Kjo p\u00ebr\u00e7arje i ka sjellur konfliktet dhe luft\u00ebrat. Kan\u00eb sjellur tragjedi, t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb rikuperohen p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb. Disa hasmeri t\u00eb popujve t\u00eb instaluara nga regjimet nuk kan mbaruar kurr\u00eb. Ofendimet q\u00eb ua jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb popujve t\u00eb ndryshem nga &#8220;intelegjenca&#8221; e popullit tjet\u00ebr, kan futur p\u00ebr\u00e7arje dhe urrejtje historike, kan\u00eb instaluar mos besueshm\u00ebri shum\u00eb t\u00eb kushtueshme n\u00eb njer\u00ebz dhe t\u00eb mira materiale.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto urrejtje kan\u00eb pasur q\u00ebllime pushtuese karshi popullit me gjuh\u00eb, kultur\u00eb dhe prejardhje krejt tjet\u00ebr. K\u00ebtu mund t\u00eb rrjedhin edhe shum\u00eb pyetje t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kurr\u00eb nuk mund t&#8217;u gjendet p\u00ebrgjigjia adekuate. Hasmerit\u00eb n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat ballkanike midis popujve po zgjatin tep\u00ebr shum\u00eb. Armiq\u00ebsimi i popullit serb m\u00eb at\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb ka nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, t\u00eb tipit pushtues hegjemonist. Serbia dhe serb\u00ebt rr\u00ebgullisht kan\u00eb punuar me elaboratet e Akademis\u00eb se Shk\u00ebncave dhe Arteve dhe t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Ortodokse Serbe. Serbia ka zhvilluar luft\u00ebra pushtuese karshi shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht nga intelegjenca serbe jan\u00eb hartuar edhe shum\u00eb elaborate shfaros\u00ebse karshi shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb tokat e tyre. Serbia dhe serb\u00ebt territorin e vog\u00ebl q\u00eb e kishin e zgj\u00ebruan shum\u00eb fish m\u00eb luft\u00ebra. Dhe, kjo logjik\u00eb pushtuese e instaluar nga intelegjenca serbe sikur nuk po ka t\u00eb mbaruar edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite. Serb\u00ebt nuk po ngop\u00ebn m\u00eb tokat e pushtuara t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, duke synuar pushtime t\u00eb reja. K\u00ebtu fola pak p\u00ebr logjik\u00ebn pushtuese dhe p\u00ebr logjik\u00ebn konfliktuoze t\u00eb popullit serb\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb disa popuj\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs. Kemi logjik\u00ebn pushtuese bullgaromadhe bashk\u00eb m\u00eb logjik\u00ebn pushtuese t\u00eb sllavmaqedonasve t\u00eb pa identitet etj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst tash kur luft\u00ebrat n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi kan p\u00ebrfundur po jo edhe larguar p\u00ebrfundimisht, kemi situat\u00ebn jo stabilizuese n\u00eb Bosnje dhe Hercegovin\u00eb. Kriza politike ka rezultuar edhe dhe kriz\u00ebn nd\u00ebrmjet popujve shtetformues t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj republike. Kjo kriz\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke zgjatur q\u00eb 20 vite. Kemi acarime t\u00eb situatave politike dhe nd\u00ebretnike m\u00eb t\u00ebntim konfliktit t\u00eb hapur. K\u00ebtu prap shtrohet pyetja logjike, kush \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt t\u00eb vazhdueshem, populli apo elitat politike?Jan\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt edhe popujt\u00eb edhe elitat !<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Bosnje \u00ebsht\u00eb situata gjithnj\u00eb e elektrizuar sepse Marveshja e Dejtonit v\u00ebtem sa e ka p\u00ebrfunduar luft\u00ebn, e nuk e ka sjellur paq\u00ebn e p\u00ebrhershme. Elitat politike p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb veta, po e mbajn\u00eb situat\u00ebn politike t\u00eb tensionuar atje. Elitat gjithnj\u00eb fshihen pas popullit edhe n\u00eb situatat e mbrendshme jo t\u00eb mira t\u00eb rrjedhave politike dhe t\u00eb rrjedhave ekonomike. Elitat politike n\u00eb pushtetin e Kosov\u00ebs e kan zgjedhur modelin e mbajt\u00ebs s\u00eb konfliktit t\u00eb mbrendshem m\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrftimeve dhe t\u00eb zgjatj\u00ebs s\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb tipit apsolut.<\/p>\n<p>Ku jan\u00eb motivet e p\u00ebrqarj\u00ebs s\u00eb popujve ? Ose elitat politike jan\u00eb t\u00eb hasmuara ose i mbrojn\u00eb m\u00eb fanatizem elitat paraprake t\u00eb cilat e kan trasuar k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrqarje p\u00ebr interesat e tyre p\u00ebrsonale. Intelegjenca serbe k\u00ebt\u00eb ngulitje t\u00eb hasmerirs\u00eb n\u00eb kok\u00ebn e popullit serb\u00eb karshi shqiptar\u00ebve e kan b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebrfekte. Elitat politike n\u00eb Ballkan po vazhdojn\u00eb m\u00eb retorikat politike, t\u00eb cilat retorika nuk po i l\u00ebshojn\u00eb popujt nga k\u00ebto hasm\u00ebri. Nuk po e ndryshojn\u00eb kursin politik m\u00eb fqinj\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb vullnet politik nuk po e shpreh\u00eb pala serbe e cila edhe pse kemi hy n\u00eb shekullin 21. Nuk po lirohet nga hipotekat e t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, nuk po lirohet nga logjika imagjinare s\u00eb populli serb\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb popull hyjnor\u00eb, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt etj. Elitat politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb po instalojn\u00eb logjik\u00ebn e tyre sundimtare, duke mos lejuar mendimin ndryshe. Nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb e till\u00eb imponuese e sjellj\u00ebs dhe e veprimit mund t\u00eb shkakton gjendje kaotike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Logjika \u201cp\u00ebrqaj\u00eb e sundo\u201c, mund t\u00eb na sjell\u00eb deri t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb luft\u00eb qytetare t\u00eb cil\u00ebn askush nuk do ta d\u00ebshironte. Logjika e keqe mafioze mund t\u00eb na kushtoj\u00eb shum\u00eb si shtet dhe si komb. Mund t\u00eb na kushtojn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb planin e zhvillimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshem. Elitat politike n\u00eb pushtetin e Kosov\u00ebs po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb m\u00eb ngulm stabiltet p\u00ebr vete dhe p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr rreth tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo logjik\u00eb detyrimisht do t\u00eb na d\u00ebrgon n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb anarshike, kur dihet s\u00eb edhe bota \u00ebsht\u00eb zhytur n\u00eb shum\u00eb probleme.
