Si\u00e7 dihet fjal\u00ebt autobus dhe kuzhin\u00eb jan\u00eb me prejardhje nga fr\u00ebngjishtja \u201cautobus\u201d\u00a0dhe\u201d cuisine\u201d, prandaj obligohen q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt t\u2019i shqiptojn\u00eb dhe t\u2019i shkruajn\u00eb drejt. Kur ndonj\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00eb lind binjak, shtypi shkruan se n\u00ebna lindi dy binjak\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se n\u00ebna ka lindur kat\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet pasur kujdes se parashtesa latine \u201cbi\u201d do t\u00eb thot\u00eb dyfish, prandaj vet\u00eb fjala binjak do t\u00eb thot\u00eb dy f\u00ebmij\u00eb. Me parashtes\u00ebn latine \u201cbi\u201d shkruhen edhe fjal\u00ebt bilateral (dypal\u00ebshe), bigami (martes\u00eb me dy gra), bimester (dymujor), bicycle (bi\u00e7iklet\u00eb) q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb dy\u00e7iklet\u00eb prej dy rrath\u00ebsh. Gjithashtu n\u00eb vend t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs me burim neolatin dubloj duhet t\u00eb shkruhet dyfishoj, kurse n\u00eb vend t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs duplikat shkruhet dyfish.<\/p>\n<p>Keqp\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe nuk i shp\u00ebtojn\u00eb edhe fjal\u00ebt e huaja, t\u00eb cilat pa ndonj\u00eb arsye futen n\u00eb shkrimet shqiptare. Rastet jan\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta, sidomos kur autor\u00ebt nuk e din\u00eb se fjal\u00ebt jan\u00eb\u00a0sinonime: e para n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e huaj dhe e dyta n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr fjal\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs publicistike q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala e huaj \u201chuman\u201d, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs shqipe \u201cnjer\u00ebzor\u201d.<br \/>\nKurse fjal\u00ebt trim dhe hero kan\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim:<br \/>\ne para \u00ebsht\u00eb shqip, e dyta \u00ebsht\u00eb neolatine. Dukuri e fjal\u00ebve me kuptim t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb ndodh edhe me titujt e forumeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, psh. \u201cAn\u00ebtar i Bordit K\u00ebshillimor\u201d (shqip del An\u00ebtar i K\u00ebshillit K\u00ebshillimor) n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb thuhet \u201cAn\u00ebtar i Komisionit k\u00ebshillimor\u201d. K\u00ebto sinonime p\u00ebrs\u00ebriten k\u00ebshtu:<\/p>\n<p>\u2026ndaj humanizmit dhe njer\u00ebzimit, ose \u2026kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak humane dhe njer\u00ebzore, por edhe \u2026fytyra jote plot\u00eb nuri dhe drit\u00eb, shpirt\u00ebror dhe psikologjik, n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj mund t\u00eb konkludoj (nga lat. concludere q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj)\u2026 etj.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb habitem pse redaksit\u00eb shqiptare i durojn\u00eb k\u00ebto gabime t\u00eb skajshme, t\u00eb cilat e mundojn\u00eb lexuesin shqiptar. Gjithashtu fjalia me fjal\u00ebn e huazuar nga fr\u00ebngjishtja toksik \u201cNx\u00ebn\u00ebsit u helmuan me helm toksik\u201d, duhet shkruar shqip: Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit u helmuan me l\u00ebnd\u00eb helmuese. Po t\u00eb shkruhen shqip, fjalit\u00eb e sip\u00ebrsh\u00ebnuara dalin qesharake: \u2026kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak njer\u00ebzore dhe njer\u00ebzore; \u2026ndaj njer\u00ebzimit dhe njer\u00ebzimit; \u2026plot\u00eb drit\u00eb dhe drit\u00eb, shpirt\u00ebror dhe shpirt\u00ebror, meq\u00eb psikologjia merret me studimin e shpirtit t\u00eb njeriut, \u2026u helmuan me helm helmues, n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u2026 etj.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta p\u00ebrs\u00ebritje ndodh edhe me fjal\u00ebn konkrete vdiq. Kjo tregon pasigurin\u00eb e gazetarit, ndaj pa ndonj\u00eb arsye i thekson fjal\u00ebt me kuptime t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta. Prandaj n\u00ebse gazetar\u00ebt gabojn\u00eb n\u00eb drejtshkrimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, jan\u00eb kryeredaktor\u00ebt dhe lektor\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duhet t\u2019i evitojn\u00eb k\u00ebto gabime t\u00eb ndjeshme.