P\u00ebllumb Velo u lind m\u00eb 2 shkurt 1945 n\u00eb Bishan t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs. Qysh n\u00eb rinin\u00eb e hershme \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb me piktur\u00eb dhe let\u00ebrsi dhe me von\u00eb me gazetari. Ka adhuruar si proz\u00ebn dhe poezin\u00eb, por n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti fabul\u00ebn. P\u00ebrmendim k\u00ebtu:<\/p>\n

Krijimi i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i vitit 1962, fabula “Dhia dhe keci'”. Muz\u00eb kjo q\u00eb nuk u nda kurr\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht se autori ka trokitur von\u00eb n\u00eb portat e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrethanave t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb vet. Ka botuar libra p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rinj duke kristalizuar dhe stilin e tij individual n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e fabulave. Fabulat e tij i drejtohen jo vet\u00ebm f\u00ebmij\u00ebve por edhe t\u00eb rriturve.
