Koha gjithnj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e treguar s\u00eb bisedimet ishin m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebm s\u00eb sa n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. K\u00ebto bisedime p\u00ebr normalizim t\u00eb m\u00ebrdhj\u00ebnjeve siq po thuhet, jan\u00eb futur n\u00eb qorrsokak. Serbia kurr\u00eb nuk iu ka p\u00ebrmbajtur marrveshjeve.<\/p>\n<p>Serb\u00ebt n\u00eb vend t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptimit zgjodhen rrug\u00ebn e opstrukcioneve te vazhdueshme politike karshi Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb nj\u00ebren an\u00eb zhvilloheshin bisedimet kurse paralelisht m\u00eb to nuk ndaleshin aktet e dhunes te strukturave paralele kriminale serbe . Barrikadat n\u00eb lumin Ib\u00ebr q\u00eb 17 vite nuk u hoq\u00ebn veq sa e nd\u00ebrruan pamj\u00ebn e tyre. \u201dRojat e ur\u00ebs\u201d p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb e b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pa mundur levizj\u00ebn e lir\u00eb, por shpesh ata edhe rrah\u00ebn dhe maltretuan shqiptar\u00ebt, madje edhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtaret. Edhe shum\u00eb akte t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs deri n\u00eb vrasje pam\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve n\u00eb veri nga ekstremistet serb\u00eb. Fill pas luft\u00ebs e kam potencuar rrezikun e enklavizimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Me Asociacionin e Komunave Serbe t\u00eb form\u00ebs etnike minoriteti serb\u00eb po i mund\u00ebsohet herdo kur\u00eb ndarja.<\/p>\n<p>Dihet s\u00eb serb\u00ebt edhe luft\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes kriminelit Millosheviq e zhvilluan p\u00ebr Serbi t\u00eb Madhe. Vet fakti s\u00eb Millorad Dodik udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi i serb\u00ebve n\u00eb BH-ne, para do kohe shpalli referendumin p\u00ebr shk\u00ebputje nga kjo republik\u00eb, ngjalli edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb apetetitet serbo m\u00ebdha n\u00eb Ballkan. Nese Serbia nuk arriti m\u00eb luft\u00eb ta formoi Serbin\u00eb e Madhe, nuk hoqi dor\u00eb nga ky koncept shovenist politik\u00eb as n\u00eb kushtet e paq\u00ebs. Nuk hoqi dor\u00eb sepse Serbia nuk u d\u00ebnua p\u00ebr gjenocid nga TPI-ja edhe pse gjykata e Hag\u00ebs pati nj\u00eb mori fakt\u00ebsh s\u00eb forcat militare dhe paramilitare t\u00eb Millosheviqit kan kryer gjenocid n\u00eb Bosnje dhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjith\u00eb ato vrasje dhe maskra n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy shtete nuk ishin gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr vet\u00ebm s\u00eb akte t\u00eb spatrimit etnik dhe shfarosj\u00ebs n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Kur Kroacia dhe Bosnja b\u00ebn\u00eb padi pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs per Krime Lufte ne Hag\u00eb p\u00ebr gjenocid, Kosova kur nuk e b\u00ebri nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. Nuk b\u00ebri padi as p\u00ebr d\u00ebmet e luft\u00ebs, nuk k\u00ebrkoi deri m\u00eb tash as ndarj\u00ebn e pasuris\u00eb dhe kthimin e pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb grabitur nga Serbia. Elitat tona t\u00eb pushteteve t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs, u treguan t\u00eb dob\u00ebta sepse ishin m\u00eb shum\u00eb lakmitare p\u00ebr pushtet e m\u00eb pak p\u00ebr shtetndertim dhe mir\u00ebqenje. Nuk pat\u00ebn koh\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje kapitale t\u00eb kombit!&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb kthehemi pak t\u00eb ngjarja e fundit e kthimit t\u00eb trenit shovensit serb, e cila ngjarje pa dyshim s\u00eb lidhet m\u00eb kronologjin\u00eb e deritashme t\u00eb veprimeve te kriminel\u00ebve dhe paramilitar\u00ebve serbo &#8211; rus\u00eb n\u00eb veri. Shpesh n\u00eb fjalimet e tij presidenti serb, Tomisllav Nikoliq por edhe keryeministri, Vu\u00e7iq e than\u00eb s\u00eb Serbia do t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb vendin sipas kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb saj. Edhe m\u00eb hartimin e kushtetut\u00ebs serbe t\u00eb vitit 2006 Kosova nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hequr si pjes\u00eb e terriotorit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk u hoq nga kushtetuta sepse Serbia gjithnj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i ushqyer apatetitet e saja s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsia si concept politike do t\u00eb bjen poshte gjat\u00eb bisedimeve m\u00eb pal\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebsose ankesimit te veriut me lufte. Serbia zyrtare \u00ebsht\u00eb duke jetuar m\u00eb \u00ebndrrat e mesjet\u00ebs duke mos e pranuar realitetin e ri t\u00eb krijuar t\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs. Zat\u00ebn Kosova m\u00eb dhun\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb aneksuar ish\u2013Jugosllavis\u00eb duke u shk\u00ebputur nga trungu i lasht\u00eb ilirik. Politika e \u00e7etnikizmit serb\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet \u00ebsht\u00eb toleruar gjat\u00eb nga strukurat e BE-s\u00eb, madje kjo politik\u00eb jo reformiste u faktorizua shum\u00eb karshi Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb politik\u00eb drit\u00ebshkurt\u00ebr serbe e cila vet do ti kushton Serbis\u00eb, edhe p\u00ebrkunder tendec\u00ebs s\u00eb hapur t\u00eb kthimit t\u00eb aleancave t\u00eb vjetra n\u00eb Ballkan dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. E hoqen Serbia nga preambulla kushtetuese e saj Kosov\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00eb e tyre. Proceset politike n\u00eb Ballakan nuk ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb kthehen n\u00eb formen e viteve t\u00eb 90-ta kur edhe filluan luft\u00ebrat. Shqiptar\u00ebt edhe pse m\u00eb elita politike shum\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, si popull nuk do t\u00eb lejojn\u00eb p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb \u00e7mim q\u00eb s\u00ebrish t\u00eb okupohen nga serbet dhe ruset barbar\u00eb. Vashingtoni dhe Bruseli si qendra t\u00eb vendosj\u00ebs kan\u00eb investuar shum\u00eb p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs .Ato do t\u00eb jan garant i mir\u00eb i funksionimit t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb ri te Kosoves.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja shqiptare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllur m\u00eb pavar\u00ebsi te Kosoves, ajo p\u00ebrmbyllet kur t\u00eb kthehen t\u00eb gjitha trojet etnike t\u00eb gllaberurara nga serbosllavet dhe grek\u00ebt. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shekull do t\u00eb nxiren jashta t\u00eb gjitha rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e shovenizmave. Edhe af\u00ebr 75 p\u00ebrqind serb\u00ebve mendojn\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e kan humbur. Elitat serbe sidomos ato pas vitit 1999 jan\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebse p\u00ebr ndarje t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. \u201cZajednica\u201d dhe Demarkacioni me Mal t\u00eb Zi, shum\u00eb na i kan komplikuar pun\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.