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm anglisht Iceberg (\u2018aisbe:g) ajsberg, q\u00eb si shprehje figurative ka z\u00ebn\u00eb vend n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha gjuh\u00ebt e bot\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Prandaj prej frazeologjis\u00eb anglisht \u201ctip of iceberg\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatur fjala shqip dhe anglisht Maja e ajsbergut n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb thuhet shqip Maja e akullnaj\u00ebs. Akullnaj\u00eb &#8211; sipas fjalorit do t\u00eb thot\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb e madhe e akullit q\u00eb ndahet nga akullnaja e maleve polare dhe me ndihm\u00eb e val\u00ebve dhe er\u00ebs l\u00ebviz p\u00ebrqark me pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb gjendet n\u00ebn sip\u00ebrfaqen e detit. N\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme t\u00eb thuhet fjala me prejardhje angleze, \u201cMaja e Ajsbergut\u201d, pse at\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb mos thuhet sipas tekstit \u201cMaja e isbergut\u201d, derisa emri i vendit gjeografik \u201cIrlanda\u201d anglisht shqiptohet (\u2018ai\u00eb:l\u00ebnd), kurse shqip Irlanda.<\/p>\n<p>Psh. gjuha suedeze q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket grupit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve gjermane, nuk i shqipton emrat anglisht, por suedisht, ngjash\u00ebm sikur n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe: Irland dhe isberg. I nj\u00ebjti gabim ndodh\u00eb edhe me shprehjen gjeografike dhe historike, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb shkruajn\u00eb: \u201cvise iliro-shqiptare\u201d, shkruajn\u00eb \u201cvise iliro-arb\u00ebrore-albane-shqiptare\u201d. Ky lloj shqiptim i tep\u00ebrt krijon huti te lexuesi shqiptar dhe t\u00eb huaj, sikur t\u00eb num\u00ebroheshin nj\u00eb varg fisesh t\u00eb ndryshme shqiptare, kur dihet se ato kan\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim.<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj vijn\u00eb edhe fjal\u00ebt e \u00e7oroditura nga ministrat dhe zyrtar\u00ebt shtet\u00ebror, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb vend t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs shqipe e p\u00ebrdorin fjal\u00ebn e huaj. Prandaj Ministria Shqiptare, apo si\u00e7 thot\u00eb populli ajka e shtetit, n\u00eb vend se ta mbrojn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, e d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Ata n\u00eb vend t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs shqipe shumic\u00eb-a e p\u00ebrdorin fjal\u00ebn e huaj mazhoranc\u00eb, q\u00eb vjen prej gjermanishtes majoritet. Jo vet\u00ebm kaq, sepse kur n\u00eb parlamentin shqiptar thuhet majoritet, e k\u00ebrkon nevoja, q\u00eb si kund\u00ebrp\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb thuhet edhe fjala e huaj minoritet, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb pakic\u00eb. Prandaj ministrat dhe gazetar\u00ebt, pse jo edhe populli le t\u00eb zgjedhin: ose t\u00eb thon\u00eb gjermanisht dhe latinisht grupi i deputet\u00ebve mazhoranc\u00eb &#8211; minoritet, ose t\u00eb thon\u00eb shqip grupi i deputet\u00ebve shumic\u00eb &#8211; pakic\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta fatkeq\u00ebsi ndodh edhe me fjal\u00ebn mocion, q\u00eb vjen prej fjal\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge motion dhe do t\u00eb thot\u00eb propozim (n\u00eb kuvend), k\u00ebshtu shkruan n\u00eb Fjalorin Fr\u00ebngjisht &#8211; Shqip t\u00eb Vedat Kokon\u00ebs. N\u00eb vazhdim fjala librore konfidenciale, q\u00eb shpesh p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb post\u00ebn elektronike p\u00ebr ruajtjen e fsheht\u00ebsis\u00eb, (fr\u00ebn. K\u00ebshtu veprohet edhe me fjal\u00ebn kauza, q\u00eb vjen prej latinishtes causa, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs shqipe \u00e7\u00ebshtje, q\u00eb ting\u00ebllon bukur.
