Faktor\u00ebt q\u00eb e pengojn\u00eb norm\u00ebn e shqipes t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb, si statusi q\u00eb shqipja e g\u00ebzon, pasi p\u00ebrdoret krahas serbishtes dhe anglishtes si gjuh\u00eb zyrtare, pastaj q\u00ebndrimi jo i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb i shqipfol\u00ebsve ndaj norm\u00ebs letrare – mosrespektimi i saj, bashk\u00ebsia e fol\u00ebsve- vendi ku flitet shqipja, ndikimi i t\u00eb folmeve dialektore paralelisht me norm\u00ebn, por nd\u00ebr faktor\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb zbatimi i norm\u00ebs n\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb n\u00eb nivelin e duhur jan\u00eb: kompetencat (performanca) e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve, komunikimi brenda shkollave, planet dhe programet, tekstet shkollore, metodat e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies; mungesa e leximit nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit etj. <\/p>\n

N\u00eb shum\u00eb shkolla v\u00ebrehet performanc\u00eb jo e mir\u00eb e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve sa i p\u00ebrket zot\u00ebrimit t\u00eb norm\u00ebs dhe, m\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe, m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb drejtor\u00ebt dhe punonj\u00ebsit e administrat\u00ebs, nuk komunikojn\u00eb me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn letrare dhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb norm\u00ebs n\u00eb shkrimet e tyre. Kjo v\u00ebrehet edhe n\u00eb shkrimet e vendosura n\u00eb mure t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs (shpalljet, oraret, punimet e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve), por edhe n\u00eb dokumente t\u00eb tjera zyrtare: ditar\u00ebt e klasave, procesverbalet e mbledhjeve, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjenden shkelje t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb norm\u00ebs s\u00eb shkruar. <\/p>\n

Tekstet shkollore, po ashtu, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb hartuara sipas k\u00ebrkesave dhe programeve t\u00eb reja m\u00ebsimore, jan\u00eb t\u00eb ngarkuara me p\u00ebrmbajtje dhe p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb edhe gabime gjuh\u00ebsore, kurse disa biblioteka t\u00eb shkollave nuk jan\u00eb sa duhet t\u00eb pajisura me lektura shkollore, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb lexojn\u00eb vazhdimisht.<\/p>\n

Vitet e fundit nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e kalojn\u00eb koh\u00ebn m\u00eb shum\u00eb para kompjuterit dhe televizorit, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb anash librin, dhe kjo po ndikon mjaft negativisht sa i p\u00ebrket nx\u00ebnies s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs letrare, ngase disa media – t\u00eb shkruara dhe elektronike – fare pak i kushtojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi gjuh\u00ebs dhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb mjaft shkelje t\u00eb norm\u00ebs. <\/p>\n

Po ashtu, ndikimi i familjes dhe i rrethit \u00ebsht\u00eb i madh, pasi shum\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb familje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, me nivel t\u00eb ul\u00ebt apo mesatar t\u00eb shkollimit dhe p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsojn\u00eb trajta lokale, t\u00eb cilat i bartin n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe i p\u00ebrcjellin pastaj gjat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb shkollimit.<\/p>\n

Fakulteti i Filologjis\u00eb dhe Fakulteti i Edukimit, por edhe fakultetet e tjera q\u00eb p\u00ebrgatisin m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs, duhet t’i japin m\u00eb tep\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen t\u00eb nxjerrin m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur dhe t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb gjuha shqipe t\u00eb futet si l\u00ebnd\u00eb e obligueshme n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fakultetet, nd\u00ebrsa drejtorit\u00eb komunale t\u00eb arsimit duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb kujdesshme n\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhjen e kuadrit m\u00ebsimor dhe t\u00eb pasurojn\u00eb bibliotekat e shkollave me lektura shkollore bashk\u00ebkohore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha moshat e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. <\/p>\n

Meq\u00eb gjuha \u00ebsht\u00eb pasuri dhe vler\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore gjith\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare, mbetet detyr\u00eb e t\u00eb gjitha institucioneve arsimore, qendrore e lokale, duke filluar nga MASHT-i, institutet, fakultetet, DKA-t\u00eb dhe qendrat e tjera t\u00eb edukimit, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe mediat, q\u00eb t\u00eb punojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr ruajtjen dhe pasurimin e saj, por barr\u00ebn kryesore duhet ta ken\u00eb shkollat, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e gjuh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
