Visarin e njoha qe ne qytetin e Shkodres, po vlerat e tij i njoha gjate jetes tij si diplomat ne ambasaden tone ne Rom\u00eb, e tani ne Vatikan, nji njeri qe nderon shtetin shqiptar.
