00e7uesi, gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit, m\u00eb 1322 u ndal\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, me \u00e7\u2019rast i pari b\u00ebri nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim t\u00eb gjall\u00eb t\u00eb asaj \u00e7ka pa. P\u00ebrshkrimi i tij jep nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim t\u00eb gjall\u00eb t\u00eb bregdetit shqiptar n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XIV, d.m.th. n\u00eb vitin 1322. K\u00ebta dy u nis\u00ebn nga Klonmeli i Irland\u00ebs. Nga Uellsi verior kaluan n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr, Kent\u00ebrberi, Dover, Uisant, Amien, Paris, Bon\u00eb (Beaune), Lion, Avinjon, Nis\u00eb, Gjenov\u00eb, Bobio, Pia\u00e7enc\u00eb, Parm\u00eb, Mantov\u00eb, Veron\u00eb dhe Vi\u00e7enc\u00eb, deri n\u00eb Venedik.<\/p>\n

Vijuan rrug\u00ebn me anije p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur n\u00eb Pull\u00eb, Zar\u00eb, Dubrovnik, Ulqin, Durr\u00ebs, Korfuz, Qefaloni dhe Kret\u00eb, para se t\u00eb mb\u00ebrrinin n\u00eb Aleksandri. P\u00ebrshkrimet e Simonit njihen si Itinerarium Symonis Semeonis ab Hybernia ad Terram Sanctam <\/em>(Udh\u00ebtimi i Simon Simonit nga Irlanda n\u00eb Tok\u00ebn e Shenjt\u00eb). Dor\u00ebshkrimi ruhet n\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn Corpus Christi College n\u00eb Kembrixh. Udh\u00ebp\u00ebrshkrimi p\u00ebrmban t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr kontrollin dhe procedurat e dogan\u00ebs, zakonet, monedhat, l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e para dhe prodhimet e vendeve t\u00eb vizituara, p\u00ebr kishat etj. Midis tjerash, ai shkruan: \u201dAlbanya est provincia inter Sclavoniam et Romanyam, per se linguam habens<\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/em> (Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb provinc\u00eb midis Sllav\u00ebve dhe Romanis\u00eb (Bizantit), me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebn). Ai shkruan edhe p\u00ebr Durr\u00ebsin.<\/p>\n

– E fundit nga k\u00ebto raste ku p\u00ebrmendet gjuha shqipe dhe ndoshta e para p\u00ebrmendje e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e shkrimit n\u00eb shqip ka qen\u00eb ajo e vitit 1332 nga murgu dominikan fr\u00ebng Brokard <\/strong>ose Fr\u00e8re Brochard (lat. Brocardus monacus). N\u00eb nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr latinisht me titull Directorium ad passagium faciendum<\/em>, Brokardi shkruan: Licet Albanenses aliam omnino linguam a latina et diversam, tamen litteram latinam habent in uso et in omnibus suis libris\u201d <\/em>(Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb krejt t\u00eb ndryshme nga latinishtja, ndon\u00ebse p\u00ebrdorin shkronjat latine n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb librat e tyre). Nuk dihet sakt\u00eb n\u00ebse Brokardi ka pasur parasysh libra n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe t\u00eb shkruar me alfabet latin apo thjesht libra t\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn latine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
