N\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn mjek\u00ebsore, artriti n\u00ebnkupton inflamim t\u00eb nj\u00eb pjese n\u00eb nyje ose rreth saj, duke iu shkaktuar dhimbje, shtangie dhe ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb problem n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje. Disa lloje t\u00eb artritit mund t\u00eb prekin gjithashtu edhe pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb trupit, si l\u00ebkur\u00ebn dhe organet e brendshme. Artriti ekziston n\u00eb shum\u00eb lloje t\u00eb ndryshme, ku m\u00eb t\u00eb shpesht\u00eb jan\u00eb osteoartriti dhe artriti reumatoid (imunoartriti).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Artriti\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.info\/2016\/artriti.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" border=\"0\" \/><em>Figura 1. Gjat\u00eb osteoartritit k\u00ebrci q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtjell fundin e kock\u00ebs gradualisht d\u00ebmtohet ose degjenerohet (me kalimin e mosh\u00ebs ose p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb tepruar) duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb kockat t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb f\u00ebrkohen me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn. Ky f\u00ebrkim mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb dhimbje dhe \u00ebnjtje.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Artriti\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.info\/2016\/artriti1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" border=\"0\" \/><em>Figura 2. Pacient q\u00eb shfaqin osteoartrit n\u00eb nyjet e duarve dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebve<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Faktor\u00ebt predispozues q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb osteoartritit jan\u00eb mosha, obeziteti, trash\u00ebgimia familjare, persona q\u00eb kryejn\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira (pra ngren\u00eb pesha t\u00eb r\u00ebnda), persona q\u00eb merren me sporte dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebsojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme d\u00ebmtime, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb persona mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb prekur nga kjo s\u00ebmundje por nuk e din\u00eb. Kjo sepse osteoartriti mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb koh\u00eb i heshtur dhe t\u00eb shfaqet shum\u00eb vite m\u00eb von\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, osteoartriti karakterizohet nga disa shenja tipike si d\u00ebmtimi i strukturave q\u00eb formojn\u00eb artikulacionin a) n\u00eb nivelin e kartilagjit; b) kockat q\u00eb formojn\u00eb artikulacionin, c) tendin\u00ebt dhe ligamentet q\u00eb ruajn\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje. Osteoartriti mund t\u00eb prek\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha ky\u00e7et por p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht pjes\u00ebt q\u00eb preken m\u00eb shum\u00eb jan\u00eb duart, kolona, gjunj\u00ebt, ij\u00ebt dhe gishti i madh i k\u00ebmb\u00ebs. D\u00ebmtimet e ky\u00e7eve jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakthyeshme dhe shpesh her\u00eb p\u00ebr ky\u00e7e t\u00eb m\u00ebdha si gjunj\u00ebt apo ij\u00ebt kur jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuara, e vetmja mund\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i tyre me proteza t\u00eb gatshme. Shkalla e s\u00ebmundjes varion nga nj\u00ebri person n\u00eb tjetrin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diagnoza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Testet laboratorike t\u00eb gjakut, urin\u00ebs dhe\/ose l\u00ebngut t\u00eb nyejve, mund t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimin e llojit t\u00eb artritit. K\u00ebto teste po ashtu mund t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtimin e s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb tjera si shkaktare t\u00eb shenjave q\u00eb paraqisni. Konkretisht, n\u00eb rastin e osteoartriti diagnoza vendoset pas disa hapave si:<\/p>\n<p>Viizita tek mjeku specialist, ku personi i s\u00ebmur\u00eb i n\u00ebnshtrohet nj\u00eb ekzaminimin fizik si dhe jep nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrimi rreth t\u00eb gjitha shqet\u00ebsimeve q\u00eb ai ka<br \/>\nImazheria me an\u00eb t\u00eb rrezeve R\u00ebntgen (grafi)<br \/>\nRezonanca magnetike<br \/>\nK\u00ebshilla<\/p>\n<p>Pacienti duhet t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb nj\u00eb pesh\u00eb normale t\u00eb trupit<br \/>\nDuhet t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim korrekt, sepse edhe deformimet q\u00eb ndodhin gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit jo korrekt \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb shtremb\u00ebrim dhe shtojn\u00eb akoma m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhimbje.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb jet\u00eb sedentare. K\u00ebtyre pacient\u00ebve iu b\u00ebn mir\u00eb l\u00ebvizja por jo mbil\u00ebvizja. Mbil\u00ebvizja dhe mbingarkesa e artikulacioneve b\u00ebn d\u00ebm. Nj\u00eb or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb b\u00ebn mir\u00eb si p\u00ebr dob\u00ebsim ashtu edhe p\u00ebr kock\u00ebn<br \/>\nP\u00ebrdorimi i mbajt\u00ebseve (llastik ose materiale t\u00eb tjera) p\u00ebr gjurin, krahun, p\u00ebr kolon\u00ebn ka rezultuar mjaft efektiv n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitetet e p\u00ebrditshme.<\/p>\n<p>Procedurat fizioterapeutike si masazhi, akupunktura dhe t\u00eb tjera kan\u00eb efektshm\u00ebri p\u00ebr periudha t\u00eb shkurtra kohore<br \/>\nArtriti reumatoid<\/p>\n<p>Artriti reumatoid \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje autoimune q\u00eb shkakton inflamacion kronik t\u00eb artikulacioneve. Sistemi imunitar (antitrupat) n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pashpjegueshme sulmon membran\u00ebn e artikulacioneve duke shkaktuar inflamacion t\u00eb membran\u00ebs sinoviale. Inflamimi, m\u00eb pas shp\u00ebrndahet n\u00eb gjith\u00eb nyj\u00ebn dhe mund t\u00eb d\u00ebmtoj\u00eb k\u00ebrcin. Kjo s\u00ebmundje shoq\u00ebrohet me fryrje dhe \u00ebnjtje t\u00eb artikulacioneve.
