Kjo pun\u00eb u kuror\u00ebzua me sukses, kur m\u00eb 1 Dhjetor 1909, p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb u hap Shkolla Normale n\u00eb Elbasan, e cila e kishte edhe internatin p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb vinin nga jasht\u00eb Elbasani.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtori i par\u00eb i Normales ishte patrioti i shquar shkodran Luigj Gurakuqi, nd\u00ebrsa arsimtar\u00ebt e par\u00eb qen\u00eb njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, t\u00eb shkolluar jasht\u00eb atdheut, si bie fjala, Aleksand\u00ebr Xhuvani, Sotir Peci, Pet\u00ebr Dodbiba, Simon Shuteriqi, Hasan Mejza, hafiz Ibrahim Dalliu, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Me rastin e hapjes s\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebs, para nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, arsimtar\u00ebve dhe popullit t\u00eb tubuar, Gurakuqi n\u00eb fjalimin e tij, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera kishte theksuar: \u201c Shqip\u00ebria u l\u00ebkund e t\u00ebra nga z\u00ebri i Shkoll\u00ebs Normale; atdhetar\u00ebt nuk kursyen ndihmat e veta t\u00eb begata, nd\u00ebrsa djemt\u00eb tan\u00eb rodh\u00ebn nga t\u00eb gjitha viset e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (kjo n\u00ebnkuptonte t\u00eb gjitha trojet shqiptare) e u derdh\u00ebn k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Elbasan\u2026 Jo vet\u00ebm nga Tosk\u00ebria q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb e para nd\u00ebr tregimet komb\u00ebtare e nd\u00ebr luft\u00ebrat e gjuh\u00ebs, por m\u00eb fort nga Geg\u00ebria e Sip\u00ebrme, nga ajo Kosov\u00eb sa fisnike e trimoshe, me p\u00ebrpjekjet e t\u00eb ndershmit Hasan Prishtina, i cili na rroft\u00eb p\u00ebrjet\u00eb, na erdh\u00ebn mjaft nx\u00ebn\u00ebs sa q\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet pa frik\u00eb lajthimi se nuk ka asnj\u00eb k\u00ebnd t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos t\u00eb ket\u00eb k\u00ebtu br\u00ebnda p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesin e vet\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pas Gurakuqit, drejtor\u00eb t\u00eb Normales ishin edhe Aleksand\u00ebr Xhuvani (emrin e t\u00eb cilit e mban\u00eb sot Universiteti i Elbasanit), pastaj Sali Ceka (nga Cam\u00ebria), Ahmet Gashi (nga Kosova), Vasil Komani, etj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin edhe professor\u00eb t\u00eb asaj Shkolle.<br \/>\nNX\u00cbN\u00cbSIT E PAR\u00cb KOSOVAR\u00cb N\u00cb NORMALEN E ELBASANIT Normalja e Elbasanit kishte karakter mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar, jo vet\u00ebm pse pranonte nx\u00ebn\u00ebs nga t\u00eb gjitha trojet shqiptare, t\u00eb t\u00eb tri besimeve fetare, por edhe p\u00ebr nga p\u00ebrmbajtja e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve m\u00ebsimore p\u00ebr formimin patriotik t\u00eb personalitetit t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm. Normalja e Elbasanit u b\u00eb nj\u00eb unaz\u00eb e forte e boshtit kurrizor etnik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse kemi parasysh koh\u00ebn dhe gjendjen e kombit ton\u00eb n\u00ebn sundimin otoman dhe veprimin agresiv t\u00eb shovinizmit ortodoks grek e sllav, mund t\u00eb merren me mend peripetit\u00eb e sigurimit t\u00eb kushteve, t\u00eb kuadrit e t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar dhe zhvilluar m\u00ebsimin.<br \/>\nPatrioti Hasan Prishtina u angazhua shum\u00eb, duke shkuar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha qytetet dhe fshatrat e Kosov\u00ebs e duke propaguar p\u00ebr d\u00ebrgimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb Normalen e Elbasanit.<\/p>\n<p>Fillimisht Shkolla filloi pun\u00ebn me 111 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve 50 ishin nga Elbasani, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nga t\u00eb gjitha trojet shqiptare. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit nga Kosova dhe Shkupi mezi arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb muajit shkurt t\u00eb vitit 1910. Tubimi dhe udh\u00ebtimi i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nga Kosova deri n\u00eb Elbasan nuk ishte aspak i leht\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ata udh\u00ebtuan 12 dit\u00eb derisa arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb Normalen e Elbasanit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb emrin e nderit \u201cnormalist\u201d, e m\u00eb pastaj m\u00ebsues.<br \/>\nN\u00eb Elbasan u prit\u00ebn me enthusiaz\u00ebm nga qytetar\u00ebt, nga drejtori, nga pedagog\u00ebt dhe nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e Normales. Edhe me at\u00eb rast drejtori Luigj Gurakuqi mbajti nj\u00eb fjalim t\u00eb zjarrt\u00eb. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit kosovar\u00eb u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb Internatin e Shkoll\u00ebs, ku mor\u00ebn uniformat dhe materialet e tjera q\u00eb ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb gati p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit. Nga Kosova n\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb t\u00eb Normales ishin regjistruar 16 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Normalja si fidanishte e m\u00ebsuesve, u b\u00eb tempull i vlerave dhe cil\u00ebsive, q\u00eb e b\u00ebri Elbasanin qend\u00ebr arsimore, t\u00eb dijes, edukat\u00ebs dhe kultur\u00ebs, q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur k\u00ebtu, e t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb gjithandej n\u00eb trojet shqiptare, rrezatoi e p\u00ebrhapi drit\u00eb e dituri.
