Shkruan: IDRIZ ZEQIRAJ<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qysh me ardhjen e tij n\u00eb m\u00ebrgim, Aliu u angazhua n\u00eb aktivitetete t\u00eb gjithanshme politike dhe humanitare. M\u00eb 1994 themeloi Aktivin e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Baiertal t\u00eb Baden W\u00fcrtembergut, q\u00eb num\u00ebronte 260 an\u00ebtar\u00eb. Krahas veprimeve partiake dhe obligimeve financiare ndaj Kosov\u00ebs, e cila i kishte krjiuar institucionet paralele, an\u00ebtar\u00ebsia e Aktivit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb u angazhua edhe n\u00eb veprimtarit\u00eb humanitare. P\u00ebr djalin e veprimtarit t\u00eb shquar, Dr. Xhavit Ahmeti, t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs, ndau burs\u00eb srudentore, duke e vazhduar t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb edhe disa shkollar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb n\u00ebnvoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr ta zgjeruar dhe leht\u00ebsuar aktivitetin humanitar, Ali Muriqi, me shok\u00eb, formoi Shoqat\u00ebn Shqiptaro-Gjermane “Kosovo-Hilfe”, (Nihm\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn), n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Dielheim-it. Tani, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb Aktivit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin edhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs, pjes\u00eb e ndihmave u b\u00ebn\u00eb edhe shum\u00eb qytetar\u00eb gjerman\u00eb, firma me bisnese t\u00eb ndryshme dhe institucioni komunal i Dielheim-it. Shtret\u00ebrit e d\u00ebrguar p\u00ebr Spitalin e Pej\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Istogut, jan\u00eb kontribut i komun\u00ebs, por, edhe ndihma t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshme.<\/p>\n

Numri i shtuar i emigracionit shqiptar, pavar\u00ebsisht shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, lindi nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr hapjen e deg\u00ebzimit t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs Humanitare “N\u00ebna Tereze”, edhe n\u00eb Dielheim, e cila vepronte anek\u00ebnd Gjermanis\u00eb dhe, pothuaj se, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb M\u00ebrgat\u00ebn Shqiptare. Edhepse Shoqata Shqiptaro-Gjermane “Ndihm\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn”, vepronte e pavarur, n\u00ebn drejtimin e veprimtarit t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm Ali Muriqi, Shoqara Humanitare “N\u00ebna Tereze”, nuk i b\u00ebnte “hije”. P\u00ebrkundrazi, kishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin drejtues dhe kryesin\u00eb, me pak ndryshime. Q\u00ebllimi ishte q\u00eb askush nga shqiptar\u00ebt e aziluar, t\u00eb mos mbetet pa u inkuadruar n\u00eb dh\u00ebnien sistematike t\u00eb ndihmave p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh. Sidomos, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb viteve 1996-99, Shoqata Humanitare “N\u00ebna Tereze”, pati nj\u00eb fluks t\u00eb bujsh\u00ebm ndihmash gjith\u00ebfar\u00ebshe.<\/p>\n

Ali Muriqi me shok\u00eb ishte pjes\u00eb e Emergjenc\u00ebs t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs, q\u00eb nga marsi i vitit 1998 e deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1999. Tashm\u00eb, ndihmat duhej p\u00ebrshtatur nevojave t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Ndihma n\u00eb t\u00eb holla (marka gjermane), p\u00ebrve\u00e7 3%-it obligativ, kontribuan edhe me ndihma shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr Drenic\u00ebn,; p\u00ebr armatim; p\u00ebr huan\u00eb, t\u00eb garantuar me bona me vler\u00eb, hua, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs ende nuk e ka shlyer karshi m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve. Dhe, n\u00ebse kjo hua nuk u kthehet donator\u00ebve atdhetar\u00eb t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm, kjo do t\u00eb konsiderohet si – vjedhje zyrtare-. Sasia e madhe e medikamenteve t\u00eb d\u00ebrguara, nga Ali Muriqi me shok\u00eb, gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe, ka qen\u00eb e mir\u00ebpritur si n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ushqimet e p\u00ebrzgjedhura p\u00ebr luft\u00ebtar\u00ebt si dhe ushqimet e vesh\u00ebmbathjet p\u00ebr refugjat\u00ebt, z\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb vend meritor p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Ali Muriqi me shok\u00eb, edhepse an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, kontribues t\u00eb rregullt\u00eb n\u00eb Fondin Shtet\u00ebror (3 %-i i mir\u00ebnjohur), dhan\u00eb ndihma t\u00eb konsiderueshme edhe p\u00ebr Fondin “Vendlindja th\u00ebrret”, nj\u00eb fond kusar\u00ebsh e matrapaz\u00ebsh horrak\u00eb, t\u00eb band\u00ebs t\u00eb LPK-s\u00eb, krahu kund\u00ebrshtar i Jusuf G\u00ebrvall\u00ebs, i cili kurr\u00eb nuk u shfryt\u00ebzua p\u00ebr nevoja t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij Fondi u p\u00ebrdor p\u00ebr sabotimin e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe vrasjen e ofic\u00ebrve dhe t\u00eb veprimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs. Pjesa tjet\u00ebr u nda p\u00ebr shefat e bandave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

E ve\u00e7anta e angazhimit t\u00eb Ali Muriqit, n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb humanitare, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirja n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces edhe t\u00eb komunitetit rom e musliman t\u00eb trevave shqiptare dhe t\u00eb Sanxhakut. Ata kan\u00eb ndihmuar shum\u00eb edhe n\u00eb transportimin e mallrave. Aliu u thoshte atyre se “Atdheu juaj \u00ebsht\u00eb Kosova, prandaj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb ball\u00ebhapur, faqebardh\u00eb dhe t\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb jipni prova me kontributin tuaj, s\u00eb bashku me ne, shqiptar\u00ebt”.<\/p>\n

Ali Muriqi u lind m\u00eb 14 maj 1948 dhe vdiq n\u00eb nj\u00eb aksident komunikacioni m\u00eb 26 tetor 2004. N\u00eb dit\u00ebn fatale ishte n\u00eb rrug\u00ebtim e sip\u00ebr, me nj\u00eb makin\u00eb me ndihma humanitare, kur nga lodhja enorme, si rrjedhoj\u00eb e udh\u00ebtimit t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb lakore, n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kuk\u00ebsit, nuk arriti ta manevroj\u00eb automjetin dhe ra n\u00eb humner\u00eb, duke gjetur vdekjen e menj\u00ebhershme. P\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb suksesshme dhe p\u00ebrkushtuese humanitare, Ali Muriqi ka marr\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohje e dekorata nga LDK-ja n\u00eb Gjermani, nga LDK-ja n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nga Zyra e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, nga Shoqata “Ulpiana” n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb si dhe organizata t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
