Shefik Osmani (Shkod\u00ebr, 20 maj 1923-Tiran\u00eb, 22 korrik 2012) arsimit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar, pedagogjis\u00eb dhe edukimit t\u00eb brezit ton\u00eb t\u00eb ri, por dhe kultur\u00ebs e shkenc\u00ebs shqiptare, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjjith\u00ebsi. N\u00eb gjallje t\u00eb tij, pan\u00eb drit\u00ebn e botimit disa vepra me vlera teorike e praktike, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb ve\u00e7oja \u201cFjalorin e Pedagogjis\u00eb\u201d (Tiran\u00eb, 1983) dhe bashkautor\u00ebsin\u00eb me 40 \u201cz\u00ebra\u201d n\u00eb \u201cFjalorin Enciklopedik Shqiptar\u201d etj. Gjithashtu, ishte bashkautor n\u00eb vepra t\u00eb njohura dhe unike n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e studimeve tona, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cHistoria e Arsimit dhe e Mendimit Pedagogjik Shqiptar\u201d (Tiran\u00eb, 3003), botim q\u00eb e drejtoi i ndjeri prof. Bedri Dedja-Akademik. P\u00ebr meritat e tij, prof.Sh.Osmani u shpall \u201cLaureat i \u00c7mimit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs\u201d e iu dhan\u00eb titujt \u201cM\u00ebsues i merituar\u201d dhe \u201cProfesor\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb e njohur, ndarja nga jeta b\u00ebri q\u00eb disa botime t\u00eb prof. Sh.Osmanit t\u00eb mbeteshin dor\u00ebshkrim. Por ato i ktheu n\u00eb pasuri t\u00eb lexuesve tan\u00eb, t\u00eb shkollave e bibliotekave tona, bashk\u00ebshortja e tij, e palodhura Urti Osmani-\u201cM\u00ebsuese e Popullit\u201d. Megjith\u00ebse e moshuar dhe me probleme shndet\u00ebsore, ajo iu vu pun\u00ebs me ngulm e p\u00ebrkushtim t\u00eb patreguar p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrgatitur dhe botuar disa vepra t\u00eb tilla. Librin e pare, ia kushtoi pik\u00ebrisht jetes\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, me titullin dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs \u201cP\u00ebrjet\u00eb me Shefikun\u201d(Tiran\u00eb, korrik 2013).<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi, duke patur edhe ndihmes\u00ebn e koleg\u00ebve e miq\u00ebve t\u00eb shumt\u00eb t\u00eb prof. Sh.Osmanit, ajo botoi librat: \u201cVler\u00ebsme p\u00ebr prof. dr. Shefik Osmanin\u201d (Tiran\u00eb, janar 2014), \u201cFigura t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb arsimit dhe t\u00eb pedagogjis\u00eb\u201d(Tiran\u00eb, qershor 2014), \u201cLigj\u00ebrata dhe shkrime t\u00eb zgjedhura\u201d(Tiran\u00eb, korrik 2014), \u201cProbleme t\u00eb Ciklit t\u00eb Ul\u00ebt n\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn e viteve\u201d(Tiran\u00eb, prill 2015) dhe \u201cKontribut p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e filatelis\u00eb shqiptare\u201d (Tiran\u00eb, qershor 2015).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Kur ndokush mund t\u00eb mendonte se ishin \u201cshterruar\u201d burimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb botuar nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr tjet\u00ebr nga prof.Sh.Osmani, studiuesja e palodhur Urti Osmani na b\u00ebri nj\u00eb \u201csupriz\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb bukur. K\u00ebshtu, k\u00ebto dit\u00eb ajo njoftoi se doli nga shtypi libri i ri me emrin e tij, \u201cProbleme t\u00eb ciklit t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, t\u00eb arsimit dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs\u201d, ven\u00eb n\u00eb qarkkullim nga Sht\u00ebpia Botuese&amp;Studio grafike&amp;Shtypshkronja \u201cFilara\u201d, Tiran\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm duam t\u2019u japim nj\u00eb informacion t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur p\u00ebr shkrimet, q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb re t\u00eb prof. Sh.Osmanit. K\u00ebshtu, pjesa e par\u00eb trajton disa aspekte psikologjike dhe edukative n\u00eb ciklin e ul\u00ebt. M\u00eb tej, jan\u00eb pjes\u00ebt: \u201cProbleme t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjes s\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit\u201d, \u201cForma t\u00eb larmishme t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies\u201d dhe \u201cAspekte t\u00eb orgnizimit, t\u00eb drejtimit dhe t\u00eb edukimit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebmendjen e lexuesit e t\u00ebrheqin edhe disa shkrime t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn \u201cProbleme t\u00eb arsimit dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs\u201d. T\u00eb till\u00eb po sh\u00ebnojm\u00eb k\u00ebtu: \u201cAspekte t\u00eb edukat\u00ebs popullore n\u00eb zonat malore, t\u00eb sanksionuara n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn zakonore\u201d, \u201cDisa t\u00eb dh\u00ebna rreth zhvillimit t\u00eb arsimit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb trevat shqiptare p\u00ebr rreth\u201d, \u201cRilindja Komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr formimin e identitetit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs shqiptare\u201d, \u201cArsimi shqiptar n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb organizimit t\u00eb tij shtet\u00ebror, 1914-1920\u201d etj.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026Par\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, mendojm\u00eb q\u00eb kjo vep\u00ebr e re e prof. Shefik Osmanit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ka p\u00ebrgatitur me shum\u00eb kujdes e profesionaliz\u00ebm bashkshortja e tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm d\u00ebshmi e ndihmes\u00ebs s\u00eb shquar, q\u00eb ai ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn e vet\u00eb, n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit, pedagogjis\u00eb, shkenc\u00ebs dhe kultur\u00ebs mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare shqiptare, por dhe se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pasuri e vyer p\u00ebr brezat e m\u00ebsuesve, pedagog\u00ebve, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve e student\u00ebve dhe prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb tyre.
