Shkruan Prof. Zymer Mehani<\/strong><\/p>\n

Si\u00e7 dihet, \u00e7do njeri \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje ta rr\u00ebfej\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje para t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, t\u2019u p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb nj\u00eb informat\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo, disa k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb bukur, m\u00eb shkath\u00ebt e disa m\u00eb dob\u00ebt. Dikush mund ta ket\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar nj\u00eb ngjarje dhe kjo t\u2019i ket\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje t\u00eb madhe, por ai mund t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje ta shpreh\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrjetim as me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Dikush tjet\u00ebr, me mjesht\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e vet, arrin q\u00eb edhe ngjarjet e r\u00ebndomta t\u2019i p\u00ebrjetoj\u00eb e t\u2019i shpreh\u00eb estetikisht, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb rr\u00ebfimi i tij b\u00ebhet m\u00eb interesant. At\u00ebher\u00eb themi se njeriu i till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb artist i fjal\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Rregullat e shkrimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb teksti ose t\u00eb nj\u00eb diskutimi me goj\u00eb jan\u00eb:
\n1. Para se t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb t\u00eb flasim ose t\u00eb shkruajm\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb plan se \u00e7far\u00eb duam t\u00eb themi ose t\u00eb shkruajm\u00eb.
\n2. T\u00eb jemi t\u00eb v\u00ebmendsh\u00ebm dhe me kujdesin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojm\u00eb gjith\u00eb imagjinat\u00ebn dhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb tona krijuese.
\n3. Mendimet duhet t\u2019i shprehim n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.

\n5. Shkrimi t\u00eb jet\u00eb i lexuesh\u00ebm dhe i bukur. Tekstin e shkruar ta rilexojm\u00eb disa her\u00eb dhe ta p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojm\u00eb.
\n6. T\u00eb lexojm\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ndjekim modelet e mira t\u00eb t\u00eb folurit e t\u00eb t\u00eb shkruarit. K\u00ebshtu kan\u00eb vepruar edhe shkrimtar\u00ebt e m\u00ebdhenj.<\/p>\n

Por, p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar nj\u00eb lajm, ose p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar nj\u00eb tekst joletrar mb\u00ebshtetemi n\u00eb pes\u00eb rregulla.
