{"id":9351,"date":"2016-12-20T19:04:58","date_gmt":"2016-12-20T18:04:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/?p=9351"},"modified":"2018-03-02T13:10:16","modified_gmt":"2018-03-02T12:10:16","slug":"akademia-e-kosoves-shkelese-dhe-shperdoruese-e-ligjit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jehonashqiptare.al\/fjala\/akademia-e-kosoves-shkelese-dhe-shperdoruese-e-ligjit\/","title":{"rendered":"AKADEMIA E KOSOV\u00cbS \u2013 SHKEL\u00cbSE DHE SHP\u00cbRDORUESE E LIGJIT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Abdyl Kadolli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Reagim i shkrimtar\u00ebve<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Veprimtaria e Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Ligjin e ri p\u00ebr Akademin\u00eb dhe funksionin e saj shkencor e artistik, sepse nuk p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson vlerat shkencore dhe artistike t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ligjin e ri p\u00ebr Akademin\u00eb thuhet: \u201dQ\u00ebllimi i Akademis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvillimi, nxitja, promovimi dhe avancimi i shkenc\u00ebs dhe i artit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet realizimit t\u00eb projekteve shkencore me interes p\u00ebr zhvillimin shoq\u00ebror, ekonomik dhe kulturor t\u00eb vendit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Akademia e Kosov\u00ebs nuk zhvillon veprimtari t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb shkencore e artistike, sepse nuk ka realizuar asnj\u00eb projekt shkencor p\u00ebr zhvillimin e vendit. Ajo ka vet\u00ebm kat\u00ebr seksione dhe asnj\u00eb institut hulumtues e qend\u00ebr studimore. Klani provincial akademik ka uzurpuar funksionin shkencor e artistik dhe ka izoluar bashk\u00ebpunimin krijues n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Ligjin e ri p\u00ebr Akademin\u00eb thuhet se pranimi i an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj b\u00ebhet \u201cn\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb shkencore dhe t\u00eb krijimtaris\u00eb artistike\u201d, mir\u00ebpo klani meskin provincial pranon n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e veta vet\u00ebm mediok\u00ebr t\u00eb sojit t\u00eb vet, pa kritere t\u00eb vlerave shkencore e artistike. An\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Akademis\u00eb zgjidhen edhe ata, veprat e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk paraqesin as af\u00ebrsisht \u201crealizime kulmore n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e shkenc\u00ebs ose t\u00eb artit\u201d dhe as nuk kan\u00eb \u201cpesh\u00eb n\u00eb vend dhe jasht\u00eb tij\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrkundrazi.<\/p>\n<p>Akademia, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Ligjin, ua ka ofruar qarkoren e konkursit p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj vet\u00ebm fakulteteve publike dhe instituteve shkencore, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb anash shoqatat dhe institucionet e artit e t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Akademia e Kosov\u00ebs b\u00ebn diskriminim, duke ua mbyllur dyert studiuesve e krijuesve t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb artit mbi mosh\u00ebn 65-vje\u00e7are, por ua l\u00eb hapur, palejuesh\u00ebm me ligjin, an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj q\u00ebndrimin e p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm, pa realizuar asnj\u00eb pun\u00eb, ose me vepra plagjiature, me intriga kund\u00ebr nj\u00ebsis\u00eb kulturore komb\u00ebtare dhe me t\u00eb kaluar t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk do ta duronte asnj\u00eb akademi n\u00eb bot\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Akademia e Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb guask\u00eb t\u00eb intrigave politike, duke korruptuar funksionin shkencor e artistik t\u00eb saj. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb \u00e7erdhe korruptive dhe shp\u00ebrdoruese e interesave politike e materiale p\u00ebr t\u2019i siguruar dikujt edhe dy-tri paga mujore.
